Pole2Plate

I've always been a huge fan of poke...but let me tell you.. pole2plate is in a league of their own! I happened to be at a local San Diego tasting room (jaybird kombucha) when Pole2plate was there serving up poke bowls and OMG it was life changing! The quality of the tuna they were serving was unparalleled and there's a reason for that (as I came to find out after asking what their secret was lol)They are masters of their craft and keep everything local, wild, fresh, & sustainable. They literally partner with local fishermen and then fill same day orders with fish caught THAT VERY DAY. Brady, Bobby, and Matt are all so knowledgeable on not only their product, but also the urgency to protect local resources within their community. In a day and age dominated by corporate business and farm raised seafood--- they are truly a breath of fresh air at a much needed time, and I kid you not, your tastebuds will do cartwheels

I've ordered twice now from Pole2Plate and have been super satisfied with the quality of fish and service. I used to go to Catalina Offshore and wait in line sometimes 20-30min. After having a baby it was harder to get away that long for some fresh catch. I'm excited to have a local fish shop to order from that delivers to your door.

Heard about Pole2Plate through some friends & figured I would try it out since my husband loves anything fresh fish. Super easy to order (you order by the 1/2 pound) and really quick delivery. It even came in a cute cooler :) We got the Bluefin Tuna and made some bowls with our fish. It was really fresh and delicious! Can't wait to use them again and try the other fish they offer!

Got a chance to try Bluefin Tuna from Pole2Plate! Got an update that my order was delivered, walked to my front porch, found a cooler with ice and a pound of Bluefin waiting for me. It was some of the best Bluefin tuna I have had in awhile.

This is such an awesome concept. I love the idea of truly fresh caught fish that's never been frozen. This is an affordable way to get the top of the line catch without paying top of the line prices.
