All Blue

All Blue is the newest food cart located just off Highway 26 in Sandlandia. The menu includes sushi, noodle soup, poke bowls, rice dishes, and a few sides. Prices are reasonable. Got the poke bowl with tuna and salmon and sushi. The poke bowl was a good serving of rice, salad, fish, and toppings. I liked the light shoyu dressing- just enough flavor. Ordered the Shrimp Tempura and California rolls. The rice was drier than I'm used to. Not sure if it was because I got a batch near closing time. The "insides" of the roll were good. Friendly and quick service. Glad there is a place to get sushi in town (other than Supermarket sushi). Would go back to have another poke bowl and to try their hot rice dishes. There are two portable toilets, a few parking spaces, and a handful of bar tables within Sandlandia.  Otherwise you need to park on the street.

Wow, the Spicy Tuna Poke bowl was amazing. Perfect balance of sweet, salty, savory with good texture. What I would expect in a nice brick and mortar store. And very friendly staff!

Salmon poke bowl was ok. More sauce likely would have made it better. Secret friendly and quick.

First time trying today, and I absolutely LOVED it. The ingredients were so fresh and delicious, and perfectly in balance. I got the tuna poke bowl, and I am looking forward to sampling the rest of the menu!

Holy cow this place is so good!!! I know it seems scary to have sushi from a food truck but trust me it is fresh and it is good. The poke bowl does not disappoint and the roll are just as good. A friend of ours told us about them and we have been back multiple times. Give them a try!

What if when you had posted hours online you were actually there? It a tough concept that I hope you figure out, but the food isn't good enough to gamble on gas anymore.

Disappointed, pictures are misleading. I bought the spicy tuna poke bowl. $14 for some leaves of lettuce 3 slices of cucumber, and about 1oz of shredded tuna. Tasted okay, nothing extraordinary.

The food is always good. I have gotten it a dozen or more times. I highly recommend their food.
