"I was surprised that I never ventured to Tiki Tea before when driving on Alberta especially given all the high reviews. Driving up I realized it's slightly tucked in from the main road so be sure to look out for this shop next time you're in the area. The space is really cute with plenty of plants and the ones they are propagating spelling out Tiki Tea on the wall. Their menu is pretty expansive so I ended up trying their classic milk tea and strawberry milk fruit tea (blended). I went with the strawberry fruit tea based on all the reviews and I can see why people constantly get it. It's a light and refreshing smoothie where you get nice bits of strawberry. The classic milk tea was also good but definitely more tea-y if that makes sense. I probably would try another milk tea next time. I also tried their boba and it was cooked well with a nice chew but weren't that sweet from what I could tell from our batch."
A delightful blend of premium tea leaves and non-dairy creamer.

"Great service! The food was good and filling, and my pho was on point. Prices are decent and you get a good portion for what you pay. Overall a good spot."
"Ducked in from the rain for my wife to order a coffee; she ended up ordering a hot coconut milk tea with boba instead, and after one sip, I ordered something similar (a hot vanilla milk tea with boba) for myself! I generally avoid such drinks for calories' sake, but I couldn't help myself: they're just too good!Glancing over the rest of the menu, they're rocking all sorts of awesome teas, milk or otherwise, including Thai, iced and loose leaf varieties, tea lattes, Italian sodas and smoothies, plus a delectable array of Bahn Mis (one of my absolute favorites!) and breakfast sandwiches. It may have been bad weather and a happy accident that brought us in here, but we will return of our own volition in the future! What a great find!"
"CM Banh Mi brings the charm and is rightfully a neighborhood favorite.Food: lightweight, crisp, and flaky baguette bread! We ordered the grilled chicken banh mi and this has got to be one of the best I've tried in the area. There is a generous amount of vegetables and filling. Ambiance: the interior is beautifully decorated with hand-made wood elements and plants. It really is something unique! Service: I met one of the owners when I went in and they were so kind. I have nothing to say but positives about this place! Location: do note that the parking is narrow, if you have a wider car it is best to park at the nearby food complexes and walk."
"The Feng Shui here in on point: crisp lines, open spaces, ambient natural light; clean, organized, elegant. The tea (and service!) is pretty good, too! A slightly overwhelming selection of fresh, flavored and milk teas, juices, tea, lattes, and coffee, all of which can be modified by level of sweetness, and the addition of boba, tapiocas and other jellies, seeds, and foams (cheese foam?! wut?!) based on your preference. We walked out with a matcha milk tea for myself, and a Thai Tea with boba for my wife, all for less than $10 bucks. In the world of customizable, consumable craft concoctions, I'd frequent this place over any Starbucks, any day of the week. There's nothing about our experience here that I would Ding them for; they executed their mission to a Tea! Sounds like a five-star experience all around, Williams!"
"Very hard to miss, the logo is pretty odd. Interior design: 5/5, lots of seating Service: 4/5, tad slow. 22 min wait for 4 drinksGo with their fruit tea series, that's where they shine. The milk series is very ehh, cream is used to try to help froth up the missing flavors. Parking could be limited."
"This restaurant is in the old Anthony's Greek restaurant space ( which was in an old Mexican restaurant space). I was dying to see the inside because it used to be pretty dated and run down.We came on a moving day, myself and two minions and grabbed a late lunch. It is so nice inside! Totally freshened up and it looks great! Two young people served us and they were fine, not particularly friendly or unfriendly. Neutral. We didn't see a lot of them and that was ok. We felt tired and antisocial.I didn't get pho, pretty sure the chicken pho has a beef broth and I am not into it. I ordered calamari ($13) to share which was really good btw, and Woven Rice Vermicelli with grilled pork ($18) which was delicious and fresh and huge so I took half home to the kid. I had a $2 can of diet coke. Minion one got a Moda Bowl - Vermicelli with lemongrass pork and shrimp and spring rolls for$16. He inhaled it with a Thai iced Coffee ($6). He was so happy he stopped talking. Unheard of. Minion three (minion one's little brother) had pho with chicken ($14).He liked it. We had to remind him how to eat it as it had been a while. He drank some kind of smoothie but I honestly do not recall what it was. Smoothies are $6. We were all happy. Everything was fresh, darn delicious, the right temperature.Good stuff. We will return. Remember when pho and Viet food was cheap though? I do.I am old, huh."
"Best lunch spot for pho.Ok, admittedly the *only* pho place I've been to so far my first time in Portland- but compared to all the pho's I've had back home in Philly, it's on par, and probably even a bit better. Get the house special for lunch!! Every bit is so amazing and the broth is sooo flavorful. Also, the taro boba with organic coconut milk was the perfect way to finish it off.Minus a star for the lack of meat based on price - was mostly rice noodle and broth. Both however, we're fabulous!! Would definitely return"

