Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen

We ordered a three piece and they knowingly put in two tiny pieces that barely made one normal piece. Be serious. We're all paying an arm and a leg and these people do that. It's annoying that we would have to check your food before leaving from now on. Food is always cold and fries are stale. Bad service and terrible quality control.

This is one of my favorite Popeyes in the Greater Woodlands Area. First off and most important they have Never run out of the specials. I have got to make it a habit to come here first when I want Popeyes Fried Chicken.I'm so tired of being told by the Popeyes on Rayford and the one on Panther Creek by the Gosling Post Office that they are sold out of the main specials and even multiple side orders. The staff is friendly enough and I always get fresh hot chicken. They have spicy or mild or whatever mix you want. Give this Popeyes Chicken a try if the others are sold out of chicken items or sides :). Parking lot is smaller but has always had available parking spots.

Today was a very rare total breakdown of self control. I confess, here, publicly, that I could not pass by Fried Chicken and about 2000 calories for Lunch; five spicy chicken strips, mac'n cheese, and red beans and rice. Four different dipping sauces!!! Yum!Oh and two biscuits that I promised myself I wouldn't eat, but of course, I did.Counter service was amazing: polite and instantaneously serving me my $10 lunch The clean interior is surrounded with glass walls, and TVs entertain viewers with ESPN. Perfect!

Took my kids here for some dinner after their karate class. We all were exhausted and after a long day we just wanted get some dinner and go home and rest. We decided to come inside because we like when the chicken fresh and not let it get cold by the time we get home. There was quite a few people on the drive through and about 5 people inside. As soon as it was our turn to order my kids where being kids but the girl was honestly so patient and help me through. We went to sit and they brought the food to us and was so nice with bringing ketchup and honey and everything. And the best part our chicken was fresh which was amazing nothing was cold or tasted old everything was honestly worth every penny I'm definitely coming back to this one since this one by the boys class. We have one closer to the house but the quality of food and service does not even come close to this one. If you want fresh food and good service come to this one.

Horrible drive thru service on a Tuesday. Specifically asked for natural gravy with a chicken tender order and no sauce was added to the order. After arriving home from a long drive and hubby being upset over no gravy, I then proceeded to call the Manager. Juan answered, however he hesitated to say his name. So, I hope his name is Juan and I'm not just writing this for nothing to be done. It's so expensive for quality chicken these days. The chicken we were served was pink , half dry half moist . Seemed to be about 2 hours old. Juan didn't even have the capability to comp anything on the next order order or offer some kind of number to call corporate. Who's in charge of this location?! Let's just say we won't be eating at this location ever!

How come all the Popeye's locations have 2 stars? Because of the terrible service. "Pull up to the window then" Rude.

I was there for my lunch break and I just have to say I was very impress with the service provided. As soon as I walked in there was someone in-front of me and I thought it would take a while but it was quite fast and when it was my turn the girl taking my order was really nice to me and honestly patient since I had no idea what to get and she was giving me recommendations and everything. As I was sitting waiting for my order I notice that some family got up and left and within 2 minutes someone was there to clean the table and leave it ready for the next person. The restaurant was extremely clean. Overall everything was amazing and I will definitely be coming back to this certain Popeyes.

Service here wasn't great.Food is just aight.Popeyes ain't what it was 20 years ago.The service at most locations is sub par.

God awful staff, the cashier made a big ass deal over cocktail sauce when i didn't ask for it to begin with least she could've done was trade it out for the damn sauce i actually asked for. After all said was done they had to audacity to make fun of me while i was still in the establishment as if i didn't understand. The food was mediocre and over cooked.

This inflation situation is really out of control and I understand restaurants need to cut costs, but I was really disappointed in this undersized 4 piece chicken. All pieces were small, the wing was the smallest I ever seen and the drumstick was barely the same size as the biscuit. No more orders from Popeyes for awhile. Paid too much for too little.
