Popeye’s

So my husband and I have visited Popeye's on several occasions, when we were both too tired to cook dinner ourselves. I really am reluctant to go back bc they are so overpriced for what you get and on every visit our order was completed wrong. Either something was left out or the order was completely wrong, as if we had gotten the wrong order and not realizing it until we are home. We've even received cold items, and there is nothing worse than overpriced "cold" food. I've never eaten at another location only 59th Ave & Northern, so I can't say if this is company wide or just this location, but as it sits now, I don't think we'll be returning. Churches Chicken is, in my opinion, a better option, and it's not that much further. Buyer beware & check your orders before you leave!

The wait time is just too long for a place that isn't too busy. I had one car in front of me and took like 10 mins. This is the second time or third time I have came in a year and same thing every time. Food isn't even that fresh tasting

It's a Popeye's so expect accordingly! I crave this spot every once in a while and today was the day. I order through their app and pick up from the drive-thru, pretty straightforward. Today was busy and I was in line for 15 minutes, it happens. I usually get their spicy chicken sandwich and sometimes I'll try something different. One time I wanted their 5-piece signature chicken (they had a deal), but they didn't have it when I arrived. They asked if chicken tenders was okay, I said yes. They gave me 8 pieces, more than I originally ordered. Another time, they didn't have enough beignets so they added an apple pie dessert. And today, they didn't have any fish sandwiches left so my small drink became a large. They make up for it which I appreciate. Yeah there are issues as there are with any establishment, but I like this place and the employees are always friendly despite how stressful and busy their job is. Working in fast food definitely made me even more empathetic to my fellow workers and I totally get it. I recommend downloading their app to see what deal they have, today I got a free sandwich ($4.99 value) with the purchase of a combo. Good stuff.

Always disappointed when ordering a family meal here especially when it's dinner time! They overcook the chicken and it's dry plus they always forget our sides & biscuits this is the 3rd time and will make it my last time spending money here! I guess it's my fault I didn't check my order before leaving the drive throughbut I was in a hurry to get home to feed my kids. They need to hire employees that actually care about making the food/order correctly!

Amazing service would make this Popeyes my go to, food taste great and employee named troy had outstanding customer service!!

First red flag heavy accent drive thru "Leo"repeated order then was told one second no one was in front of me so I pulled to the window he came and looked at me And said what's your order which was wings a drink red beans and rice he didn't get it told him never mind since there was a language barrier parked went in to order Zuri took my order I watched Leo and Zuri go back in fourth handling money and food without gloves or washing canceled my order I suggest they be trained on.Handling dirty money then touching the food without washing there hands

Dont go at nighttime . the cashier is kinda not all there, Couldnt come to terms with the fact that there are no bones in boneless wings. Horrible customer service

We walked in and the person in front of us was missing items, we ordered and while we were waiting someone else came in saying they were missing items, we got our food and we we're also missing items. Seems to be a trend so check your items even if you only ordered one combo meal, you're probably missing your fries. We found the only clean table in an empty dinning room, realized I forgot napkins, went to get some and there were none (bathroom also was out of paper towels). Asked a guy for some and he took his time getting them like I was an inconvenience him. The forgotten part of the food is finally ready, I'm in the middle of eating the items I do have, and the girl at the counter can't be bothered to walk 10 feet to our table. Calls me to walk up and get the items she forgot previously. It's fast food so that's not a big deal, but it's one more thing on top of not apologizing for getting our order wrong and instead saying "I knew I forgot something". Like it was cute or okay. Chicken sandwich was bland compared to other Popeyes I've been to and this was by far the worst experience I've ever had. I'll drive a few extra miles to go to a different one next time. Also they have a bee problem outside

My husband was just there today and spent almost $50 and just to come home with missing sandwich. Overpriced missing food and they don't answer their food. For sure, NO more food from this joint!!! What a ripoff!!!!!

After a 12hr shift I stopped in to get dinner Troy had a great positive attitude which made my night! He had great customer service and the food was fresh and hot!
