Yeah, the food was great . . . BUT THE SERVICE.Little blue hair GIRL who looked like she was on the High School Tour and got left behind she was so young. KYLA, was the best server I have had in a very long time. She was pleasant, happy and quick, but wait there's more . . . as she passed our table taking food to other tables, I could see that she was looking to see what we needed every time. Out meal was made far more pleasant in interesting just watching how great her service really was.You bet, if I get back this far North, I will look for Kyla.Oh, and their oatmeal is cooked, not instant, and tasted great because of that.

I have been driving down I-5 for years wondering if there was a decent place to eat along the way. A friend introduced me to this place who has being coming here for decades. A diner that has been around since 1933. Not far from I-5, it's a great stopover for breakfast more than lunch or dinner. Great value as portions are huge. Service was great and friendly. They do not disappoint.They should call this place 'Top Dog' for a great breakfast. All kinds of breakfast foods in huge portions are available. Nice ambiance with updated decor.

3.5 stars......actually.Service: service was prompt. They did a good job, but they were super impersonal and didn't really make me or my guest feel comfortable.Food: was freaking amazing! And I'm so gonna get over how bad the service was so I can eat these amazing pancakes again. The food and the syrup were both served piping hot. Which is such a trigger for me. It is important that the food be served hot and that the syrup be hot too. I am so thankful that they did this because the service was sucky.Ambiance: nice and comfortable space
