WORST - ABSOLUTE WORSE I have ever had. Husband was grabbing a quick bite to eat and went to Popeye's. The place was dirty and the workers looked like a bunch of gang members. He ordered a spicy chicken sandwich. We live close by so he brought it home. It was not a spicy but original. The bun was hard as a rock. The chicken was WAY over cooked and tasted like I was eating saw dust. I finally decided to ditch the bun and just eat the chicken. The chicken tasted like it was really old - like it had been sitting there for hours. I ended up throwing it away. NEVER GOING BACK!!!! Avoid this place like the plague!!!!!!!

As many of the other reviewers stated this place is absolute trash. Customer service is horrible and they always screw you on the portions. Stuff is always missing or cold. I got a 5 piece chicken tender delivered and these things are tiny and a bunch of stuff was missing

Worst Popeyes ever.Pretty sure the chicken they gave me today was at least a couple of days old. Easily the detest chicken I have ever attempted to eat.They offered me some non spicy chicken that they were about to cook, but I only have so much time for lunch.Screw this place and the $10 the basically stole from me today by selling me inedible food. And they stole my lunch time and I didn't get to eat.Will never return.In fact, all Popeyes are on time out for a year over this.Last time I did that I never ate at that restaurant chain again....

Wish give zero stars.....ordered 50 dollars worth an got ice cold strips... mashed potatoes cold ..wanted Mac an cheese didn't get it ...order sauces none came...save your money I'll never order from them again ...

Ordered a 2pc chicken dinner, no drink, got 2 pc chicken & a biscuit! No mashed potatoes. Also ordered 3 pc tenders, got everything but sauces! I asked if mashed potatoes where in the box and was told yes, asked about sauces the clerk gave them to me. Seeing as there were 3 clerks taking orders, you would think they could get them right! Never again.....tried calling them, they wouldn't answer the phone!

Missing items, on Uber eats order.No quality control. No utensils. Cold food. No answers on restaurant phone day or night.. Could not get order fixed. Bad choice. There are plenty of other places to choose I am suggesting you pick one of those who actually care about their food and service. This Popeyes does not understand what they are in business for. I can only hope they have some other kind of business products or service to offer because their advertised and implied purpose has failed100%.

This location has horrible customer service and workers that do not know how to use the registers. I was in line for 15 minutes. I ordered a family feast for 29.99 with a half gallon sweet tea 3.99 and to replace the biscuits in the family feast with strawberry biscuits. Why did my order cost $56? I told the worker in drive thru it was incorrect and they didn't ask me what kind of sides I wanted nor what kind of chicken but had an order together for me. The employee added on the strawberry biscuits as a side even though 4 came with the meal. I did not want 8 biscuits. He refused to do the math and charge be the difference between strawberry and regular and told me he couldn't change it in the meal. So he wanted me to pay for stuff I didn't want. Absolutely ridiculous. I'm now 20 mins waiting and have to change my entire order, first of all didn't get it right in the first place, just to be told you can't price adjust properly. I drove off because what are you guys on?? I'm not here to waste my money. Get it together and will never go back. This was tonight April 28th at 8:30 pm. Please train your employees because you are losing money.

Went to the Drive Thru about 2:30 pm. Fries were cold, chicken nuggets were Luke warm. No straws for the drink.

BEST POPEYES EVER, my kids and I loved it! From the food to the service here, The little lady in the front taking your orders is amazing also bilingual such a great worker!

I went here for the first and last time over the weekend. 5930 W Northern Ave, Glendale AZ I walk in, I was the only customer there. The girl at the register didn't say anything, smile or hello or even ask if she could help me. She just had a blank look on her face, in desperate need of customer service skills. I ordered chicken only. Opened the box at home, took one piece out and the skin fell off, four more pieces did the same thing. There were two breasts that were drier than the Mojave Desert, that skin stayed on but it was hard as a rock, I couldn't bite through it. This chicken must have been left over from the day before, it had absolutely no taste. $15 wasted on this horrible stuff. This is the worst chicken I have ever had. They have a problem here.
