Poki One N Half

Oh My Goodness! I had poke for the first time ever this week and it was DELICIOUS! My friends took me there and they guided me through the process since they get poke all the time. The Employee that was working was super nice! I told him that it was my first time and he walked me through my choices. I got a small which comes with 2 scoops of protein and there are many options that you can choose from. They had toppings and you could have as many scoops as you wanted. When I got my bowl I couldn't believe this was a small, it looked like a large. It was such a great deal!The inside was nice, there was a lot of space where you could sit. It was really clean which is a plus! I honestly can't wait to come back here and get more poke!

I've seen this place on DoorDash & on my way to Trader Joe's so I figured it was time to try. Based off other reviews, I feel lucky for walking in when there was no line. I went around 2pm so I probably beat the lunch hour. For being the only person in line, I felt pretty rushed to order unfortunately. While one staff was asking me what toppings I wanted, another staff was asking me to pay. I think the workers are used to working fast since they have a high volume of customers so I can understand the hastiness. My bowl was good and the protein tasted fresh! I got the hot poki sauce with extra jalapeños so my bowl had a nice kick to it. Pricey but my bowl was big for a medium & I got plenty of toppings

Very fresh ingredients, fish and vegetables. Wonderfully helpful staff, cheerful even. A lot of options for protein, addons and sauces. I'd like to see options for tabiko, Wasabi, and pickled ginger. And it would be nice to get some spice. I had both spicy sauces available, and still thought it very mild. I had the salmon, tuna, and cali mix, and enjoyed it all with some brown rice and lettuce, and many of the possible addons. Some of my salmon was cut into large pieces or not cut through between pieces. Made it a bit hard to eat. Good place to do takeout from. I will definitely go back for that very fresh fish. They definitely live up to their tag line - good people, good heart, good ingredients.

This review is for either the north park location or this location both are amazing in service and quality of food. Anyways, if I am honest this is one of the more better poke chain spots and my reasons are -lower price for generous amount of everything especially protein choice -avocado is not an extra charge, there actually isn't much of anything that is an "extra charge" -they have custom drinks outside of their bottle ones that they offer -better quality food choices in my personal opinion. I can get the same size bowl, the same amount of protein, all the avocado I want and other items, and I would still be paying less at one half than I would at places like blue poke!! And the taste is just as great!! Poke one half is the best.

Came in to pick up a quick lunch. The staff wasn't too friendly as I built out my bowl, but I didn't pay it too much attention. The ingredients looked fresh enough, though the portions were skimped on. I only mention this because I have ordered from this location online before and the quality of that bowl was much better in comparison. Figured this visit was a bit off regarding service and food quality.

This is a fantastic place with delicious poke bowls. The fish is fresh, and the flavors are amazing. The restaurant has a friendly atmosphere, and the staff is helpful. They present the bowls beautifully, and the portion sizes are satisfying. The service is excellent, and they accommodate dietary preferences. Overall, it's a great spot to enjoy tasty poke bowls.

This location is THE BEST. The staff knows how to scoop a bowl. Everything tasted fresh and delicious. I've visited a few poki one n half and I've never been this happy with how it all tasted. This location is very clean and bright. Metered parking is nearby or in the parking garage. Not sure if they validate but grab a drink at Trader Joe's to get that taken care of.

Food: small bowl with white rice, salmon, tuna, Poki sauce (mild), seaweed salad, edamame, masago, green onion, seaweed flakes, and ginger. Even though it was a small, it felt like a big serving compared to my local Poki place in Nevada. All ingredients were fresh and the sauce was tasty although I don't know what's in it. I felt like they put too much sauce so maybe I'll ask for it on the side next time. Location: near Trader Joe's and Starbucks. It was close to our Airbnb. Definitely will come back!

Great little spot. I like this chain. Their servings are larger than other poke places which is always a plus. The fish is always fresh and is never too "fishy". I know that's an oxymoron but it doesn't have any extra smells. People behind the counter always friendly and patient. I order deliveries from their North Park location and it's always great. Definitely recommend.
