Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen

It has been several years since I have wanted to try Popeyes. It just seemed it never made it to our itinerary when we ended up choosing a place. I suppose mainly because I don't eat a lot of fried food. We Ended up having to go to two locations. The first location didn't have dine-in. ‍ Only mobile or drive-thru orders. No biggie. Last time I had fast food I brought it home and everything was cold. I didn't want that to be the case so we went to another location. Second place our order was placed at 5:59 pm. Ordered a shrimp combo with a side of cajan fries and mashed potatoes. (had a coupon for a free side so I thought I would try both). My hubby got the two-piece chicken combo with the same sides that I got. I only know the time because I ended up checking the receipt due to how long we were waiting after we ordered. It was over 30 min wait....37 minutes to be exact. Once the food arrived everything was cold except for my husband's 2-piece chicken. His french fries were even cold. I was told there was no sauce or ketchup, only tartar sauce that I was welcome to have. Oh boy! New experience with my fries. I just might start a trend.Although we should have said something we didn't complain. I truly was trying to not let it ruin the evening. We were given a strawberry biscuit which we took home. After eating it... I went to throw the container away and my husband had his upside down in a bowl. It had a time handwritten of 4:00. So, now what seemed like a nice gesture turned out to be a thoughtless act of kindness. Will we be back....... absolutely NOT. It was not just the service, the food even though it was cold was not all that. The cajan fries were not seasoned very well, the shrimp all I could taste was the batter, and the chicken my husband said was not flavorful. There are too many places that I'd rather spend my money on.

Every single time I come to this location, they are out of drinks and the entire machine doesn't work. I've been to this location 5 times and only once has it actually worked.

Ordered online. Took 30 minutes. The restaurant is run by 16-yr olds that barely speak English that were not able to understand my online order. And the Popeye's app is trash

If I could leave zero stars I would. They make you pull around for you food to wait in your car. Tell you it will be 6 or 7 min. Then 15 min later when you call and ask if they forgot about you they act rude and like I'm out of line. Horrible service.

Came here with a friend and ordered two sandwiches, a sprite, and a mango lemonade. When we pulled up to the microphone to order, we were waiting for over a minute for someone to speak. When someone finally decides to take our order, we can barely hear them out of the very poor speaker. We pull up to the window to pay, and the person at the window doesn't even acknowledge us. All they did was hold out the credit card machine and then continued to talk to another customer on the headset. After paying, we sat in the drive through for a little less than 10 minutes. As we were waiting, we observed the inside as we were wondering what was taking so long. We saw nothing but lazy employees with no gloves on. When we finally received our food, the drinks were absolutely disgusting, tasted like water and a slight hint of a gross taste, and the chicken was cold and mediocre at best. The management and employees at this location are absolutely disgraceful. Don't spend your money here.

I don't like leaving negative reviews, BUT...Whoever was working the front was not friendly at all. When we waited for him to take our order, I noticed everyone had long hair one person had it down, and there was not one hair net in sight. We walked out and went to the Popeyes on Alma School.

Our drive-thru order was missing a large red beans and rice and the popcorn shrimp was cold and so old that the breading broke off when you picked it up. I got the bottom of the basket crap. Gross. To top it off the receipt doesn't even have a store number on the receipt so you can leave feedback on the website. Don't waste your money at this location.

Reason Not a 5 just because it's Fast Food Great SOUTHERN Fried Chicken at a Reasonable Price 5pcs 2 sides 2 biscuits for only $12 can't be Beat Anywhere mine just came out of the fryer was Piping Hot crispy outside juicy inside Just like it's supposed to be sides were Mac and Cheese and Red Beans and Rice both were good the Biscuits left a bit to be desired Not soft or fluffy but OK if l want a quick Fried Chicken meal this is My Go To see Ya There

Music ass, spicy chicken is not spicy. Chicken very dry. Took 34 minutes to get my food. But I did get some pickles and lemonade is very good.

Amazing!!! food was awesome! Staff was super friendly, fast and accurate! Definitely coming back!
