Popeye’s Lousiana Kitchen

Today is the second time I order from here . First time , everything was hot juicy and flavorful thats why I came back . But this time I was very disappointed. We ordered the family meal , requested the chicken to be spicy , not sure why but it didn't seem as spicy as the first time that we tried it .The fries were soggy and cold , mac was like mashed. Our biscuits were cold too. Also, order the wings they advertised and honestly for us the wings looked old and not appealing. Lastly we ordered extra biscuits, and they missed them along with the Ranch. I did call the store to let them know about the missing item so they be aware . Lady did offer to go back but it is very inconvenient to go back for some biscuits.. Overall today dinner was really awful , not sure if will be back to popeyes . As a customer, I expect consistency on quality of the food I pay . Sad to say but it was not just one item , the whole order was bad .

Young man at counter on 5/15/24 2:20pm gave superb customer service to everyone walking in. Got my food quick. Kitchen and eating space looks to be kept clean. No funny smells. Good job. Best Popeye's I've been too.

One of their employees was harassing my family and I in the parking lot. We had stopped there so that I could eat at Popeyes while my husband took my toddler to see the fire trucks. My husband was changing my newborn's diaper when the employee parked next to us and started asking us if we were gonna eat there or go to the school. I was confused by her question so I didn't answer her. She was dressed in street clothing so it's like why does she want to know. My husband answered and said anyone can park here. She then started threatening to tow my car. My husband asked her if there was a sign and she said no. She started taking pics of us and of the parking lot. We moved our car because I don't know if she would've tried scratching it. After that I told him I'd rather eat somewhere else after my son saw the fire trucks. Popeyes your employees are scaring off your customers! No wonder this place already has 2 stars and it opened up not that long ago.

Long lines, slow service and my order being wrong. Theses are some of the things I have dealt with in the past to get "The Best" chicken sandwich on the planet. I am addicted to those sandwiches. So I go through a little adversity once in awhile. Is it worth it? I keep on coming back. So yeah.I have had chicken sandwiches at other fast food joints and at other restaurants. Nothing else seems to stack up against Popeye's. It's simply my favorite.I don't want to say that I get bad service every time I go to Popeyes. It's fast food after all but sometimes it's less than stellar. I do believe that their employee turnover is high though because I never see the same person twice besides a manager lady. That might be a reason for their spotty service.I have tried other items on the Popeyes menu but nothing is as great as their chicken sandwiches. That and the red beans & rice are consistently what I order. When I go. It's strictly go drive thru and I get just that. Again, the "The Best" chicken sandwich on the planet. I will end with that.

When I visit Popeye's, my go to items is the Crispy Fried Chicken Sandwich with extra pickles with no mayo and sauce on the sauce. This time around I was turned on to a "Dirty Ranch Sauce." I am not a Ranch fan but the Dirty Ranch Sauce was quite good.That being said, the chicken was very good. It was crispy where it needed to be and tender too. It tasted very good, and was even better with the extra pickles which they followed through with and the dirty sauce. Simple yet very good sandwich.Service was friendly enough. I ate indoors and food came out in a timely manner even though there was a long line outside. Oh yes, don't forget to wipe down the tables after each patron!

Went thru the drive thru, got home took off my clothes then opened my bag to discover my apple pie was not included. Called the store and was told I could come back right away to pick up the pie. I explained I didn't want to come back today I don't live close by and I could come another day. Was told without receipt I couldn't get it another day. Very disappointed and will never by from this location. Mgr almost rude with poor customer service skills.

it's a zoo with people climbing all over behind counter like confused ant piles took an hour to get six party wingsthey do not understand how to do their own promotions one guy was so rude after i waited in long drive through i had to walk in and he said he help me after i walked in line inside as well and never took my order and kept taking care of people who came in after mefinally i said i was here before all these people and he looked at me with disgust saying im kinda busy and i said i am too so he walked away and got someone else who was nicer but still took forever no wonder their rating is 2 i give this one a 0 never to return!! ill go to louisiana to get my chicken first it would be faster and better service bumbling characters wow!! if you order in person they bump you for online orders need a better system to handle all types of business losing money and return customers

When I got home with my drive thru order, I saw my order was totally wrong. He repeated my order when I ordered and again when I was handed the bag. The receipt was correct. Thought all was good. Until I got home. Didn't know I had to do the employee's job and check his work. I called to get my credit card credited and the manager's answer was to come all the way back to the store and show him the card. I had a hungry family to figure out how I was going to feed. Never again! If you choose to go here, beware, you have been warned!

I have been going to this popeyes since they opened they had good services but this pass month i have noticed a manager stressing her workers out and my wife works there and lately shes been coming home stressed out complaining about her manager i dont know whats going on but they need to fix this issue

On Thursday the 19 2023 of October I went to Popeyes and ordered some food this includes wings 12pc I payed my order through the drive through drove home 30 minutes away. When I opened my box of sweet and spicy wings they were extremely dry and barely with hardly any sauce or any at all on the meat i called Popeyes to complain I spoke with ZULY "MANAGER" she tells me she will check the cameras and replace the wings for me she then called me call back. Saying everything was done correctly then stating I was lieing and that it was dry because I waited long to eat them. She said she will replace that order anyways just bring receipt and picture of the wings I did that today and she them called me a liar again and said they were dry because I waited and she doesn't know what I did to them. And refused to honor the replacement. She is not a good manager at all very rude with horrible service herself. I asked to speak with someone higher than her she refused to give me there information and wanted my number instead I gave her my number so now I wait for the lady LUZ to call me back. Will I return? No until the manager is replaced and or has been taught better management.
