Pollo Campero

Nope. Greasy, soggy fries and the chicken sandwich is less than the size of a moon pie for $9! The buns are also soggy and smashed flat. First and last time.I cant wait until places like this go out of business, i dont know how they get the funding to put anything up in the first place.Blech!

My family and I love pollo campero. We've ordered from them multiple times. Their fried chicken is always consistently well seasoned, although not the crunchiest fried chicken we've ever had. The spices in their chicken are very unique to them. We actually enjoy their fried chicken more than Popeyes, although pollo campero is more expensive. We also tried their fried chicken sandwiches, which were also delicious. Again, their fried chicken patty was well seasoned and it went well with their pickles. Their pickles were sweet, but not overwhelmingly so. The pickle texture was good too. I even enjoyed their mashed potatoes side, which reminded me a lot of KFC's mashed potatoes. Overall, I'd definitely recommend trying pollo campero if you want to try fried chicken that's not from the usual Popeyes or KFC chains.

I haven't had Pollo Campero in a long time, and I am not disappointed with my most recent experience. We ordered a family meal, which came with 20 pieces of chicken, four sides, and tortillas. There was plenty of food for each of us (total of six) and we still had leftovers. For our sides, we got: fries, beans, rice, and mashed potatoes. The sides are pretty generic, but still enjoyable. The chicken was hot and crispy; I really enjoyed it. Everything is served with actual plates and utensils, which I like since it reduces waste. Overall, good and I plan on coming back and trying other items.

Give them 2 stars because 1/ I still love pollo campero BUT won't come back this location. 2/ worst service Hard time for me to order what I want. I was trying to say I want 2 grilled and 4 fried in my 6 pieces combo. I didn't know that my 6 pieces were $17 instead of order 8 pieces for $15. WtfDidn't ask me for drinks. Had to get another line for drinks only. Waiting a lil bit longer cuz the staff was busy of "flirting" 3/ almost fell cuz the floor so wet and they had no sign of it. 4/ Fried chickens were over cooked or might be old Grilled chicken looks funny with a piece and .... tiny piece ( I ordered 2 pieces of grilled for almost $4)5/ Not as other locations, this location had NO sauce. No sauce for my yuca . Ketchup only

Have you ever gone to Pollo Campero in Guatemala or El Salvador? Was it absolutely delicious and some of the best chicken you've ever had? Nice! Well throw all that out the window, and imagine having crappy chicken just advertised as the legendary, "Pollo Campero". That is what you have here, crappy dry chicken with people providing mediocre service with a low quality smile. A buddy dragged me to come to this spot against my will. I've had delicious Campero Chicken in Central America, and knew this was going to be the incomparable. The local is dirty, the workers don't seem happy to be there, and the chicken is greasy and mediocre. If you are a fan of the legendary 'Campero', I suggest you don't come here. The fact of the matter is that the ingredients are never going to be as delicious as Central America, best not to bother at all with this poor excuse for food.

i love ordering from here but yesterday the food was not what i expected to be i went back to get a refund or exchange (mind you i only took 1 bite) but a hispanic lady from the back came to help me I expected her to understand that I didn't liked the food but instead she started going back and forth with and attitude on how she couldn't give me a refund nor exchanged and her reason was because "it wasn't her fault that i didn't liked the food and she couldn't controlled that " which i think is very unprofessional of her to say. They need to hired people who actually cares about their customers .

I came to this location and I ordered 20pc baked. The manage said it's gonna be 30 minutes. I told her okay... I drive to the window and the Manger ask me again about do I want fried or baked... I'm just starting staring her down because she didn't take my order like she suppose too... Next she said I have to put you back in because it's gonna be another 10 minutes. This is the 3rd time at this location where I had to wait on bake chicken and next she say we have fried ready.... If I wanted fried I would have went to Popeyes Chicken... Your employee needs to learn to serve the customer what they want and NOT what you have ready

First time ever stopping at this restaurant/fast food and I was so disappointed. The manager was taking care of the cashier register and her attitude was terrible. She had no patience whatever. She was very rude. Again like how I mentioned before. I've need eating at this restaurant and for sure this will be my last time ever. I ask her if she was the manager which she did say yeah. Which it made it even worse. I was a manager at a bigger company for almost 17 yrs and a manager must show professionalism at all time. I hope the corporate management see this review and have retrained this employee. This happened on 1/26/24 @ 2:50pm central time.

I have tried coming to this location 5 times in the last year, all want is to order some camperitos with French fries, however they never have them, the fryer is not working, someone's cleaning it. At this point take it off the menu if it's that inconvenient to have chicken nuggets. Maybe one day I could come and order it without being disappointed. Till then I will keep dreaming on some camperitos with fries.

I always enjoy the grilled chicken at Pollo Campero. Unfortunately, they have discontinued their delicious corn salad. Please, please bring it back!
