Had an opportunity to try Pompeii pizza during a wine release party, fantastic pizza!The pear & walnut Pizza was amazing. We will definetly track them down at the various farmers markets they attend.

Pizza so good you want to leave a Yelp review and include a shot of the pizza. That pepperoni on Mt Vesuvius pizza was off the charts.

Saw them set up in a parking lot on our way to flower World and had to stop! So glad we did. The pizza was awesome and they honestly had a good selections of options. They also have a gluten free crust option.

Great pizza, great setup, amazing company to work with!!!We contacted them for an event in Seattle and they provided an attractive workspace, incredible food, smooth-as-silk setup and takedown, and remarkable people. The 137 guests loved their food, but what's more, they loved the whole experience. As the planner for the event, I was so blown away by how easy they made my job, and the food, again, was to die for. And all this at a reasonable, totally-within-the-budget cost.Call them for your next event. I promise you that your life will be made better and easier, and you and your guests will be happy. And no, I'm not being paid by anyone to say all this.

I worked a wedding this weekend and was very pleasantly surprised at how good this pizza was. The completelyself sufficient food van showered up with oven in tow. The crew of four served the 5 different unique pizzas and 2 salad choices efficiently and professionally. Pizza at a wedding is not a novelty these days, but good pizza is. This was delightful! The crew was discretely setting up during the ceremony and you wouldn't have known it. I highly recommend this outfit.

AMAZING! All aspects. Service was fantastic, working with Dawnelle the owner was so seamless, even amid a pandemic. She came up with solutions to keep our wedding guests safe, and made the process easy for me as a bride. The pizza was AMAZING, food was served quickly and everyone enjoyed the food. Salad was fresh and not wilted even in the heat, and the smell their oven gave off at the venue was mouthwatering. If I could do it again I'd choose them over and over. Hoping we can host another event and hire them again in the future! Thank you to the entire team at Pompeii!

I have used Pompeii Pizza for catering twice now. One in 2019, and last weekend. Both times the set up and take down was great. The servers were wonderful and everyone loved the pizza. Organizing the event with Dawnelle was straightforward and easy. We will definitely use them again!

Between 3 and 4 stars. Pizza was very good and perfect size for one person. I also read their explanation about cooking in a food truck and weather. I guess there was no wind and sun/temperature was perfect today at Redmond making pizzas crispy.Super nice and efficient staff until the end. They were busy. They always have plenty of customers but I still believe there should be a better way to deliver the product. It was a huge problem dealing with the high noise and music, plus all people gathered and not in line. The lady cooking was also yelling names for the pizzas already cooked. At one point, a man came over and starting lifting plates because owner names were on the bottom. Pizzas could have had fallen down. Not hygienic neither. I mean, they could hand over numbers and people would identify easily their pizzas. It took a while considering is an artisan pizza in a woodfired oven.
