I really like this place. With the new specials all of the burger options are really great and the MacNCheese is one of the best I have ever had. I wish they had a kids menu with maybe a plain cheeseburger and half the fries and just smaller versions of other menu items.

This place is always fantastic! It's right around the corner from my house. The burgers are always delicious and the fries are even better. The owner(I assume) always has a good attitude and I have never had a bad interaction. If burgers aren't your thing the chicken tenders and fries are legit. The area is cool because you can great a beer and wait for food.

I ordered the Kale Wow salad today from Bam Pow! I'll have to come back to try their burgers as that clearly seems to be what their specialty is. The kale salad consists of kale, fried chicken, cheddar cheese, French fries... oh, wow... now I'm actually a little embarrassed to be writing this review about my "salad." I guess if it has kale it's still considered...To be honest, I feel like the salad lacked the wow factor I was looking for. Perhaps the kale could have been massaged slightly, or maybe the dressing could have had a bit more zing to it. The cheddar cheese was warm and oily, so between the coarse leaves of the kale and the oily cheese, the mouth-feel of the dish missed the mark completely.The music was great, the service was exceptional, and the greens appeared to be really fresh. My meal was served pretty quickly despite how busy they were during the lunchtime rush. I'm definitely happy to come back and try something else. Their Smoked Mac and cheese sounds amazing!

Nice man operates the cart. I love love breakfast sandwiches, the taste and creations vary greatly from place to place. So I was thrilled that Bam Pow started offering breakfast, I enjoyed the bacon, egg, and cheese on Texas Toast. Thankfully, the bacon is chopped; it's a pet peeve to take a bite and the entire strip comes out. The sando is gooey, which makes it yummy, but kinda messy. I hope he gets the traffic to warrant opening so early.

Mike is one of the nicest guys ever, and his burgers are BOMB.COM. He makes his own pickles and they really are the star of the show. We are waiting from him to jar them and sell them separately. Please Mike, give us those pickles!! The people are asking.

Loved the portion size for $10. And the fries come with the sandwich? Score! I sort of wish I would have got the burger instead of the chicken sandwich. There are so many good chicken sandwich places in Portland, and while the sauce on this chicken sandwich was good, the chicken itself did not have as much flavor as I was hoping for! I love a chicken sandwich where the flavor jumps out at you just from taking a bite of the chicken alone, and the sauces are just the extra benefit! Guess I'll have to go with the burger next time. But I'm not mad about this purchase by any means!

The burger is nothing bam or pow to rave about. And including fries with the burger seems like a deal, but quickly you realize they are from frozen and might as well be Ore Ida from frozen food aisle. As for the service, the first time I was going to try, the guy was flustered and basically said he was too busy. Good luck with bam powing your way to no repeat business.
