Let me just start by saying wow! This is such an amazing treat here on the mainland and to find it right in Portland incredible . Everything was savory tasty well prepared delivered quickly priced right and just a great hole in the wall vibe something that you just can't pass by and miss!Ordered most things on the menu and I can't say there was even one thing of possible disappointment. Everything 10 out of 10.

I signed to yelp just to rate this place. It's my favorite noodle place in Portland and I don't say that lightly. It's fresh and so tasty.I recommend getting the Chili oil rice noodles (you po mian) and the scallion noodles (cong you lian).

We became obsessed with the food truck and were delighted to hear there was an actual restaurant!!!Of course we had to get jianbing loaded and with the expanded menu we tried noodles and dumplings. The 3 items came to about $55 and was good amount for my husband, 2 littles and myself.Don't love having to bus my own table but the venue is cute and the cashier was incredibly nice.

I'd probably give this 3.5 stars if I could. Good place though I feel it was a bit expensive. It's counter service but very friendly staff. Food was solid and the highlight was definitely the bacon jianbing. The noodles we had were okay but I thought they were a tad bland. The dumplings were solid as was the roasted pork belly rice bowl. We had a couple beers and the total was darn near $100. Like I said, I thought it was solid but maybe slightly overpriced. Ambiance was nice and they have a decent size bar too.

I tried this place while on a business trip and immediately knew I needed to try it again -- this time with my wife. Best meal of the trip hands down. Perfect bite for a quick meal on the go that packs a lot of flavor and provides you with your carbs, protein, and veggies. The service was quick and friendly. You do order at the bar and pick up at the bar when ready, but the staff is available to answer any questions you may have. We did go right at lunch time on a weekday, so we had no problems finding seating, but I can imagine it can be limited on the weekends. Next time you're in Portland, you need to try their Jianbings! PS: they do also have a food truck.

We loved getting jianbings from their food truck so we had to try the restaurant too. Nice modern feel and friendly service. Ordered pork boiled dumplings, which were fabulous. Tried shannxi-style wide noodles with spicy garlic/soy/vinegar sauce, which was pretty tasty. Then of course, got a loaded jianbing w bbq pork, excellent as usual. Try it out, the jianbing is a traditional chinese street food, sometimes called a chinese crepe. So good!

My spouse recommended this spot after visiting the food cart previously. I wasn't sure what to expect, but this meal left me in awe. We split two loaded jianbings: the five spice beef and the roasted duck. Never in my life have I had anything like this. The crepe was thin and soft while the cracker (think wonton texture) gave it the best kind of crunch. The flavors complimented each other particularly well and the freshness of the veggies amplified the contrast between them and the richness of the protein. I will be dreaming about these until we come back to Portland.

I'm sorry, but why does this restaurant have the ratings that it does? The service was so below average and they ask you to tip but you order at the counter and don't get to try the food beforehand, what? My expectations are high for Asian cuisine since I consume mostly that, so when I came here and I got bland noodles and average tasting dumplings I kind of wish I just went and got some dumplings and Ramen from H Mart and saved $50. The presentation itself is nice and it's located in a decent area with lots of other attractions around. I couldn't rate either of the dishes above a 6/10.

We usually go to the food cart for the Jianbings, but because of the winter, they started offering Jianbings in the Bing Mi Dumpling and Noodle Bar. Unsure if this is still the case though! This 5-star review is for the delicious Jianbing that never disappoints! There is only street parking available. The space is small and cozy and there is a limited amount of seating indoors, but service is quick, and people are usually in and out.

This weather has me in a warm dumpling mood! Fresh noodles and steaming dumpling made it a no brainer to stop and try Bing MiDumpling and noodle bar! You grad a menu, order up front and find a seat where it's available. No table service at this location, you bus your own table. Our highlights included the pork and cabbage dumpling and the chili oil wontons. The pork and cabbage dumpling came out STEAMING and were 5/5 so delicious. We wished the chili oil wontons came out as hot as the dumplings, they were barely room temp, but the flavor was sooo good. There is limited seating inside, I could see the tables getting full fast! During the warmer months they do have outdoor seating. Bring your coat, the restaurant itself was kept on the chilly side during the winter. Street parking is available. I am looking forward to going back and trying some of their other specialties.
