Amazing service!! The gentleman made excellent on point recommendations for coffee. Included a little swan art to boot. Friendly chat while waiting for the coffee. And a peaceful ambiance to get some reading done.

The food was amazing! The drink was even better! Easy to work, very comforting ambiance. The owner is super nice and friendly! Mexican inspired brunch which is so unique and flavorful!!

A cute spot not far from Powell's! The macchiato was great- strong and smooth, very well balanced. We also had the avocado toast with salsa macha and ricotta toast with seasonal jam, both of which were flavorful, fresh, and really enjoyable. Friendly service and great ambiance.

I absolutely love the open space and environment of this place. Very modern and clean and simple. It's perfect. The staff was very friendly and although I already had a coffee something caught my eye. Spiced coffee soda. I asked about it and the barista gave me the unique history behind how he came up with it. I ordered it and WOW. This thing is insanely good. It's like a cinnamon coffee soda but doesn't have a ton of caffeine. This is a new coffee shop I'll for sure be a more regular at.

Cadejo doesn't miss! I get something different every time I go and I'm always happy! Also, don't sleep on the food pop ups when they have them. Always delicious. This place is such a hidden gem!

A must visit when anywhere near the Pearl district, I promise you, you will be in love with their coffee drinks and pan dulce (Mexican sweet bread) as I know it. I had a cappuccino and it was perfectly made and the barista's technique was on point. I must say, they treat you great here, always engaging and accommodating. Plenty of parking and very unique coffee shop that stands out in a very crowded coffee town. I would put this place on my top 5 coffee shops to visit and bring out-of-town and local friends. We came in on Sunday and had a great time! The space is bright and a great place to chill. Not overly crowded, so it was a great spot to sit and enjoy. Great coffee drinks with unique milk-drink options that showcase Nicaraguan spices. Weekend pop up food from Balong is a treat! Breakfast sandwich hits well above anything you'd expect from a "normal" coffee shop. Worth a trip for a great start to your day, and especially if you're looking for unique Filipino and Central American inspired options. Check out the latte art - it's a joy for the eyes and testament to Jacob's skill.

Is there anything that República & Co don't excel at ? Beautiful coffee shop at a very good location and the coffee is as good as the vibe of this place. Beautiful Murals and lush plants greet you when you walk in . Variety of seating and good for big groups and small. Plenty of Natural light if you intend to work from here. The staff is pleasant to talk to and walked us through a few flavor profiles they had . I ordered a Cappuccino and the hubby got a Cortado . I would have loved to try the concha's but another pastry took my fancy and I decided to leave the Conchas for next time . My coffee arrived soon with a beautiful latte art in a cute cup , what more can a girl want ? well ,this girl wants a good coffee too ! These guys have never disappointed before and I knew the coffee was going to be a ten on ten and sure enough it was. They also had a few breakfast sandwiches with some baked goods and everything looked fresh. Pricing felt reasonable for what they offer.

First time in today and can't wait to come back! Loved the vibe in there and the owner Jacob was super friendly. Ordered the latte and can't wait to try more drinks. Loved the open windows and vibe inside. Nice touch with the table games and plenty of seating!

Loved this place! My friend and I went two days in a row because the coffee and food were delicious! The staff was super friendly and the environment was very chill. I had an oat milk latte one day and the maple latte the next day. Also had the mole chilaquiles which I highly recommend! *chefs kiss*
