Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen

This has to be the worst Popeye's. They can't seem to get my order right anytime I go. My company used them for catering recently and they forgot 2 sandwiches and 3 orders of strawberry biscuits. I called to ask for the missing items and the manager told me to take it up with Door Dash or whichever delivery service we used. I told him my company didn't use a delivery service-- we used the Popeyes website. He said he checked the order personally and everything was there (subtly implying I was lying). He then said that he'd give me the missing items if I brought the whole order back, but my crew had already started eating when we realized we had been shorted. Luckily people decided to split their food to make up for the restaurant's mistake.Today, I brought my nephew through the drive thru, thinking they couldn't mess up 2 orders. I was wrong. We ordered a Classic Sandwich and a 6 piece Lemon Pepper Wings with Blackened Ranch. What we got was a Spicy Sandwich, a giant mess, and no Blackened Ranch. The box of wings wasn't fully closed and the Lemon Pepper sauce leaked out all over the inside of the bag, covering the sandwich wrapper. Luckily nothing got on my car's floor mat. There's no use calling to complain. I'll just go to the Popeyes on Bell Rd and 51st Ave instead.

Definitely can improve on the people you hire. The whole interaction lacked professionalism. The young light skinned lady voice on the intercom was unwelcoming, usually when people say thank you, you respond by saying 'you're welcome', it's common courtesy. She forgot my silverware and napkins, there was no rush and no cars behind me. Not sure why the lack of items. I would not want to be here during rush hour if you forget the simple things. It's pretty convenient the receipt machine wasn't working so I couldn't fill out a survey but at least I can leave a review.

The WORST service I have ever received. Guy in the drive through was rude, and my order was missing half the items I paid for! Honestly, the worst experience I have had at a fast food place in my entire life. Please avoid this place. They do not deserve your business. There is another Popeyes about 2 miles away. Do not waste your time. Just go to the other one.

Handed me an ICELESS pop. Not sure if something happened to their machine or he was just trying to get one passed me--zero explanation came with it. Sides were half empty. No utensils to eat the sides. I still smiled and thank them. They obviously hate their lives.

Horrible service. Workers behind counter were touching everything from trash to register then proceeded to handle my food. The male then proceeded to flirt with female customers rather than provide adequate service reasoning that they did not have the things we needed because "everything out including ice for beverages" No signs were even posted apologizing stating they were currently out of ice. Dining room was filthy!!! Guaranteed it hasn't been tended to in what looked like days. Sorry to future customers that decide to dine in this Popeyes. By far the worst Popeyes I have ever encountered.

I have come to this Poppeyes location a few times. We stopped here for some chicken and red beans and rice. I got a 10 piece for 3. We sat inside and ate the food since it was a hot hot day. Great people, good customer service and all. Not bad.

They are horrible. When you order on uber they always forget dipping sauces and the drink. They seal up the order and tell the delivery driver it is complete.

Hello. My daughter and I went to your location on 34th and Greenway (I will attach receipt).Upon arrival going through drive through with our mobile order the Popeyes work asked my order, I advised I have a mobile order and told her my name; the worker proceeded to advise me it was picked up 20 minutes ago. I had advised Ms. Breana I had placed it 10 minutes ago so how could it have been picked up. I tried to ask further questions and she advised I need to contact corporate's for a refund and she could not assist with my door dash order (I never mentioned door dash) she asked me to pull forward or put an order in. I advised I would come in and speak with the manager.When entering the store the manager was speaking with Ms. Breana and I stepped forward and explained my side. Ms. Breana had thought I said my name was JD not Jamie. The manager was super kind and apologized promptly, Ms Breana did not and walked away with no acknowledgement.I will say your manager is awesome but I will notate this is not the first time I have had awful customer service at your location. The manager was very complimentary with a cheese cake which changed my attitude. I wanted to share since I feel some of your workers could use some customer service training but your manager gets 100%.Thank You,Jamie

My husband ordered 12 pease hot wings, but they gave he the wrong one, and they charged he $20.28 including popcorn shrimp , around 7:30 pm. Wish you take care of it, please.

Picked up food for the fam, came home and saw y'all forgot my wings :( I wasn't able to go back out cause it's a 20 min drive. I tried calling and no one answered except this annoying high pitch straight in my ear. It was supposed to be a bday dinner for my mom and those were her wings. Good food but very Disappointed.
