Been to this location twice in the past year, and the chicken sandwiches are consistently high quality like it's regular store counterpart. However, both times there's been service issues:The first time, my family ordered 3 classic chicken sandwiches and 1 spicy chicken sandwich. We instead received 1 classic chicken sandwich and 3 spicy chicken sandwiches. At the very least we received 4 sandwiches in the end.This time, we ordered 2 sandwiches and were given the bag with our order when called over. We drove all the way home until we noticed they completely missed one sandwich and part of our combo meal.I'll note that both times it wasn't particularly busy. The food tastes great, but please improve on ensuring each order is properly fulfilled.

Had to try out their fish sandwich yesterday. Not a happy camper. The sandwich was soggy and dripping water like liquids. It was flavorless. Totally disappointed. The fried shrimp were okay but the breading was more than the actual shrimp. Service was just okay. Use to be so much better. What happened to customer service after Covid??? The tables were not clean and their door from the dining room to the kitchen still slams very loudly. You'd think they would have fixed this years ago. It's loud and annoying.

Came here today while shopping in Plaza Bonita. Ordered a 5 piece chicken tenders. Service was fast. Food was ok. The tenders a bit chewey. It was a bit pricey for what you get, but I was really craving it. I was surprised that I was asked to pay $1.29 for a refill on a small coke. I've never had to pay for a soda refill. I guess they have to make up for the absurd $20.00 dollar an hour minimum wage here in California.

Great service & food. The staff do a good job to get the food out as quickly as possible. It's fresh amd hot. I frequently go to this location and have come to know some of the staff. Like Eric & Valerie. Very friendly and professional. In this day and age that is hard to come by. If i could give a recommendation. This location needs the scanner for the application. So customers can get the rewards. Enjoy your Popeyes Chicken! Thank you!

Never in my life have I been told I can't add something on once I'm at the window. All I wanted to do was add on a shrimp tacklebox because I did not see it on the menu and Roxania I believe the name was or Roxana told me I had to get back in the line. Super odd but I wasn't going to argue, nor get back in the line.

If I could give no stars I would. Service was terrible. Manager needed help ringing things up. They didn't have any items offered on the menu and the chicken strips were clumped and disgusting. Never again.

They barely opened and honestly they're not making a good impression. They're absolutely rude, manager and staff. I came by twice and both times the person taking orders is giving attitude. I asked for extra pickles for my chicken sandwich and got an eye roll from 2 different employees. The guy who was at Fry station was touching the fries with no gloves as well. I've never had Popeyes before they opened at the mall and honestly I don't want to eat there ever again. 10/10 WORST experience ever.

Horrible, always understaffed and super slow. Wait is so long for just a simple sandwich!

the service was terrible they were lazy and did not care about anything, Plus they didn't even have chicken even though their Place is Known for their Chicken so I'm just not happy with this
