Ordered through app. Not only did they forget my drink, for some reason my chicken sandwich has a "no mayo" sticker. Had to use my own mayo at home but I wanted the spicy chicken sandwich with the spicy mayo so... sucks for me. The note in the bag doesn't even say "no mayo" so no idea how they got this wrongGuess this is on brand when comparing to other reviews. They just can't follow instructions

So much potential with this place. We went and were told there were no functioning restrooms and they'd be closing. Looks like it may have been a Shoneys in it's past life so there's a ton of unused space. The food is good (just like Popeyes almost as good as back home)I wish them the best at getting this place renovated and off the ground.

This is review is more feedback for management here and perhaps a forewarning to not bother with the app to order in advance. Cost me an hour and a half of my time. Overall this felt like an ultimate stress test of a failing restaurant on one John Taffers shows. At 6:55pm 5/12/22 I placed my online pick up order through the Popeyes app. Within 10 min I am on site and notice a line that wrapped around the building. I pull up to locked front doors with a sign stating that the lobby is closed due to short staff and all orders must be picked up at the drive through. I get back in my car and circle up to get in line. If they didn't already have my $70 or I could find the cancel button, I would have done the reasonable thing and left. 30 min later I get to the speaker and tell the admittedly friendly voice that I am here to pick up online order #46 I placed on the app, they inform me I must go to the lobby for pick up. I update them on my wait time after trying the locked doors and asked if I could just roll through and she told me it was impossible but would unlock the doors now. After making my way once again to the lobby, about a dozen people follow me inside and chaos ensues. Most were delivery drivers yelling names and flashing their phones looking for their pick up. One worker just kept telling everyone to look through what was on the counter. None of the orders on the counter belonged to anyone and no one could give any answers clearly not wanting to deal with the stress of the lobby. A lady explained she was from the drive through she was told to wait in the handicap spot for a half hour before coming in after the doors opened. One of the young ladies working the front just telling everyone their understaffed and the lobby is closed and everyone needs to leave. This was madness trying to explain to her that she needed to sync with the drive through. This poor girl constantly abandoned her register to just walk to her car every few minutes because to be fair, it was a lot. Mind you I was here for another hour. I didn't receive my order until 8:25pm. And I have one trooper of an employee to thank for that, her name I believe was Maria? Maria was a shining star! The only one running around pulling one ticket after another putting them together herself the whole time and handled every customer with smile eyes(yes, because their all wearing masks, good job!). Big props to her!This genuinely seemed like a full staff to me that was poorly managed with no process in place for rushes. I counted 10 total employees + 2 rotating on breaks in the lobby. Staffing isn't the issue. Training is.

My boyfriend and I love Popeyes & we was craving some today. Pulling up -- they didn't seem busy. Ordered the stuff we wanted, drove home & opened it up. 1. We asked for blackened ranch & we got NONE.2. We got the chicken tender COMBO & doesn't a combo come WITH fries? Yeah so we didn't get that in our meal. 3. Our sides (Red Beans & Rice) & (Mac & Cheese). Red Beans & Rice was great. The Mac & Cheese though? That's a hard no for me. Fix the cheese situation on your mac & cheese. Temperature of them was great. But entree wise? WARM. Felt like the food was waiting for a long time to be picked and put in its box. When I want fried chicken or anything from a fast food -- heck! even a restaurant, I want my food to be HOT, like it just came out of the fryer/oven type. Make the food be freshly made. I don't want to go through a drive-thru & I get served warm food. $36 for 1/4 Popcorn Shrimp with Tenders & 5 Piece Tender Combo & A chicken sandwich? Your joint should be that good but I guess not. Management, you either got to keep eyes on your employees or get new management. Your food used to be hot to the touch but now it feels like your employees do not care for customer satisfaction. Serving warm food to your customers? That's great, I guess. Be better or get out. Y'all don't even have customers coming through as much as before. It was jumpin' but take a look at your Yelp stars & review's before proceeding this food industry. If there was a possibility to make this a 0-star rating, I ABSOLUTELY would. So Popeyes customers, if you came across this review, It's a sign for you to go somewhere else & to not invest your time with Kent Popeyes. Have a nice day y'all. I came here to do what I had to do.

