All the stars for Beth, our server. She was so incredibly patient and wonderful our entire visit. Other highlights include the seared ahi tuna dish. One second into my first bite I knew I wanted to order another plate. There's a unique tasty marinade that comes thru, as well as a bit of char from the grill. Tender, melt into your mouth, just 10/10. I loved the shoyu ramen for kids. Our toddler ate all the noodles and some of the extra tender chicken. The fried chicken was excellently crisp, flavorful, and our group appreciated the charred shishito peppers that garnished it. I do wish the chilled sake's were MORE chilled, extra cold, maybe even served in a frozen glass. They came out somewhat room temp, cool at best. I also condemn the lack of baby changing table in either of the restrooms. The restroom is large in size and could easily accommodate one if the restaurant wanted to install one. All in all a very nice visit and we look forward to returning again in the future.

I got the Yuzu Shoyu Ramen, and honestly, I think it might just not be for me. The noodles were ok, and the pork was pretty great (only one slice though), but the broth I can't say I was a huge fan of. We also got the pan-fried pork dumplings as an appetizer, and they had a great filling, but the crispy skirt surrounding them didn't really add much except a somewhat bitter flavor that I didn't enjoy. Another appetizer/side we got was the Wagyu Coulotte which was super tender and had a great flavor, but unfortunately it arrived at our table lukewarm, still tasty, but could've been better for sure. And finally dessert, we tried both the cheesecake and ice cream they had as options. The ice cream had a bit of a weird flavor, and the sauce they had on top of it didn't really work for me. Though the cheesecake was pretty nice! The whipped cream (?) and Yuzu sauce it was served with worked together really well. I'm interested to try their other ramen, but it isn't cheap, and compared to a lot of other spots I've been too, they don't give you a ton of food. Overall, I'd definitely recommend it to people who enjoy citrus flavored broths, but I don't think it's for me.

Tried the yuzu tsukemen ramen and I didn't realize that the broth was not hot! I knew that the noodles were going to be room temp but I was surprised that the accompanying broth to dip the noodles were not hot. So different from what I'm used to, but I can imagine that this is refreshing on a hot day. Still great food- when I went they didn't have robata menu but they said they're bringing it back soon! Had "the 55" sake and it was really good

A cool izakaya with an open kitchen, serving both their well-known ramens and smaller plates. The vibe is certainly more upscale than their other locations. We got seated at the bar by the kitchen which was very fun to observe the chefs doing their things. We got a number of small plates to share between the two of us and honestly five plates filled us up decently. The Ochazuke was interesting but I wouldn't go back for it, weirdly sour for some reasons. The Uni Sesame Tofu was fun. Texture was kinda slimey because of the okra so do be aware but the flavors were good and refreshing. Their Wagyu Tartare was our favorite of the night. Amazing flavors. Paired super well with the crispy wontons. 10/10 here. We finished off with the Futomaki and Hotatemaki. The Futomaki was the better of the two but the Hotatemaki was more novel. Both were very fresh and tasty though.Overall, a fun spot perfect for a date night!

Had the most amazing time here! The interior was beautiful and the staff was friendly. The only thing is that they were super busy even on a week night, which meant they were not as attentive as we may have liked (one star down for that). Also, make sure you have a reservation or you will need to wait or sit that the bar. Everything we tried was delicious and fresh. Already thinking about what we will get the next time we go Kanpachi Carpaccio $19 Sake Collar Special $16 Yuzu-Tsuyu Tsukemen Cold $19The sake collar special was cooked the perfection! The outside was a little crisp and the inside was tender and fatty. We will back for the yuzu tsuyu tsukemen too which was super refreshing with a great yuzu flavor!

My wife and I really enjoyed our dinner. My chirashi was great- the fish was very fresh. She got the yuzu-tsuyu tsukemen (dipping ramen) and you can specify if you'd like the noodles cold or warm- she picked warm and was happy with that choice. The dipping sauce was a little tangy and super flavorful- she loved how you can customize the flavor by picking how far to dip the noodles and other ingredients. We recommend getting reservations or putting yourself on the waitlist early because this restaurant was popular.

Not sure why the review are not higher. We absolutely enjoyed our food. The place is open and airy. Our server was super sweet and the food was yummy. Got a hand roll and a bowl of ramen. The ramen is rich and the noodles were skinnier than I amused to buy they were nice and had a good chew to them. We all really enjoyed our food.

The service was 5 star. We sat at the bar and received lovely service from a very enjoyable bartender. We had some of the happy hour specials. They were good. I tried the Hazelnut Tantanamen. It seemed more "peanutty" than hazelnut. The vegetables were good but sparse. The mushrooms, on the other hand, rated right up there with the 5 star bartender. Also the NA shandy with Crux NoMo IPA, hibiscus and soda was refreshing. I would go again.

We were lucky to snag bar seats at Afuri around 9p. Overall we felt like the service was pretty slow and that the bartenders weren't super attentive. The food was pretty good, I really enjoyed the Hokkaido uni and the bluefin maki. Personally I felt like the tofu had a grainy texture which wasn't my favorite and I felt like all the rolls / maki had a little too much rice, but overall the food was good!

Afuri has never let us down!Ramen and sushi knock-outs! This venue is just a cool place to have lunch/dinner in, too! The open design, viewing the architectural beams and the double stack stainless kitchen vents. Idk, it just has an appeal to it. The service is always amazing here! And the beer tap has some local creations they partnered with next door brewery on. Im a fan of their Yuzu Lager though!
