Popeye's Louisiana Kitchen

Absolutely the worst "fried" chicken in the world. The chicken, although the breast was large" is filled with lard. I actually wrapped about 5 layers of paper towels around the piece of chicken two times and squeezed as hard as I could....and both times towels soaked up grease. We couldn't understand...the window clerk, so do not know much about any combo sides....the outside menu had information, however we wanted questions about menu. .so much for that...could not understand the reply.We certainly won't go back.

I went through the drive thru and ordered a 6 piece Parmesan Garlic boneless wing. Before driving away I checked my order and it was incorrect. I went inside of the store. A manager was at the register I handed her my bag and told her about the mix up. She didn't apologize for the mistake. She took the wings back where the Cook who messed up my order proceeded to dump the wings on top of the other wings that were sitting under the heat lamp. I'm pretty sure that is a major food violation. She had no idea if I touched those wings or what I did to them. There was also a leak in the roof in the kitchen, there was a bucket on floor collecting the water. I will not be going back to this location.

This Popeye's is right down the road from our house. I'd be lying if I said my fave food wasn't chicken fingers. I order them all the time! When I heard that they were going to be opening a location I was thrilled. Location is pretty and clean. I've been a couple of times and I'd say right now they are just 'okay' and have some stuff to still work out. I'm giving them the benefit of the doubt and chalking it up to it being "new." One time my chicken was cold. Another time the line took soo long and there were only about 5cars in the drive thru. Almost every time I've gone they haven't had any ranch which is annoying considering chicken fingers and ranch go hand in hand. Hoping to see them make some growth in the future.

This is a newer location in our area & we were excited because we do not have a lot of restaurants that's less than 8mins in our area. The first time we ordered from them our food was okay but we understood because they were only open for a month or so. We went 2 additional times after that & our food was always hot & fresh. Our only suggestion would be to make sure to season the chicken & or batter because it was missing. A tip: download their app for specials & to earn points for purchases/rewards.

Wow, just wow. This place is an absolute mess. Takes 30 minutes to get through the drive through. They don't even answer one of their two intercoms. Then we get up there and they're out of half the chicken we ordered. The manager goes "we could just give you 7 of the 12 pieces." Me: "would there be a discount?" The manager: "no, sorry, we don't do that."Will never go again.

Never coming to this location again! They are trying to kill people. We received uncooked chicken tonight. Yes, the chicken was pink and bloody inside and we needed to recook at home to eat it. They also forgot part of our order, but the uncooked chicken is kind of a bigger deal. They were not even busy. Steer clear of this spot!

Been to this location 3 times and first of all compared to PEBBLE CREEK store the chicken breast's are VERY Small half the size compared to the PEBBLE CREEK LOCATION. store. The recent order had to throw in the garbage it was such a turn off ,,The worst chicken I have ever eaten in Arizona. The spice wasn't consistent on the chicken and fries also were not what they should be..It seems someone skimped on the ingredients and or also used old oil. First time I had to throw away anything from any Popeyes sorry we bought this . I'd rather take a trip from buckeye to the pebble creek store where the food quality and taste are always a treat to eat. It never tastes like ransid oil cooked this . Too bad this is 2 minutes from the home but every try just doesn't make it in every way paying more for very small chicken breasts with hardly any meat on them and the oily outside. Crossing this location off our list. After eating makes you never want to eat fried chicken again. Jackrabbit Indian school new store location. Don't waste your money here. It's worth a drive to get it the way it was intended!. Buckeye has such horrible restaurants and take out. I'm used to eating great tasting food. Who's watching the chicken supplier in the hen house. If I was the store manger I'd go to pebble creek and learn how it's done the right way every time Total failure is the grade!!!!

Stopped on Saturday at 6:30 and no one else inside or drive up. There were at least 6 people working/dancing behind the counter. Ordered 12 piece nuggets since our kids only like nuggets, with 2 large sides. Didn't know until we got home 1/2 hr later that we had a12piece regular chicken with 1 large side and 3 small sides. The person who took our order knew we asked for nuggets since she asked what dipping sauces we needed. We have now learned we won't leave without going through our order first. With that many teenagers working, you would have thought someone could figure out the difference between nuggets and regular chicken. Food was still hot and crispy, just not what we ordered.

0 stars. Service is horrible. Workers do not what they are doing. Food is cold and hard. Missing food from my order. A "3 minute" park up front wait is 25 minutes. If you order the 1/4 lb shrimp you will get 3 tiny pieces of shrimp. Long story short dont buy here you will regret it.

Went into the store yesterday afternoon and placed an order to go. Once I got home, half the order was wrong. I asked for 2 breasts and a mashed potato. I got a breast and a thigh and no potatoes. Not the first time I've been to this restaurant but it will be the last.
