Food is good. Order online still waited 20 minutes. Clean restaurant but need to control street people coming in and using the bathroom and staying in there a long time.

The reason I'm giving it a three-star rating is not the food. The chicken sandwich is the same excellent fun one with pickles and now they have a spicy version or whatever. The special version is the ultra gooey and neon yellow macaroni and cheese is still delicious..The three stars are for the last three times I've been there. The drive-thru line is bananas and they seemingly have locked the door to dine inside at random times. Maybe they close it at 1900 hours? I'm not sure but there's always people sitting inside when I get there and then the door is locked. So that pisses me off and that's why they got three stars.

Horrible experience. Didn't get my order correct. I asked for no sauce on my chicken sandwich and received a ton of mayo on it. Plus the sandwich had 2 bottoms as the bun. The soda was also flat. Don't go here.

I had never been to a Popeye's restaurant before and decided to go based on a History Channel show about the evolution of the chicken sandwich. The spicy chicken sandwich was just as good as they said on TV but I got ripped off by Grubhub. I will never use Grubhub again. I had never ordered from Popeyes Chicken before so I searched online to order for pickup later. I did not notice that I was not on Popeyes Website because it looked so similar. I bought 2 chicken sandwiches for pick-up and was charged $6.23 each for sandwiches that cost $4.99 in the store. When I got there 25 minutes later, the order was not even started. They had not noticed that is had come in through Grubhub. If I had just walked in to the store and ordered, there would have been no difference except for the extra 24.9% that Grubhub added to my order plus WA tax. What a rip-off!! There were two people working. One looked like the manager and the other a trainee who was being trained every step of the way. The manager spoke so fast that he was difficult to understand.

Prepare to wait in the line for 30 minutes for a sandwich and wings. When I came there was 1 car in front of me in line (already at the window) and now it's packed with over 6 cars and we've yet to be served.

I don't normally post about chain establishments, however this one earned it.I was craving chicken for dinner, so I stopped by on my way home. I've had Popeyes before, so I know it's good.The lobby was almost empty, but the drive through was busy.The cashier was with a female customer, and I was behind the next customer. A customer was waiting for his order off to the side.When the cashier was done with the female and the customer in front of me, the customer off to the side got his order. But it was wrong, the cashier said something about speaking clearly and walked away. I was standing there waiting to order... so I just left.And I'm more than likely never coming back to this location

Pull up to drive thru and sit behind a lady for ~5minutes before she drives through the drive thru and leaves. I pull up and -Drive thru started out with a snide "TSSSKKK...What-chu need?" I reply with "Can I get a 3piece chicken meal all dark meat..."Cut off by Drive Thru: "Spicey or regular?"Me: "Spicey please and can I get some hot sauce with it?"Drive Thru: "Your total is ___Me: "ummmm...Can I get red beans and rice as my side and can I get a Shrimp Tackle box with some ranch also?"Drive Thru: "Is that it or is there more?"Me: "Well, I think the tackle box comes with a drink?"Drive Thru: "It does, what-chu want?"Me: "Can I get a Dr. Pepper?"Drive Thru: "What size?"Me: "Whatever size comes with the meal."Drive Thru: "TSSSKKK...The MEAL does NOT come with a drink!"Me: "ummmm...you just said the tackle box comes with a drink."Drive Thru: "The Tackle Box DOES come with a drink, the MEAL does NOT!"Me: "Okay, I'll play the game. So, as I am putting my cash away and getting my wallet -Drive Thru: "I told you the total, I need your card!"Me, starting to get frustrated with the constant berating from the girl: "Can I get my wallet out, sheesh!"Drive Thru as she snatches my card out of my hand: "No need to be an a$$#ole!"Me, biting my lip just sit there not responding. She flips my card at me, snatches the receipt from the till; tossing it into my car and shoves my food out the window at me.I take the food and sit there...Drive Thru: "WHAT!"Me: "I had a drink with that order, a medium Dr. Pepper."Drive Thru storms off, swearing and screaming something at the others inside that I couldn't understand all of.Some dude walks over to the window and tells me: "Leave now!"So, I drive off, NOT getting my drink that I paid for. When I open my bag of food, low and behold... 1.) NO biscuits, should have been 2 of them. 2.) 1-breast, 1-wing, and a back piece...NOT Dark Meat as requested...NOR was it spicey, it was plain chicken. 3.) No Hot Sauce, no ranch, no cocktail sauce, no sauces what so ever for the chicken or the shrimp Tackle Box. 4.) Red Beans and Rice was all rice with a tablespoon of Red Beans on top. Absolutely 100% shameful for any employee to treat a customer, that did absolutely nothing wrong, in such a manner. NEVER will I return to such a RUDE, DISGUSTING, INCONSIDERATE place ever again!
