"Our friends in town wanted to meet up at Bipartisan Cafe, known for their handmade pies. It's next door to Vintage Cocktail Lounge and Redwood. We dropped in on a busy Sunday morning (9:15am). Order at the front, then wait for your name to be called. No service (you busk your own tables) yet the minimum tip option was 15%.Coffees are $3.25 to $6.00 USD in three sizes (8 oz, 12 oz and 16 oz). For food, they offer pies, pastries, sandwiches, breakfast sammies, bagels and quiches. - Latte ($5.25 USD 12 oz) - subbed for oat ($1.25 USD extra). Solid but pricey cup of coffee. - Ham breakfast sammie ($8.50 USD) - black forest ham, egg, dijon and aged white cheddar. Sandwich was tiny and bland. Disappointing.- Veggie quiche ($6.50 USD) - spinach, zucchini and button mushrooms. Decent.Would stick with the pies at BC."

"I enjoyed this place very much. It's a small place, (maybe 8 booths) they do offer some outside seating. The server was really friendly and attentive. My food was excellent, had the envy Benedict & would recommend it! Also had a bloody Mary I felt had too much salt but it was good otherwise in flavor. It's not fancy, and the building is old. That takes nothing away from great service and an excellently prepared meal. I will be back!"
"Super cute feel-good diner with great atmosphere and vibes. Decor is very unique and fun. Keep in mind cash only!! Food- very mediocre, lacked any type of flavor and everything soaked in grease. Cinnamon roll was probably the best thing we got at the table. Fun place but food is not good and overpriced."
"An Alberta coffee shop with plenty of character! Just Bob is the cutest coffee shop with plenty of unicorn decor and even a playroom in the back corner for your children. They have awesome staff that greeted you as you came in. The place is order and then find a seat and I really enjoyed how they had a variety of seating for you to enjoy the place. Once you place your order they will call you for your drinks but will bring your food to your table. When you're done you clean your own table. As people left we saw the staff clean the table before another group sat down. As for what to get the drinks here are a must try! I thoroughly enjoyed their nutty mocha and chai. Perfect for a cold day since they come out piping hot and have fun latte art. For food I also tried the phylo wrap with the German sausage since you don't usually find that on a menu and it was pretty good. Came with a variety of mustards as well. I believe they are made to order so can be ~15 mins. I also tried the breakfast bagel with bacon, egg and cheese. I think they steam the egg here which was not your typical bagel. Solid toasted bagel that you might need to eat with a fork since some pieces might fall out as your eating it. As I was looking around the space they have art covering the walls as well and seem to have events here too!"

This is a down to earth cafe with a full cafe menu and good pies. There are a good number of seats available. Staff is kind. Street parking. I believe the owner wants to keep this place affordable and neighborhood friendly. I like that. I will be back.

Came in with 6 of us.Grandkids too. Seated right away. Cozy, nostalgic cafe. License plates lined the walls. Great menu. Had a omelette with spinach and sausage and blueberry pancakes. Hash browns were cooked perfect, not burnt or greasy. Omelette was put together nicely and the pancakes were big with lots of fruit. Server was very nice and checked up.Good bang for your buck too. We'll visit again. YouCan't go wrong ofThere a map of the state as a placemat!

It is exactly that ~ a neighborhood coffee joint with just unicorns. Apparently Bob is a collector of sorts, so find random nicknacks in every crevice. Every crevice. Light bites for breakfast. Just a local spot for Albertans to wake up with a cup of coffee and chat the day away.Restroom just needs a remodel. No Bob sighting.

Nice neighbor cafe in FOPO neighborhood serving a limited breakfast and lunch menu consisting mostly of bagels, paninis, soup, and salad as well as pastries. Scattered variety of seating and a friendly helpful owner. You can tell this is an owner run cafe and that she put a lot of care into this shop. Bathroom located in hallway with key access. Scone is decadently buttery. Nice place to spend a morning.

"First off, very dog friendly. It seems that the coffee they use is Juniors. Roasted here in Portland. Short drive from my house, so I can maybe hangout here. Big breakfast selection looks good. Pannini's. Big inside, but empty. Not enough locals?? To make a bigger review, I would have to study every little thing behind the counter, taste every sip of the coffee's, etc....So, I liked the place and thats what matters to me."
"We were basically in-and-out during our visit, grabbing a quick dirty Chai (two shots) to go, so we didn't really have a lot of time to absorb the atmosphere here at Cafe Delirium. What we did notice is that the interior was spacious, quiet, and decorated with bistro chic furniture, and a few odd antiques. Local crafts and jewelry are available from the counter.Service was efficient, but not particularly friendly or engaging. The chai itself was wonderful, though, with a rich, potent flavor that wasn't overpowered by the espresso shots. Baked goods, soups, sandwiches and salads are also available. If you're looking for a quiet place to study, meet up with friends, or seek refuge from the chaos of the outside world, embrace the Delirium!"
"FOOD- Breakfast burrito: eggs, cheese, potatoes, and bacon in a spinach wrap. Very tasty with the side of salsa. 4/5- Breakfast sandwich: eggs, cheese, and sausage in a grilled sandwich. Love me a grilled sammy! 4/5SERVICE: The owner (or at least I think she's the owner) was really nice. My son is a picky eater so I asked for peanut butter on a slice of toast which wasn't on the menu but she made it happen. Grateful mama here! 5/5FINAL THOUGHTS: I would come back. Food was good. Price was decent."
"This place has the best lamb gyros I have ever had in my life. Used to feel pretty indifferent about Mediterranean food until I realized I just never had good Mediterranean food. I did not believe lamb could be this tender. We ordered some for breakfast and made another trip before leaving Portland. They're also MUCH bigger than the Gyros I am used to.The staff was incredibly sweet. I'm definitely coming back when I visit the area."
"Me & my husband came twice. Two mornings in a row *insert shame*. This is a nice size coffee shop in a strip center. Plenty of seating inside, a little souvenir/plant area to buy trinkets at the front. The register is where you'll see all the baked goods. Unfortunately, I didn't try to baked goods either time, tempting, as they look really good! The first day we came was on Saturday morning, and there was only one employee. I felt so bad for her because it was super busy lol, but she was cranking the orders out. Sunday morning, a lot more quiet and a second employee. Drinks came out in about 5 mins. Get the 20 oz, any smaller size will not be enough! I got a sugar free vanilla soy latte. The coffee is super smooth and well balanced. This may be the best coffee I've had in Portland or even Oregon so far. Waaay better than the green mermaid. There are plenty of non-dairy and sugar free options. If you're not a coffee drinker, there was all tea and smoothies. The food menu is on the counter at the register they had breakfast and lunch items. It looks like the business is relatively new and independently owned, and always down to support that Would 100% recommend if you're in the area and wanting a great cup of coffee!"
"ok food, saw it tends to be packed on weekends and fortunately, we were able to get there and beat the rush. We got our food fairly quickly and service was great. Although I must say, not all the items we ordered were a hit. I ordered a basic breakfast which was good and my friend ordered the one with the first which he said he didn't like very much because the food was a little dry. It may have not been the best choice for a breakfast item, but overall wanted to try something new, so mission accomplished"