Came here to get dinner on Friday. Drive-thru didn't move even though there wasn't many cars waiting. We go in and nothing was happening the Manager was walking around with a drink. Everyone else was laughing and looking at each other not one person came to the register to help us. They looked at us and nothing. So we left with no CHICKEN. We then drove home to Federal Way. Stopped at the Popeyes by Costco and the energy was great. The manager was communicating with her employees. She even said one moment I'll be with you completely different atmosphere.. We were in and out within 10 minutes with Hot Fried Chicken.

Simply horrible the entire order is wrong. I knew it was going to be terrible but I gave it a shot.NEVER NEVER AGAIN. Don't eat here save the stress and money!!!!

Usually come here for lunch, sometimes for dinner on a blue moon. Food is always fresh, some items take a hot min to make. Staff is always direct and doesn't waste time. Can't complain about much because it's fast food y'all, these workers don't determine their prices nor do they have anything to do with your hungry ass. So be nice and get what you give. Popeyes always comes through! And if they didn't for you, just go in and get your order corrected. Otherwise cook your damm food at home.

I probably ate it my last Popeyes chicken they forget my side, but it was the worst chicken that I've ever eaten in my life. It must've been sitting around for A long time not sure how long but a long time not sure how long but a long time, nobody in line now I understand why. by the way, I'm 74 years old. I usually don't write reviews, but this had to be done.

I've only gone through the drive thru but they forget atleast 1 item everytime. I need to be better about checking the food they give me before I leave cuz its the most annoying thing to have to come back. I went last Wednesday and ordered a 4 piece meal, extra rice and beans, 4 biscuits and 3 beignets and a 6 piece kids meal. They forgot my beignets and 4 biscuits so I had to go back. I did call them but the vm was full and the line never rung, which I thought was pretty odd. The chicken was bomb, can't deny that I just wish they had someone to do a final check on their ordered before they send it out.

NEEDS NEW MANAGEMENT. NOT MORE HIRES. I really like popeyes and was craving it today for a late dinner so i decide to be courteous and order online. I placed my order for a chicken sandwich and the 5 dollar box at 8:28. The time it takes for me to popeyes is around 17 minutes so i hope that's enough time. I pull up to the drive through and there's about 5 cars in front of me so I wait my turn. I sit in my car for nearly 10 mins and the line only moved once. I realize that i have an online order but i should be able to go into the lobby to pick it up so i park my car and head inside. I briefly read the hours and see that they close the lobby at 9. it was 8:58. Just enough to get myself into the door to pick up my food. Upon entering the lobby, i see about 5 customers waiting, all standing around the register. So i walk up and no greeting from who i assume was the manager. I stayed quiet for 15 secs and peep a "hi". I then tell her i ordered online and my order number and she proceeds to go through about 8 receipts in front of me, and all of them were incomplete online orders as well. she tells me that they ran out of the chicken filets for the sandwich so i'll be getting tenders for replacement. i was fine with that. and she told me to wait in the lobby and they will call out my order when it's done. i sat down and overheard other customers saying they have been waiting 45-60 mins for there orders. that is ridiculous. i sit in the lobby some more until it's probably 9:15. so i've joined the 45 min waiting group. the customers in front of me politely asked how much longer and the manager from the back yells "3 mins for spicy and 3 seconds for mild. the chicken has to cook. you guys have to be patient. it takes time" etc etc. the customers were all so patiently waiting and still the manager didn't think that was good enough. she was snapping at one girl for not finishing her tasks and her overall demeanor is very rude and uncomfortable.also, while i was sitting down waiting, there was a customer who needed to place an order. so the teen employee assists her with that. i saw that she actually got her order ahead of everybody else. online orders are customers too. and it totally wasn't the lady customers fault for that. i work at a fast food place and i would never allow a customer to wait over 10 minutes without viable reasons. there were AT LEAST 7 employees there so i'm sure the issue isn't cooking chicken or making orders but it's management. so many teenagers that just need a good manager to assist them.