Better fruit tea than milk tea.Location: It is a small establishment. They have limited indoor seating but have very cute decor. There is limited street parking but you are bound to find one if you don't mind a slight walk.Drinks: We ordered an organic Uji Matcha milk tea with oat milk and a fresh squeezed lemon ceylon. I will say that their fruit teas are pretty good but their milk teas are somewhat watered down. Service: The employees are super friendly and nice. Overall, I would come back to this place but only to get their fruit tea.

My family enjoyed our lunch here. There were plenty of good vegetarian options, including a very flavorful lemongrass tofu vermicelli bowl. My husband loved the beef pho. The service was quick and attentive.

Had time to kill before my flight, so I came to this district to do some shopping before takeoff. I stopped in for a thirst quenching drink. Delicious boba tea offered here and then some. Wide variety of items offered here. Nice and quiet environment to escape the hustle and bustle of the city, it was a nice experience. Bathroom is super clean.Parking is limited but several park and pays nearby.

Wow! The Grilled Pork Bahn Mi was so flavorful and delicious. The bread was sooo fresh. The staff listened to my request to remove the jalapeños and had them in a bag on the side. The Thai ice tea was delicious!!!!! Everything was clean and packaged/wrapped nicely. Can't wait to get more sandwiches from this little Gem of a place!!!!

This is probably one of the best places to go to in Portland if you are really into boba teas. (I should add that I'm not a big boba fan, but my kid and her beau are, and the boyfriend used to live nearby and go here regularly. He said that the teas here are very customizable, and he likes that). We visited here recently for the boyfriend to get his "usual" custom boba drink. I was immediately impressed by how large this shop was, and how open and clean. The interior shop pallet is very pastel-y, with soft baby blues and pinks. I guess there were some new employees working when we visited, as my kid's beau's drink took a long time to make, and he said they were a bit "confused" how to make his usual concoction. But he said they eventually "figured it out". And he was pleased with his drink. As usual.

I got the Peanut Butter Milk Tea as I never seen this combination before (really lives up to the name) and I love peanut butter!Parking : StreetThere was a nice seating area that was decorated. The place was really cute. They sell stickers and other items as well.Peanut Butter Milk Tea : It was really good! I could definitely taste the peanut butter. The milk tea was creamy and had a good aroma of tea. Only thing is I wish it was easier to mix the peanut butter in the drink as a lot of it was stuck on the side of the cup.Their Golden Lava Milk (salted egg yolk milk drink) sounded good/interesting as well. Would love to try that one day.

