Plazas Mexican Food

First off I apologize for the bad picture! Husband couldn't wait to dig in. We absolutely love this place. I myself have been coming here since I was a teenager and glad to say the flavor has not changed. This is the only place I will get my pollo asada burritos and tacos. The staff and service are amazing. Love the interior decor, the little salsa bar has some delicious salsa. Honestly, I dare someone to try their pollo asada and say anything negative.

I should have taken pictures but really forgot. This place is still good but not as good as I remember it. The Super breakfast burrito was really dry and def needed more cheese or something. The Ham and egg and bacon and egg burritos were a lot smaller than I remember. My 14 and 11 finished theirs and still were not completely full and both rarely finish their burritos in one sitting. The menudo was good for me because I'm not too big on hominy but my hubby was upset because he likes an even mix of both and it had maybe 10 granos. The salsa used to be my fav here and it was really watered down. Also it's still CASH only.

Place doesn't have apple pay... chubbier girl always has a bad attitude for no reason .... It's 2023 please upgrade your point of sale system ....

Hoy alas 6 de la tarde estuve llamando al restaurante y nunca contestaban asta la 5ta vez q marque contestó una mujer y de muy mal genio, fui a recoger mi orden y de muy mala gana me atendió, pense xq tratan así alos clientes si xq hay clientes ella tiene trabajo , regresaría no creo

Some of the best authentic Mexican food I've ever had. Their breakfast burritos are 2nd to none! I really recommend eating your meal fresh right off the grill. So good!

Idk how anyone could rate this place anything less than 5 stars. This is the best Mexican food I have had in a long time, one of the best in San Diego. The food is absolutely AMAZING!!! Definitely recommend coming here for breakfast or their tacos.

I've only tried the bean n cheese burrito so this review is about that, the hot sauce and the employees.The red sauce was good and the bean n cheese burrito was great. It was on the smaller side and the tortilla was a little hard but over all good flavor on the beans!The employee taking my order was very rude and acted like we weren't there. That's y only 4 stars instead of 5

No salsa no cilantro no lemon cold caldo de res very salty rice and caldo Just waisted 13 dlls never again.. no flavor not even the tortillas

Ordered carnitas torta was cold the meat was dry and feel like already had several days .Their guacamole is mostly mix with water and cream I guess didn't taste like guacamole no flavor at all .Flautas were ok topped with the watery guacamole and some American cheese that doesn't add any tastiness to flautas .put the real cotija cheese please

What a great taco shop.. food was great and fully cooked. Decir definitely puts out the authentic energy plus amazing customer service
