This is such a cool restaurant/bar in 12 South!My boyfriend and I stopped in during our visit to Nashville. The atmosphere is so unique. There's an indoor seating area, but also a backyard-style area with a bar, tables, and a SLIDE!We hung out here for a few hours and ended up doing trivia since we were there on a Thursday. They feature different entertainment every day of the week (live music, trivia, DJ, etc.) We really enjoyed the cocktails and the food. I got the buffalo chicken wrap and it was AMAZING! I will say, the outside service is a bit strange. I'm not sure if you have to ask to request a server when sitting outside or not. For the first hour or so that we were there, we were going up to the bar to order drinks. That being said, some people had a server going to their table and bringing them drinks. Not a big deal, just a bit confusing. We eventually did request a server when we wanted to order food and Sadie was amazing! If we're ever in the area again, we will definitely go back.

Not worth the hype. Photo opportunity is all this place really has to offer. Drinks were "meh," food was just "okay," and the service was absolutely horrible. We sat outside and had no server. We had to order everything from the bar while there was a server serving almost every other table on the patio. Don't know why we got no service but the tables around us did My son ordered a burger and after 35 minutes we asked where it was and it had just been sitting under a headlamp for lord knows how long. No one thought to find out where it was supposed to go or anything And for being so new, it's already looking run down :/

Sat at the bar and had a happy hour drink. Blueberry lemon drop. Adult playground hang out spot. Dog friendly patio seating. A nice spot for a hang out and game night. They have nightly specials and trivia night. Happy hours til 7pm weekday. Didn't eat any foods so nothing to review about.

10/10 for ambiance, they have this place set up for fun with playful decor, and of course the slide. We shared the whipped feta and had a few drinks, opting for indoor seating as it was pretty warm. The feta was good, the spicy jam they pour over top is gives it the sweet & salty mix needed to make it work. Me had excellent service from the gal at the bar who checked on us often! Overall a super fun environment, with decent food, this place has what it takes to make it work.

Perfect outing for a hot day! My friend and I went on a Sunday. We stumbled upon this place while walking down 12South. You walk down a little alley off the main street in between murals. Parking is basically anywhere you can find. There is street parking but also lots. So cute and great atmosphere. Its in the back, you cant miss it with the big slide. Great space, plenty of seating with photo ops and fans. We opted for sitting at the bar and ordered their slushie drinks and apps. The hummus and celery sticks hit the spot. Plentiful and great sharing appetizer. The slushies were great for the heat. Service, great! Our server continuously checked in on us. Gave us water and the works. I would definitely come back!

Great outdoor bar to have drinks and grab a bit to eat. It has a backyard feel to it with cornhole and a giant slide. Not sure why the reviews have been low as this venue comes across as advertised. The waitress were attentive and all our drink, from slushees to cocktails, were tasty.

I definitely want to try play date out again. When I went the first time it took a little bit to finally get waited on, but I know that they were insanely busy. And by the time we ordered the food, majority of the menu was not available. But the drinks were great and the ambience is awesome so I definitely want to try this place out again.

Great spot! If you're in 12 South and looking for a casual sit down meal, this is it! Highly recommend ordering the chicken caesar wrap. Slide and play area are fun for all ages

This place had fabulous drinks, menu and vibes. All ages are allowed here but it feels like an adult playground. The slide is such a fun feature and I have never seen anything like it! If you're looking for something fun to do in Nashville - I'd definitely check it out!

Service was bad (not super friendly, couldn't get water or refills, never checked if we needed anything, etc.) It took an incredibly long time to get our food. We each (7 of us) received our meals at different times. The food was a big nothing. Understaffed. just bad. Plastic, plastic, plastic. Please stop with all the plastic! It's a disgrace.
