Binh Minh Sandwiches

Hi Yelpers,I Pray all is well. The sandwiches are good and fair. That's worth a taste. The beef stew was in a small, small togo container. I will have to take a picture of it. Idk ‍ whether I could spend anymore money when we have lots of other choices. Peace & Many Rich Blessings

Friendly and efficient service - we go for the specialty deli items - specifically the tapioca balls ( not sure what the name is in Vietnamese but they're called Sakou sei moo in Thai) the viet version isn't as sweet or peanutty but still the perfect texture and the dipping sauce is delicious- better yet you can order in advance ...Not sure what to say about the sandwiches compared to other places but I do prefer the bread- perfect combo of fluffy light soft interior and nice crunch ( had the last 2 bites of hubby's)- no pic alas

What a neat, little place. The ladies who run the counter are so friendly. I felt a little weird taking photos in there though, so no pics this time. But we ordered #10 and #3 banh mi, and bun beo. It was all so very tasty. I we had a spot like this in Beaverton, I'd probably go every morning.

A bag of 5 personal size plain Bánh Mì is $5; $1 for each. It seems pricey but what else can you really get for $1 these day. Their plain banh mi is so worth it for the price since you can eat it however and whenever you want. You can freeze them if you don't eat them within 1 weeks or so and they will still taste as fresh using over or my personal favorite, the air fryer!

Binh Minh offers good service and decent amount of selection of different Vietnamese snack/alternatives for those not feeling like Banh Mi. Clean store, can't imagine them getting marked down by dirty dining ever. Giving them 3-stars due to being expensive and going cheap on portion of their banh mi. Priced about the same as Best Baguette or Lee's Sandwich but the portion is much smaller; seriously had 0.001oz of grilled chicken in my order. Sandwich is dry and nothing special, I was expecting home made mayo/sauce to substitute for the lack of protein. If the banh mi was decent size/taste, this place would rock 5-stars easily. This place is clean and doesn't look cheap so you might get away bringing a (cheap) date here but I wouldn't count on getting full on a single sandwich.

Little hole in the wall with best Banh Mi. This is truly a little gem by Ma &Pa. Pa actually bakes the bread everyday. This place been here forever. Makes sure u ask for extra meats. Very authentic; very tasty. Highly recommend!

Binh Minh is known for their baguettes. It is crispy and very light (compare to other local banh mi shops). Though the stuffing is bare compare to other places, they have increased a little bit more than in previous years. Prices have increased just as every where else has. The prices for banh mi ranges from $4.95‐$6.50. The patê sô are $1 each. Meat to pastry ratio lacks. They also have cha giò for $1 each as well.

Decent food , but their prices have doubled over the past few months. I would support more often but this hole in the wall is charging double what I could get at a large chain. Small parking lot, only fits about 3-4 cars at one time. The service is fast. I typically wait no more than 10 mins. In and out easily!

The most unsatisfying banh mi sandwiches in my life- got the 10 & 7 grilled pork and sardine. Meager fillings. Requested spicy, she confirmed a 2nd time, 1 sandwich was missing the jalapeño. Grilled pork tasted like teriyaki sauce and overly sweet. Lack luster service, Always try to be kind and retry but how can you mess up banh mi?

Let's just take a moment to appreciate their fresh house made bread. So crispy on the outside and light and fluffy on the inside. Their bread alone is worth the trip! I ordered the #6 Chicken and the #15 Beef Stew. I definitely will rate this a 10/10 Definitely Recommend!!! And the price at $6.50 is sooo worth its rating. Great sandwich all the way around and that kick from the jalapeño is a nice "Hi, how are yah?!?" The beef stew has a fantastic Numi element and the taste is what you're after if you know you know when ordering beef stew at a Vietnamese restaurant. I know the portion is small but in addition to one of their sandwiches - It's perfect *Chef's Kiss!
