if i could give it a no star i would owner or worker refused to let my service animal inside and was really rude. i have seizures and my service animal alert me of the attack he illegally refused my animal never coming again

We've never stopped by and since we were in the area and hadn't had BBQ in a while, we decided to give this place a try. You cannot sit inside, but honestly maybe that's a good thing because it needs a deep facelift. The only guy working the counter and orders was super nice and welcoming. He told us to go back to the car and he'd bring our food. My husband loves BBQ so he ordered the family dinner one and i got a simple lunch special. All the meats were dry but drowning in sauce, perhaps to mask this. The corn bread was tiny and freezing. The sides were alright, but bland. We were hungry so we ate it since it wasn't exactly cheap but we won't be back, especially since 4 Sons and Jack's aren't too far and are far superior to this place. Sorry.

My husband and I went here for the first time and loved it!! The meat fell off the bone! It was delicious! Thank you!!

So first visit was a bust. Wanted to eat in at lunch and there were tables but person behind the counter said "Nope" can't do it because I am only one here. Well that sucks!Gave our order and was told "WAIT IN YOUR CAR AND I WILL BRING TO YOU". Wait, What, my car? There are tables and chairs can't we wait in here? Again "NOPE". So waited, got the food and headed home. Not what I wanted to do. Got home which is literally less than 3mi. away and opened up the containers. Beans - coldSlaw - coldProtean - warm borderline cold. Also over sauced and tasted like they dumped a whole box of Morton's Salt on the meat or into the sauce. Or both!It was so over sauced it was swimming and soupy. What are you hiding whit that much sauce? Could not get the flavor of the meat and the smoke flavor. This in my opinion (I do Q myself) is a poor representation of BBQ. I can honestly say we will not be back and recommend anyone try someplace else as this will disappoint without question.

This place is a scam, the menu says $8.50 for a chicken sandwich, we ordered two, our total was $37. For two chicken sandwiches, how does that make any sense. 4x9 = $36. they literally charged us double. The workers were rude af. Went outside to wait for the food since they said "we are actually only to go" and the cook came out to smoke a cigarette, lit it with a torch, walked away and his ash literally flew at me in the wind. I wouldn't go back to this place.

Rude. Can't sit inside until 3 or 4:00. Won't cut a sandwich in half. Asked if they were open, the guy asked sarcastically, "what time is it?"

The food was not what we expected it will be after seeing all the reviews. We ordered the family platter and two pounds of brisket and the food was amazing. The service was also good the gentlemen made sure we were good and got our food ready. The chicken, pork ribs, beef ribs brisket was on point the only thing that was different was the gas taste on some of the food but it was still good lol definitely will order again from them.

Wow, what a disappointment. We moved to Roy from South Hill three years ago. Hadn't found any good barbecue like what we got here. Unfortunately the quality was a huge disappointment. Additionally, I thought I was buying directly, but apparently the online order was connected to GrubHub!I went in to pick up our order and was told at the time. I had paid for service I did not receive. Also the beef ribs ( ordered two orders, but received only one. Chicken was so black it was unappealing to eat and a bit dry. ( ordered two 1/2 chickens and received 4 quarter chickens.I guess everything has been compromised. I paid over 70$.

THIS IS THE BBQ SPOT!!! the food, the customer service, the location, just come. He always treats me so good, this will forever be my go to BBQ spot and I tell everyone about it around here. Come here with an open mind, check out the menu, relax and have some homemade great BBQ (Dont forget the chocolate cake) haha!!!
