Better Half

Of my ~1600 reviews, breakfast sandwiches (and Mexican food) are my most commented on category. The sandwich here is one of my favorite in the city! One difference you might notice is the homemade sausage is thinner than average, this is a good thing. I opted for hash browns which gave it a delicious crisp. However, I recommend squishing the entire sandwich so it's more functional to eat.You order via a touchscreen, and thankfully, they supply hand sanitizer unlike many places who use this system. The window guy was very pleasant. Parking is easy during off hours, but difficult during peak ones.Do know they no longer offer breakfast sandwiches at their brick and mortar location on NE Fremont.

Sandwiches are delish ~ vegan, fresh, quality ingredients.The downside is how expensive it is for what you get ~ a whole is a little over a half from say a chain sandwich shop. The wait is much longer than it should be. With New Seasons next door, it is a toss up which is better. Service is plain proper and the tip prompt is too high.Nice outdoor courtyard to eat your lunch.

Came here for brunch with a friend after wandering around a while in search for a chill spot. I got the TLT which had a lot of great flavors and textures. I love that they use local english muffins which were just right in terms of holding it all together. I thought the carrot habanero jam was a bit on the sweet side for me but had a nice heat. Would totally come back some time!

Went to lunch with my better half and very much enjoyed our sandos. Having a GF option without the additional cost was a plus. Will be back.

The breakfast sandwiches are amazing! They make their own sausage and English muffins. Amazing! We had the sausage and egg, added arugula and a hash brown! Delish!!

Vegan breakfast sandwich with sausage is SO GOOD. Highly recommend. Cute little spot outside to eat too.

Really kind, patient people working the cart location on Mississippi. For those that love a fried potato, the breakfast ciabatta comes with a perfectly crispy hash brown nestled between the egg, bacon + breakfast sausage, and it is sooo good. I've had it twice now, will def be back. Breakfast sandwich of my dreams.

Such a cute/upbeat restaurant for such a sad and depressing sandwich. I had the GF turkey and it was dry and overall just BORING. One piece of cheese, oily lettuce and hardly any turkey. I appreciate that they offer GF bread options but for 17$ a sandwich this thing needs to have something special. Honestly, I have had just as good at Subway. I feel scammed.

One of the best vegan sandwiches I've ever had! I had the vegan chicken salad with provolone. Will definitely be back

the breakfast BLT was amazing, and I love that spicy jam they add to it! What a nice little addition to the Prost cart pod.
