This is my favorite food pod in Portland. I'm sure there are others I haven't tried, but this is a whole vibe that makes me want to hang out here I love all the food here but the chicken and the burgers are my favorite. I feel like it's the right amount of good choices but not overwhelming.

We family of six, visited while in town as the reviews were great and no one could make their mind on what to eat. My mother got the gyro in which tasted pretty good and close to European flavor. Friend tried BBQ Pulled pork over the fries, the pork and fries tasted good however the bbq wasn't as great and kinda ruin the taste of thing for us. I got half chicken meal and the AJI sauce was good mix with the chicken and chopped up potato fries. The chicken was great by itself smoked flavor but the sauce gave it a great taste and mixed good with a deep every other bite. My wife and daughter got the Thai cart in which the pad Thai was good but seemed a little dry for my taste but the fried rice was absolutely the best thing we had there period and highly recommend and in which if we ever come back to the area I will get a bowl for myself. The dessert was even looking good as I did not partake but was informed it tasted good. Service wait time can depend on which cart you go to but over all the options in food, beer, and dessert options are perfect either for a short visit or with a large group to fix everyone needs. The atmosphere was great with the out door seating with a large tent in the middle just in case of rainy days, also had a few fire pit table on the outside of tents and just over would be a place I would hang out a lot if we lived or when we come back into town.

Despite being one of the older cart pods, it is still Hands down one of the best food cart pods in Portland. Parking can be sort of a challenge and it doesn't necessarily have the largest selection of carts. That being said there are definitely some standouts and there is decent variation if you can't decide on something. Vibes are amazing, good music, Large canopy tent if it's a little too sunny, fire place if its a cold out.

I'm not from here we stopped by on our way to Washington. This little spot has about 8 carts and sitting area in the middle. I'm sure all the food here is great. But we couldn't try everything. Great experience here. We sat in front of Chicken and Guns they were hilarious. Stop by if you want to experience different variety of food.

I love food adventures in Portland and discovering all the different types of food cart/stalls. Cartopia offers different varieties of cart vendors from American to Egyptian to Thai & Mexican. We had food from the Egyptian cart and loved loved the food! The lamb was nice and tender. The moussaka was awesome. I wished I had ordered extra to take back home during the road trip to Sacramento. My gf had the watermelon slushie. It was refreshing for the summer. I'm already missing it and hope to return.

Super great selection of food carts with a nice central seating area with fire pits for when it's cold! My boyfriend got a burrito and I got a falafel wrap and they were both awesome. We will go back!

During our trip to Portland..we fell in love with all these food cart pods that were everywhere in the city!We loved this spot with their variety and seating availability with fire pits and benches in tents to stay away from the rain.We had:- fennel sausage pizza - from the pizza place. Loooooved their dough and all the toppings all worked together so well. Delicious pizza.- falafel supreme wrap - from the Mediterranean place.. this wrap was one of THE BEST thing I ate in Portland. It was super flavorful and fresh with eggplant, tahini, falafel, hummus, veggies, etc... Omg so good!- orange chicken shawarma - really good flavorful chicken shawarma on a bed of basmati rice served with salad and dolmas..- palak paneer fries - from the fries place.. OMG this one was really good too! Perfectly fried fries topped with curried spinach, paneer cheese, & cilantro chutney.. mm mmm mmmm :)''''There were also burgers, Mexican with regular and vegan options, Thai food, wood fired chicken..Parking: was a bit sketchy and hard to find. Street parking available around.. it took us a while to get one.MmMmm... *burp*

Cartopia is a really great spot with good vibes and food options that are impossible to choose from. Personally, I went with the satay poutine. It was decent, but there are tons of other good options. Everything smelled so good. The prices were pretty average for food trucks. I would definitely recommend this as a place to meet up with friends if you're in the area.

Great food. Warm, cozy seating. Lowkey and plenty of space. This place is amazing for rainy or cold days to get food. There are a few fireplaces around for people to sit around. Not many people come here, so its great to chill if you don't want to be crowded.Food is great here. I got a quarter chicken with crisp potatoes and some sauce (garlic jalopeno I think?). Good smokey flavors, but extremely salty for my tastes. The sauce was superb though! I probably could just eat fries and the sauce alone and be satisfied.Overall, my 4 star is given mainly due to the nice setting. The food I'd give it around a 3 star in comparison to my other chicken experiences, but it's still good and satisfying.