"I love the poke bowls here, especially that Obama sauce on them. The variety is great and the flavors are delicious. The environment and atmosphere is pleasant too. I highly recommend eating here after a good walk on a nice day. The soft drinks are tasty as well and they chose a yummy assortment to choose from. There's parking, but street. Not far from there you can find a whole street of available spots too."
"My favorite Chinese spot in portland so far, they have a large menu full of tons of weird shit I want to come back & try (bullfrog soup, pickled jalapeno pig Intestines & the like). They also have the regular Chinese American stuff like General Tso or whatever but I recommend trying some of their specialties here, you can get orange chicken at any Chinese spot. I've tried the Sichuan Boiled Beef which was loaded generously w/ tender slices of beef & many veggies, and most importantly the right amount of Sichuan spice. The portions here are huge, soup comes out in practically a cauldron. The entrees are usually around $18-20ish and mine made for 3 huge meals). The inside is pretty sparse and the location isn't the cleanest area downtown but they have great food."
"Bobacat Tea House caught my attention with their cute name. Yes, I like cats! After enjoying my first order of 7 drinks from them, I knew I'd found a new favorite place for tea! I love jasmine green tea and oolong tea. Here at Bobacat you can add your choice of several flavors to these teas such as rose, lychee and peach. The flavor of the tea is very good. It tastes like quality tea. My friend enjoys their milk teas, especially the strawberry milk tea and matcha milk tea. There is inside seating and service is quick and pleasant.Bobacat Tea House is located near PSU downtown and is close to a streetcar stop. Highly recommend!"
"Great boba drinks | Fun community $We've come here twice already and love it! This is probably our favorite boba place because they come up with fun kpop inspired drinks (limited time). The most recent was BTS inspired drinks, Drink Jin and Strawberry Bear, which tasted delicious! Just like everyone's reviews, it's not too sweet and the ratio of boba was perfect. My first time coming here, I ordered the classic with boba and loved it. It's definitely a classic if you're unsure of what to get. Their tea is good and the boba is done right. Every time they have an event, they have local artists/small business owners to sell and showcase their products. It's so neat because it's another way to support the local community. They're actively posting on their social media platforms, so stay updated with them to know when they change up their menus and what are the upcoming events. Friendly staff. Street parking. Bathrooms are closed right now because covid."
"Tried this place again, finally. This time I got papaya salad, sticky rice and pork skewers. I got the papaya salad 5 stars spicy, which was actually fairly close to Thai spicy. Loooved it. It was so tasty. And spicy! The pork skewers were good too. I shared them with my partner."
"Went 2 times on my trip to Portland! I've been to the one down by UCLA a few times.I tried the spam and egg...also had the cold matcha with boba (less sweet and less ice).In general, it is good, but there are differences in the quality control of this location, like other Junbi locations. The amount of sugar added on the first day was good. The second day tasted a bit off. Spam and egg was ok. Took awhile for food to come out.Should probably have more staff, since each time, it seemed like only one person was working at a time, so food and drinks came out slow.Inside is nice and clean. Street parking only.Overall, great to see Junbi in Portland! Hope they can continue to keep up the quality! Will be back next time I'm in Portland to check them out!"
"Refreshing drinks at Yin's Tea located off 79th and Powell in the shopping center by WinCo and the poker club. Pretty clean and nice inside- super cute decor!. No tables to sit, waiting area though; service was great and the gal was friendly. I got the 'bitch green' (matcha tea) with the surprise plush toy and it was cute! I ordered extra sweet and always forget that it means the amount of boba or not. . A little much. Checking out their Facebook, Looks like they have a 'SpongeBob' smoothie of pineapple and coconut and may have to get one to end the summer. .they also have stamp cards too."
"At first site of the menu, I didn't understand the high prices but good lord, the portions here are HUGE! My partner and I shared a large bowl of brisket pho and we had enough left over for dinner that night as well. We also ordered crab Rangoon and the grilled chicken salad rolls with peanut sauce. My partner proclaimed that the crab Rangoon was the best she's ever had and I can vouch that the spring rolls were absolutely amazing and perfectly paired with the peanut sauce. An absolute great spot to share your meal or even just have a hearty meal to yourself. Service was lightening fast as well! Highly recommend"
"We are so happy that Van Nien has reopened! They are now located in the back parking lot of the Buddhist Temple, which is one street over from the Washman Carwash on SE Division. Their delicious food has once again become a significant and regular option for us to enjoy. Please give this gem of a food chariot your business."
