Bag O Crab

There is plenty of parking but, they are doing construction on the street so be prepared to detour. Bag 'O Crab is very nice inside and it's a ton of seating. Food was piping hot the whole time and very delicious. I did order a fresh pound of crawfish and, it didn't have any flavor to it (so I settled for more mussels which were juicy and big) Service-Our waitress Madison was absolutely sweet, she knew the menu, she continue to check on us and even the owner came around to help out! Ambience-It was actually stunning (refer to my video) it's music playing softly in the background you can still have a conversation and hear yourselves. It was a packed house we went during Happy Hour on a Monday. But, my husband and I decided to get a boil off of the main menu! I would highly recommend visiting this location (there is one in Beaverton as well) but, you are going to absolutely love it!!!

It's pretty busy at night! The parking is full and requires you to park in the neighborhood and walk a bit to the restaurant. There's music playing overhead. I thought the service was alright. I had to ask a few times for rice, but I think it was also because we were seated more on the side of the bar vs the main eating area so we were slightly tucked away from sight. We got the lemon pepper fries and the sweet potato fries. The lemon pepper was suuuper lemony. It wasn't bad with the boil but by itself was too strong. The sweet potato fries were fantastic, though! My boil was good I got the combination of sauces, which was the perfect umami style of a seafood boil. The shrimp with head on were tasty and huge, wish the whiskers were cut shorter though, and that the potato chunks were cut into quarters or halves.

Very poor restaurant name choice, but tasty nonetheless and accurate. Vibe is a bit like an Apple Store/travel agent office (for those that remember) mixed w/ a Chinese buffet/cheesy kids pirate themed bday party (think it's run by a Chinese family which might explain the name choice lol). Weird description I know but I think you'll agree if you go.Ok the food - we happened to come for happy hour which is til 530 on weekdays. good deals - $5 beers, $8 for half dozen oysters, and cheaper snow crab and shrimp. I'm not a huge oyster guy usually cause it's not worth the price for me but since it was just $8 we did it. We decided to go w/ the crab & shrimp HH combo. They have lots of other choices tho: dungeness & king crab, crawfish, lobster tail, clams & mussels. Basically you choose your seafood, seasonings, & spice levels & then you can do add-ons like corn and we added some sausage. We liked medium spice w/ atomic seasoning (mix of Cajun, garlic butter & lemon pepper). The presentation is a little less than elegant - they hand you a bag of all your steamed shit, a bucket, a bib and lots of wet wipes. Don't try to maintain your dignity, just put on your bib and let yourself loose, it's the only way to enjoy it. They have some other things like po boys and some non seafood stuff but the bag o crab + whatever else you want is why you should come.

Hadn't been to Bag O Crab in a while. I placed an order online for pickup and the message I got said the food would be ready in about 20 mins. I arrived about 30 minutes later and was greeted by a friendly cashier. I paid. Then waited. And waited. And waited. I saw food starting to come out, but by that time, the cashier was on a long phone call taking an order. Other guests arrived to eat and asked me and my family if we were waiting, and I let them know we were just waiting for our food. Finally, an employee asks me the last four digits of my phone number, finds my food, and hands it to me. He apologized for the wait. I waited a good 20 minutes for my food when it should have been ready when I got there.I checked my bag before leaving and my order was accurate. They included bibs and gloves for us to use while eating.The food was delicious as it always has been. The seafood is fresh and even though I hated the wait, I'm sure I'll go back again because the food is great.

Waited about 20 mins for a table. Servers were friendly. They give you gloves, a bib, wet wipe, and crackers & scissors to help you chow down. Garlic noodles were not good, I don't get the hype but I also don't care for butter noodles so maybe just not my thing. Seafood came out hot & it was delicious. Would definitely come again, I love the sauce here compared to other places I've been. Restaurant is spacious with booths & tables. Got cute sea themed decor like fishing nets hung up & such. Overall, a good experience & the seafood boil was yummy but nothing out of the ordinary.

I was meeting some family that had already been seated. I was disappointed that we were not greeted as we entered by the 2 staff members up front. My partner and I had no idea where the rest of our party were so we searched and minutes later would call a family member and we were still not acknowledged. It seems the best option is to order everything at once as I had to ask twice and wait around 10 minutes to get a side of steamed rice. I ordered the combo 1 with a pound of mussel and head on shrimp, atomic seasoning and medium spice level. The mussels were large and delicious. The shrimp was okay and the whiskers make it more difficult to eat. We shared the lemon pepper and sweet potato fries. The lemon pepper was all lemon and no pepper which left a very sour aftertaste. Both fries were not crispy. Overall this seems to be an okay spot if you're in the area but does not stand out from other Cajun Boil restaurants other than the robot.

Service is great very attentive and always checked in if we needed anything. The food is amazing everything was flavorful and had a kick to the mild. It has definitely died down after the all the attention they got when they first opened this location but nonetheless a great seafood boil place.

Food wasn't that great. Don't think we will be going back any time soon!! The robot was pretty cool.

The combo #4 plus lobster tail with snow crab and mild atomic sauce was amazingWe had a great birthday dinner here. So happy
