The standout choices for me were the Taste of Italy Salad featuring Salami and Pepperoni, along with the delectable garlic breadsticks served with a side of ranch. The Asian Pocket, complemented by Sesame Ginger dressing and Crunchy Noodles, exceeded expectations both in quantity and flavor.I'm already looking forward to my next visit to Pockets. Try this place for great healthy food. The bread is baked fresh for amazing taste. If they were smart they should open a store at ORD airport. Don't know why they haven't done that yet?

This place has really gone down. I ordered two salads both with extra chicken and extra dressing. I paid extra for these items. Neither had extra chicken and one had no dressing at all. Barely had lettuce in the SALAD. Requested hot peppers on the side did not get that either. You have the paper right in front of you. How can you mess up the order? Needless to say, that is my last order with the location.

Just walked over there and it's not open. Sunday 1pm. No sign no explanation. Hours posted say they should be open.

I have been a huge fan of Pockets for years. When I tell you, they have the BEST pizzas in Chicago, I'm not lying. It's a "heathy" pizza. Whole grain crust... Screw that. I have been a huge BBQ chicken pizza fan since CPK originated it. This is by FAR the best BBQ chicken pizza I have ever had. It is insanely good.

Made an order through Postmates. The delivery person messed up the order big time.Called Pockets, pretty sure I talked to owner. We both called postmates/Ubereats to resolve the issue. Replaced my order and had go pick it up, but they had closed and he stayed open for us. That is customer service at its finest! Oh and we were on vacation and not from around here. I totally recommend this place based on that. Food was good, calzone and Cobb wrap were both delicious!!!

Always a favorite spot for me. Healthy, fresh, hot and delicious. Don't know why a lot of locations were closed. Need to return especially to the downtown area.

I went here this morning for a bbq chicken wrap and it was terrible. There was barely any chicken on it. I would have walked back to ask for a refund but I was already late for an appointment. :/

This was the actual worst. Ordered a Greek salad to go and asked for no olives or cucumber. When I got home I realized the salad had both olive and cucumber all over the salad. The cucumber was chopped so small I couldn't even pick it out. The kicker was the chicken WHICH WAS RAW. This was the most disgusting food I've eaten in awhile. Avoid at all costs.

I rarely write reviews but this was one of the worst wraps I have EVER had. Even worse than airport wraps.The wrap has filled with lettuce and celery with few pieces of chicken. It was so gross!
