I love the chicken here. Flame broiled on a rotisserie. Their beef bone soup is also good. Del res. Quick service. In and out.

No he probado la comida allí ya que solo aceptan efectivo. Aunque la línea de los cliente literalmente se salía del restaurante, imagino que l comodidad debe ser muy buena. No inspiro comer allí, es muy oscuro el lugar y no se aprecia limpio, además que resalta un olor fuerte no agradable. Espero tener la oportunidad en un futuro de probar la comida para llevar

It shows that you close at 10. I pulled up at 9:10 last night. Two guys were inside. One waved his hand signaling to me that they were closed. I drove there for nothing. If you close at 9 then post the correct hours.

This place only takes cash. So you must have cash if you plan on going here and they do have have an ATM.

I stopped to get a half chicken with sides to go. I don't know if they made a mistake or if you only get two small arepas and two small boiled red potatoes. The cole slaw was flavorful and enough for two people. I bought a plantain filled with cheese and guava. It is too expensive for what it is. The plantain was hard. You rarely tasted the guava. And finally, the order took too long.

Maybe the worst dining value in Houston. Don't be fooled by the seemingly low prices. The problems abound. First, the good news is that their chicken tastes pretty good. It's probably 4 stars on taste. Unfortunately, on several visits, the chicken legs and thighs were so small it could have been a large quail. My half chicken (four pieces) had less meat than two pieces from KFC or any place else.They also jack up the prices through add ons. I asked if I can get my half chicken all dark. Sure, the cashier tells me, but doesn't tell me it's 69 cents extra until after I pay. Not extra for all white like many places, but 69 cents for either. It's on the menu but not obvious. The choclo was cold and so overcooked it was crisp on one side. The arepa were dry and among the worst in Houston.My bill? $16.64 for a half chicken (only) with two little arepa, a chaclo, a plantain with cheese, and a can of Dr. Pepper. I'm glad I ordered extra since the chaclo went to the trash after one bite.They take a while to serve you even though there were few there, but the biggest drawback is that they either don't have air conditioning or they don't run it. On my last visit, it was 83 degrees outside. It was even warmer inside. They have fans running, but that's it. When I walked out, it was so much cooler even directly in the sun.I prefer La Reyna Tortilleria or Dodo's Chicken to Pollo Rip-Off, I mean Pollo Riko.

The best rotisserie chicken in town! (Cash-only) Been coming here for over 6 years. Polite, quick counter service. I mostly get my meal as take out.

Cash only!! Their chicken was delicious. Got the family platter, pretty sizeable for reasonable price. Their juices are delicious. It's a quick sit down restaurant. Pick up your food at the counter. The chicken was juicy. The green sauce, spicy!!! Good parking up front. Worth a try.

Food is great but I really don't know why they serve white rice with roasted chicken .I'm used to Spanish rice or maybe because it from Monterey . But the service is a two out of 10. They seem to not remember your older . And don't come here if you don't have cash on you

They were out of half the sides. Kept pushing Fries on me. Chicken was decent. Sides were eh...
