Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen

Possibly the slowest restaurant in existence, I would never know how the food tasted because I had to demand a refund after I waited 45 minutes.

The service is horrible. Mexican lady in front has been working in front for years and is always confused and never has the order started everytime I arrive. If I can give no stars I would.

If I could give this place zero stars I would!!!! Stay say far away the worker are beyond rude waited at the counter for 15 minutes just to be greeted with we should have opened at eleven not how may I help you nothing. If you don't like your job quit and move on will not be back

Well I went back to this restaurant after I made a complaint to the Health Board about the dirtiest restaurant I've ever seen don't think anything's been cleaned that's my second try will not be back Popeyes I'm sure people have been sick from this restaurant I didn't get sick because I threw mine away

Heavily prioritizes takeout and food delivery over dining room service. I like the flavor of Popeyes chicken and have had good experiences at some of the locations north of Everett but this one seems to be neglected. Stopped in to eat in dining room. Dining room was dirty with most tables having crumbs, food, etc left on them. Lots of workers in back ambling around slowly. Dine in order took much longer than their other locations up north and they had a large collection of pickup and food delivery orders on counter. Watching a gig worker trying to flag down an employee for 5 minutes at counter to get a missing delivery order. Wouldn't recommend going here unless you're getting food delivery and love Popeyes.

Came in for a pick up. standing for 7min and even told me ill help you out next. She probably forgot about helping me next, cause another customer came in to order food, and so on. They are just talking and preparing food really slow. Sat down for another 27min.. alot of people piling up inside waiting for the order. half an hour waiting and just left. Very unprofessional they need a manager upfront to supervise them. If your that busy why not add more workers upfront and has the manners to say what can i help you today? are you here for pickup? They need to get retrained for that

Well I haven't had anything from this location but they got my order correct and it was almost hot and the chicken was crispy and moist. I had ordered the three piece signature chicken with the Cajun mash potatoes, I was surprised at how much I liked the side it had a really authentic Cajun spice to the gravy only problem was it was a small serving.I also shared a six piece ghost pepper wings with my son, I found them to not be that hot and a little overcooked so kinda meh for them, the biscuit was just ok kinda dry coulda used some of the Cajun gravy. All in all not bad I'll oder from them again if I'm in the area.

Poor service. An online order was messed up, my disabled grandfather sent me to grab the correct order. A worker named "Angelo" or something like that was openly talking smack which again do I expect professionalism from the workers at the Everett location? No that would be too much to ask . However I have worked food service before and know that those types of workers need to be dealt with like ASAP. If I could give this location -0 stars I would because like what was that? That's not how you're supposed to act and the branch manager needs to know, or else I suppose "Angelo" or "Deangelo" whatever the hell is driving away a bunch of customers with his nasty attitude and that dirty AirPod in his ear .

Food quality was fresh as can be, might have to wait 10 minutes while being the only customer but Popeyes at this location is still a go!

The cashier was not nice, the place is filthy! Food everywhere behind the cashier, floors slippery and greasy. Need so much more management