"Earlier today, my Darling Husband (we've been married for 14 + years) and myself ordered take out at this Cha Ya Kitchen in Southeast Portland. I ordered the Spicy Basil Rice Bowl (it was Mild, which is what I ordered), and my Husband ordered the Broccoli Beef (he asked for Spicy). The portions are larger... and we have leftovers. We didn't order any cans or bottles of beverages. Although, I might pick up a can of Diet Coke during one of my future visits... because... it's too Warm in the Summertime now. If you've ever tasted Bimimbap (not the same taste.. because it's a different Asian food, you see) you'll probably like the flavors of the rice bowls at Cha Ya Kitchen. The first time I ordered the Southeast Asian Steak and Rice Bowl with a Diet Coke can. It was also tasty and made just right. There is Bubble Tea made here as well. And, you can order an Iced Milk Tea... if you prefer. The Milk Tea tastes like British Tea... when it's made with lots of Whole Milk or Creamer, and Sugar. I drank sips of my mother's tea after she let them go cold when I was growing up. She was born British, although she passed her Naturalization Test in the mid 1990s. She called it her "Cuppa." And, yes... my mother still speaks with a slight English accent. If you must know she sounds similar to the Queen. I've also ordered a "less sweet Milk tea " from Cha Ya Kitchen. I liked it. I have ordered this, a less sweet Milk Tea, at other cafes and restaurants before... I don't drink the whole thing if it's the larger size. We will be back soon. Thank you for making such taaasty foods."
"Came back to try more items on their menu and we ordered: Iced butterly pea teaA soft serve HokkaidoMango bingsu, Thai tea bingsu and melon bingsuMatcha Mont Blanc soft serve. If you're a melon or mango fan you have to get their bingsu!!! The melon and mango was perfectly ripe so it didn't even need the extra sweetness from the condensed milk. The matcha Mont Blanc is an acquired taste it's paste-ty and matcha note is very strong and the Hokkaido soft serve is different from other Hokkaido flavor I've had, flavoring wise tasted like powdered milk and wasn't as creamy and soft but still very good. Everything we ordered was great and I'm glad that I was able to discover DD sweet house! ( already planning my next visit...)"
"This is a surprisingly cute little sushi shop inside the asian grocery store. My daughter and I enjoyed a few rolls, and the boba tea was great also. They were super friendly. It was clear the bulk of their business was online ordering, but eating in was a good experience (and, of course, you can go shopping after you eat!)."
"Maybe Hunnybeez on SW Park Ave isn't that Instagrammable from the outside- but they probably know a thing or two about what they're doing in the kitchen and outside of that. This was a nice spot to grab some tea drinks and bring to my daughter's apartment about a block away. The space is dim and cozy with several tables and hi-stools by the window. Soak up the Filipino music as you're dining in or just waiting for your order. I ordered a "Thai Ice Tea AND a Lychee Lemonade- 'Mojito' tea"- but somehow, they understood I wanted both flavors together¯\_(ツ)_/¯. Whipped out my card again to buy the Mojito. I also ordered the Veg Lumpia and those tasted as if they were left in the fryer far too long and soaked up wayyy too much oil. I get they're fried to begin with- but the oil on the lumpias, the plate and our fingers, was dreadful.Service was fantastic and dispite my Thai Iced Tea tasting like Lychee, our to-go beverages were fantastic. I'm sure the Filipino food here is on point and the rating says it all, as Hunnybeez is definitely a local spot close to people's hearts."
"We came here to get a boba drink after eating lunch in the area. The interior is pretty well decorated and has an inviting vibe to it. They also serve some food items. I ordered the Tokyo Milk Tea. The milk tea was made well, and the boba had a good texture where it wasn't hard but a bit soft and chewy. I'll have to try their food item next time."
"I came in for boba while waiting for HK cafe but realized it's more of a Vietnamese coffee shop. It was a pleasant surprise. I decided to go out of my comfort zone and ordered the blended avocado coffee. I'm glad I tried it but can report it's not my favorite the shop itself is cute and offers a ton of options as well as snacks options. Cute decorations and friendly staff as well. I'd come back and try something else!"
"Sadly, I don't see this place lasting. The quality isn't there compared to nearby Let's Roll or SeaSweets Poke where we get our fix. The young kid knew very little about the ingredients, the interior leaves something to be desired. And this storefront has been a bad omen for retailers for decades."
"The lady who regularly tends the shop is so nice. The offerings here are just too sweet. Moreover, they use purees, not real fruit. You might find lemon and orange in a few drinks. The iced salted cream coffee was treat, something a little different from the norm.I don't remember any food items on the menu. The shop has some knick knacks and take home teas for sale. A good place to stop on a hot day."
"This spot used to be Yomi's Yogurt, and I was devastated when I saw that it closed down. But! Now Fantastea seems to be a rebrand and offers those same drinks. Walking into the shop again for the first time in months, it seems as if they re-decorated the place and it looks so much cozier now. Now, there are plenty of chairs, there are more comfortable lounge chairs, and more tables if you wanted to stay here to study or for and extended period of time to chat with friends. Their menu is relatively the same, but they also offer milk teas and some small foods. I got the purple rice and red bean yogurt, while my boyfriend got the mango sago pomelo yogurt. Both were delicious, but I loved the mango sago pomelo (which was a surprise because purple rice and red bean is normally my go-to). I think with the new opening, staff are still learning how to make the drinks, so be patient (My drink ended up coming out a bit more watery than I liked, which may be why I liked my boyfriend's more haha). But! The staff are very kind and service isn't bad. Super glad there's a yogurt spot in town again and I will definitely be coming back."
"I enjoyed my visit to Tea& Tea. I am always on the look out for milk tea shops and was excited to see the coming soon sign a few months ago. The interior is modern and the service was great during my visit. I took my tea to go. I got the mango milk tea at 25% sweet with pudding and it was great. Overall, it's a great addition to Portland's Tea Scene and I wouldn't hesitate to try their other locations as well."
