503 Hibachi

So I came around 7 something at night in a Saturday and was surprised with how busy it was. We ordered there. Thinking it was dead and was told 30 min wait time, but they'll try to get it to me as soon as possible. Idk if there were a lot of call ahead orders but it was busy, even though it didn't seem like it. When the food came it was fresh. I will say it's not your everywhere else where's it's a sweet teriyaki chicken with a crust to the meat. This was juicy and savory. I will say, it seems like a lot of protein but less rice than I was expecting, but filling none the less. If I am craving a healthier chicken teriyaki I would get this! If you're in a time crunch, I'd call ahead to see the time frame you're working with. Definitely worth trying!

The GOOD- big portions, fair prices - nice CHAR on the veggies- steak is cooked to perfection, I order medium every time- the orange sauce has a wonderful Smokey taste- the other included sauce is sweet and tangy- everything goes together so well with the sauces!!The MIDS- veggies are a little too salty- seating area could be a little cleaner The LOWS- wait time is a little long but so worth itSUMMARYAmazingly hearty meal with perfectly cooked meats and veggies further complimented by the included sauce. Very fairly priced for the huge portion you get. I'm not sure if you can order ahead of time, but that would be ideal if you can.

This spot was highly recommended by friends and none other than the Korean Mama on Insta :) So my son and I decided to try it out and ordered our food to go. We got there and were welcomed by one of the two brothers (Alan & John) who runs this food cart. Alan took our order and because my husband has a shellfish allergy, he made sure to accommodate our food allergy request. We ordered the Steak Hibachi, Steak & Shrimp Hibachi, a side of shrimp tempura, and a side of chicken fried rice. We were asked how we wanted our steak cooked and requested it to be medium-rare. The aroma as they cooked smelled amazing and we were excited to try it! We took the food home and were very impressed with the quantity and quality of the steak and shrimp! The steak was still very tender and perfectly cooked to our preference. Shrimp was excellent, not over cooked which is what we were hoping for. Fried rice and tempura were great as well! The "yum yum" sauce that came with the food, was so good that we wish we asked for extra. They also provide a teriyaki and soy ginger sauce. Husband didn't react to anything so that is a huge plus, knowing that they do pay attention to food allergy requests. Came here for a scallop/shrimp combo and a steak combo. Have been here a handful of times before and it's been great everytime. Service is wonderful and the food is so fresh, feels home-made, and cooked perfectly everytime.I tipped a bit more generously because it's a great restaurant. The gentleman said it was too much and thanked me for it. He also gave me a bunch of extra sauces to try in return.I also asked if I could have no onions and they happily made a new vege batch to accommodate.Anyways the service was amazing again and the food was perfect. You know when you finish an entree and wish you had more? Didn't happen to me. They LOADED the scallops it was great. Each one was cooked perfectly; so tender and buttery and plump.If you considered this place, go try it now.

503 HIBACHI is always amazing. It is one of our favorite meals whenever we are in the area. it's one of our top 3 choices in the Beaverton area

Great food cart with yummy teppanyaki! From shrimp, steak, chicken, yakisoba and fried rice everything in the menu is delicious! The portion servings are big and the prices are good.

LOVE HIBACHI HERE!! Let me tell you they know how to cook it here!!! I have been wanting to come here for a while now to try this place after reading all the reviews. Finally did tonight. My husband was so impressed too that he has to go back to tell them how it was restaurant quality! We loved steak with the chicken fried rice too. We will be regulars here even though it's an hour drive for us!! Highly recommend this place!

starting off with im still thinking about the food - everything tasted amazing, super flavorful! the gal who took my order was super nice and patient with me and my back and forth trying to alter my order. waiting for the food took a minute but worth the wait. the location of this place is located with a bunch of other food trucks and there were plenty of seating available - super nice and a vibe during a sunny day!

We came to check out the Lumpia. It was just like my grandmother's. My son tried the steak hibachi OMG!!! I AGREE WITH HIM COMPLETELY PHENOMENAL...
