Poke Paradise

I've been to more poke places than I can count, and Poke Paradise is hands down the best. My husband and I checked it out on Wednesday, June 5, 2024, and everything was perfect--friendly staff, great service, amazing food, and awesome boba drinks!What really stood out was that they offered us samples of different fish and sauces, which I've never seen at other poke spots. The two employees who helped us were super sweet and gave great recommendations. The place was clean and had tons of options for fish, toppings, and drinks.Even though we live an hour and a half away, we'll definitely be making the trip back for the fantastic food and service!

When you walk in you'll notice plenty of seating for families or the person grabbing a quick lunch on their lunch break. It has a casual but modern ambiance. The staff is friendly and able to explain how everything works. It's a build your own style with number of scoops based on the size you choose. I've been here 4-5 times now and get the same consistent great service. Patrick and Jessica have been the two that have assisted me in my bowl creations the most but I also met the owner who was also very friendly and accommodating. So kudos to her for hiring good people. The poke is always fresh and has such great flavor and options. You have several bases to choose from as well as protein options. I like the Hawaiian poke it's my flavor of choice. The poke is so good! I've tried others but nothing beats this one in phoenix area. It's a must stop whenever I'm in north phoenix. Love their seaweed salad as well and they also carry Hawaiian sun drinks. If I could give this place 6 stars I would!

The perfect spot for fresh, flavorful, poke bowls! They have about seven different proteins options, but the salmon, tuna and octopus are always fresh and satisfying! There are tons of toppings and sauces to choose from to create a unique bowl every time. One nice feature that I haven't seen in other places is that you can mix in your sauce before adding the toppings, which really adds to the flavor. And to top it all off-- the taro boba! It's a perfect mix of creamy, yet not overly sweet, striking the perfect balance!Overall, the service is friendly and efficient and the spotless dining area add to the overall enjoyable experience. This place is definitely a must visit when I am in town.

Really enjoyed the poke bowl! Everything tasted great. All the ingredients from fish to all the toppings felt fresh and not left out for too long. Service was great with suggestions to add to myBowl and sauces.There are a lot of toppings that you can add to your bowl which I really enjoyed. Their house sauce was great. I got spicy house sauce and it tasted great but didn't give any spice at all.

What a delicious lunch. And we were lucky to eat during the Chinese New Year and won a prize. So fun. I loved everyone who worked there, they were all helpful and very warm. The food was delicious and portions were very big for the cost. So affordable. We brought our food home, but the space was bright and cheery.

We usually dine out on Sundays. My husband suggested pizza, but I said I wanted to go to Poke Paradise since I hadn't had a chance to stop in yet. We ordered him a pizza and stopped at Poke Paradise on the way to pick it up so I could make my bowl. We sampled a couple proteins, and then I think he started to wish he hadn't ordered the pizza. Monday, his day off, he went back to Poke Paradise to get lunch. (See - always listen to your wife!)Service was fantastic - so friendly and offered some good suggestions that I might not have tried otherwise. Everything was very fresh and they had a great selection of both proteins and toppings. I highly recommend the Japanese scallop. When we sampled it I thought it was a bit sauce heavy, but in the bowl, when combined with the rice, it was amazing!I also decided to try the mango tea. I didn't add any boba to it, but it was delicious. Their drink menu is quite extensive too and with the options, you could probably make a new creation every time you go and not repeat anything until you've been 100 times or more.So glad to have them in the neighborhood!

I give it to the amazing service the two ladies provided us ! They greeted us, walked us through how it works, what the selections are available, offered us to taste some of the topping to make sure we would enjoy our meal! Very polite and professional! My husband even forgot his side of wasabi and one of the ladies followed us to the car to make sure we wouldn't go home without it! Their shop is clean, open, bright, and plenty of indoor seating! Definitely recommend ! It was delicious !

This is our go-to poke spot! Generous portions and toppings. Everything is fresh and so so flavorful! The boba is always good! The scallops are on point! If you are looking for fresh/ delicious/ and filling poke- this is your place! Did I mention everyone that works there has been so nice!If you like sushi- you will love poke!

For $15.50 this is an underwhelming amount of fish, mind you this is 3 scoops. Service was okay at best. The individual helping me was a cutting the avocado in a dangerous manner and even seemingly nicked themselves with the knife. Flavor is good but the price doesn't match quantity or service.

Best poke place in Phoenix! Food is always delicious and fresh, and staff is very friendly and kind and give fast service. Perfect local spot for either lunch or dinner, and the 2 scoop bowl is just the right amount of food. Highly recommend Poke Paradise!
