Bucket Brigade Sports Bar

This place is okay. Last time we stopped in was for Sandwich Week. We've been here many times over the years, kind of like a quick stop in since we're passing by usually. Staff has always been friendly and food is generally okay. Just a little dive to grab a drink, maybe shoot some pool or play on lotto. It's not a destination by any means, but we've never had a bad experience. Worst is that maybe food was only okay, but never terrible or anything. Mostly I'd just say if you're nearby and want to stop somewhere for a drink this place is fine.

Checked this place out for Sandwich week, and I can't complain. I got here around 11pm, which was nice because they're open late, and there were a few people in but I was helped quickly. The bartender was friendly, and I got my sandwich pretty quickly. The sandwich was solid, but not outstanding. Nothing wrong with it, but I can't say I'll come back for it either. All in all, not a bad place, they have lots of TV's, looks like some video poker and some pool tables. Seems like a pretty decent place if you want to watch some sports or grab a bite to eat in the area.

Kim and I were pleasantly surprised to discover that this charming little dive bar had been here for a while, and I only recently had the chance to visit! The drinks were prepared quickly, and the staff was incredibly friendly. I even had the opportunity to befriend a lovely dog and his person, and the cheese burger I had was cooked to perfection - not smashed down too thin, with a nice pink color and crispy caramelized bits. To top it all off, there was a birthday celebration going on, making it a truly unforgettable night!

Great sports bar. Most servers are excellent. Great drink specials. All the normal bar food options. Particularly fun on Sundays for football. Not for fancy people but I love it!

Went in for a birthday party they were having tech issues and the owner tried to "help" out her staff but she was just making things more complicated. She asked everyone at my table if they wanted a drink they all said no. She didn't even ask me if I wanted one I had to say something as she walked away and she snapped at me and said I can only do so much at once? I didn't understand this comment and she was very rude and unorganized. I feel like the owner should let her amazing staff handle this place and she should just retire or something. I've never had any issues going here but idk I probably won't go back.

So this is strictly about service, nothing to do with food quality or preparatio because I didn't order any. Stillthey managed to disappoint. Saturday night, 1:15am (technically Sunday), and surprisingly dead for a weekend.I am one of three customers in the place.I am waiting for a friend in the food service industry to get off work, so I went to kill time and shoot pool at this sport/dive bar. I order one beer and close out, because I was informed they close at 2, not 2:30. Totally fine. I play a round, slowly sip on my beer, go outside for a smoke. Bar-wench comes out and gives me a 5 minute warning, which was confusing considered I already closed out My card, it sounded like she was doing last call. I go back in and start 1 more round at 1:45ish, plenty of time to finish a solo game, Only to have the bar back aggressively slam chairs up on the table, and the bartendress confront me and say "yeah we're closed now, you have to go." I check the clock. 1:48.I apologized and said I must've misunderstood, to which she clarifies "Yeah theI'm going by the bar's clock." Which was 11 minutes faster than atandsrf pacific time. Shouldn't she just have said "We close at 1:45?", not some arbitrary and specific time by which this watering hole goes by? Would it have killed the bad-wench to allow me 5 extra minutes to finish my game Instead of formally busting myBalls for a record-breaking audience of zero? Although a mild let-down, the lack of professionalism and discourteousness was palpable, very unlike the general culture and attitude of a sports bar.Hopefully all their servers/waitresses/barmaids get held to a higher standard of customer service than the cold leftovers of "get lost" that I got served. I'm not a Karen, either; 31 year old man who has never left a Yelp review before. So congrats, Bucket Brigade Sports Bar: Y'all suck.

we have been going here for over 30 years. I think we are pulling the plug tonight. for the past month or so, the service has been terrible. Tonight, we waited for 15 minutes and finally went to the bar to order. the waitress brought our drinks and said she would be right back for our food order. we waited about 15 minutes, then she took a break. we paid for our drinks and left. we normal go there 2-3 times a week. lately,we have had to go to the bar to get service for drinks, food and pay our bill. The food is good, but service really suffers. M&C

Nice atmosphere though the TV screens were small. Food and beer was reasonably priced. Food quality was disappointing, we ordered onion rings, wings and burgers.
