Friendly service. There was no line at ~3:30pm today. I took my Hawaiian bowl to a nearby table and as soon as I had one bite of rice, I was not happy. Parts of the rice were super hard. I ate around the rice and the tuna was warm. The tuna should have been chilled.

Pokiluv at the Arrowhead mall is a decent fast food joint. It serves Poke Bowls based on white rice with protein and fillings on top. The Hawaian Bowl was quite ok, although rather basic taken the price. The large bowl feeds two people though if not extremely hungry. The service was excellent and courteous, 5 stars for that; the estimated 6 minutes waiting time for frying the chicken was correct. After having queued too long time nearby at Johnny Rockets just to hear that their estimated waiting time would be 45 minutes for a simple basic burger (one might wonder why they do not put a sign to indicate that _before_ needing to queue), I was really happy for my alternative choise today and would try out also other bowls later.

As we waited to see what to eat, the lonely, empty line at Pokiluv caught our eye. Thinking that not many people went there because it was a newer place, my brother and I decided to be nice people and give it a try. We should've just gone somewhere else. I think my depression got a kick start again after trying their chicken bowl. There was a solid 5 piece of microwaved chicken, a small squirt of sauce, sad rice, and what tasted like unfrozen packed veggies. It takes a lot for us to dislike and be picky about food, but this place actually made us sad lol. I will leave this review on a good note though and say their Thai Tea was pretty bomb

Air fried chicken nuggets are passed off as karaage chicken. A spicy tuna roll was served warm like it came out of a microwave?? I wouldn't expect great sushi from here in general but the food is quite gross. On a plus though the workers are always very nice.

This was the most over priced food I've ever had 16.00 for a large bowl/Asian slaw that I wanted to try and was not good at all waste of money should have gone to the tho place!

Extremely rude staff member who actually accused us of trying to guilt him into giving us something extra. Very poor representative for Pokiluv. Very rude.The bowl itself was okay. But it started off by ordering brown rice. He had not made it yet. Then ordered about 3 or 4 other toppings he did not have. Having had restaurant experience I know that you want your customer to be happy. When you are out of so many important ingredients you want to substitute right? When I suggested a premium topping he was so defensive as he was going to give us gold. Then he accused me of guilting him and if we were not happy then we could just leave the bowl. My boyfriend wanted to leave but I went ahead and paid for bowl.With all the great choices at the mall you do not need to subject yourself to that treatment. The bowl was so so given that the major ingredients were missing.By the way...he mentioned he had been a chef. Really? Just saying.

Ordered a Philly Roll today for $7.99 and 3 bottles of water for $11. I was very disappointed with the roll I ordered. The rice of the sushi was dry, had no flavor, and UNDERCOOKED, I cannot emphasize this more. The sushi could not hold its shape. It wasn't rolled tightly and properly - of course, it didn't stand a chance because the rice was all wrong to begin with. The sushi roll wasn't sliced all the way through. That's because the sushi would crumble if they sliced it through completely. The soy sauce could not even "save" the sushi. The brand was "Kari-out Co". The cream cheese on the Philly Roll didn't taste like cream cheese either. It looked like it, texture was ok but I could not taste the cheese in the cream cheese nor the cream in the cream cheese. I never write any reviews, but I cannot stress enough how bad the sushi was. The place didn't look too great at the beginning but I decided to give it a shot, and it wasn't worth it. Ended up throwing my sushi away. Hopefully in the future they will hire workers who actually have an idea on what a sushi is. I would rather get food from McDonalds or Panda Express. I would give 0 stars if I could. Worst sushi I have tasted in my life.

It was too awful to eat. Had to throw it away. Totally disgusting. Way overpriced. Complete waste of money.

Too pricey for less than mediocre poke. Their prices are basically prices of an actual sit down restaurant but with low quality food. I have had better poke bowls that actually were worth the price
