Had to throw away because there's no way I was gonna chew on this mystery garbage cooked into my burger. I was gonna eat it not looking but this substance was falling out on my bun, which also looked diseased. I ordered two of these for two people, both of them had it. I couldn't believe what I was seeing. I called the restaurant and all they offered is to make me a new one, you want to make me believe this substance won't be on your other meat or your nasty grill. Disgusting. Had to beg and hint for an apology.

Person taking order at drive-up had such a strong accent, I couldn't understand her at all. A guy stepped up to help and HE was nearly as hard to understand as the first person. Chicken burger was overcooked, nearly burnt. I won't go back. In short to managers: have someone there with accent-less English that can step in to help. Also, quality matters! The chicken burger was pretty basic already (especially for $6.99), try not to make it any worse by scorching the patty.

Is it that big of a deal to give me a ranch cup?!Like come on. The lady proceeded to ignore me at the drive thu window knowing I was waiting to speak with her about a ranch not being in the bag. Then she walks off. I waited for the second lady to come to the window and she was hesitant to give me the ranch cup I needed... Like I didn't know you guys paid for the ranch yourself or something. Chill. It's a ranch cup. Terrible service over one ranch. Seriously? Corporate please let me know why it's an issue cause it shouldn't be.

Came in on 8/29 to take advantage of the deal advertised on their building. Sign has been up for at least a few days. And was told that it was an offer available until tomorrow. If it's on your building you should honor it.
