Place Pigalle is a classic French bistro hidden in a back corner of Pike Place Market in Seattle. Nearby parking is difficult, but there are plenty of expensive, downtown paid lots nearby. The interior space is attractive with some views of Puget Sound.Menu selection is pretty narrow, but there were a few appealing options for me. Food quality was great, well in line with cost and delicious. Service was very good - prompt, flexible and able to accomodate our young child. We have been to this restaurant a few times before this visit. Every experience has been similar - we like the food, but there aren't enough choices to come back too often.Recommended if you like the choices.

Place Pigalle is a dreamy little French bistro tucked away in Pike Place Market. We had an incredible window seat with a gorgeous view of the ferris wheel and the Puget Sound. All of the dishes were delightful and this restaurant had "Midnight in Paris" vibes making it such a cozy place to enjoy this beautiful meal. Standouts were the Steamed Mussels Pigalle and Calamari Dijonnaise which paired perfectly with our champagne. The service was exceptional and we can't wait to visit this spot again!

Was in Seattle for the night and we had reservations on a Friday evening with my fiancé's family. There is limited seating so we did have to wait for some time to be seated. We had a lovely waitress who made great wine and food recommendations! I ordered the Dungeness Crab Cakes. This dish is large enough for 1-2 people. This may be one of the best crab cakes I have had in a very long time. It had a slightly crunchy outer layer, perfectly seasoned filling, and paired well with the salad. I was not too fond of the bread - a bit hard to chew. As others before me have mentioned, be aware that this is a pricier restaurant. Otherwise, I would recommend giving Place Pigalle a try!

Alright where should I start. This is probably One of the best French restaurants that I tried so far in 2023 in Seattle. It was a solo date and I love how they let me reserve table for one. :)Food was phenomenal. You HAVE TO get that creme brûlée for dessert. It was so smooth it was melting in my mouth.*chef kiss*Perfect place for a date night, solo date or meet up with your friends. They also have live jazz music night on Tuesday in case anyone interested.

The family and I had an amazing lunch today at Place Pigalle. We were looking for a lunch spot after perusing Pike Place Market. It just so happened that Place Pigalle was opening for the day when we arrived. The hostess sat us at a table with a view of the harbor. When you're at Place Pigalle it is easy to forget that you're in a major tourist area. The decor and atmosphere take you away to another time. I felt relaxed and comfortable. To start I ordered a Manhattan and the Mrs. ordered a glass of Sauvignon Blanc. As we enjoyed our drinks, we made our food choices. Kiddo and I ordered the Escargot. It was really good. The Mrs. ordered the Liver Pate which was a meal on its own. Kiddo and I both ordered the Saffron Clam Chowder as a main dish. The Saffron gave the chowder a smoky flavor and if you add some pepper like I did, the two spices combine to give the dish a little kick. Kiddo was smart in that she ordered a cup of chowder. I ordered a bowl and believe me, as rich as the chowder is a cup is plenty. The Mrs. ordered the French Onion soup which was really good. She said she'd return to the Place Pigalle just for the French Onion soup. The service we received from Nate was incredible. Our meal was perfectly paced and we didn't feel rushed. Staff's attention to detail was amazing. If there were breadcrumbs on our table, they were immediately cleaned off. I left the table to use the restroom and my soup was held back until I returned to the table. Place Pigalle was a great start to our vacation.

Quaint homey feeling restaurant and bar tucked away in Pike Place Market with beautiful views of Puget Sound. First off, the service is fantastic! A friendly welcome and told to "make yourself at home" which confirmed it is a warm and inviting place. The service was spot on and I did not wait on anything and was well informed every step of the meal. Now for the food. Presentation is spot on as well as the freshness you can taste. The oysters they had today were plump and flavorful with the paired lemon and mignonette. The mussels (WOW) absolutely divine! The bacon flavor hits your nose pleasantly upon them being sat on the table. I have had many mussels and these were the best tasting I've ever had! Don't forget to get some French bread to soak up that delicious sauce. Last but not least, the French onion soup was rich and packed full of flavor. The rich broth flavor wrapped in cheesy goodness and baked to perfection was the perfect addition to round off the meal. I didn't plan to get dessert but I am glad I did. The creme brûlée was magnificent! The cream was a delicious rich flavor with the crunchy sugar top. Of course a long shot of espresso paired well with it. The place is full of pleasant chatter and fantastic food. It was nice looking out onto the sound as you enjoy a fantastic meal. I can not wait to come back soon and try more dishes!

It's an Expensive French restaurant that serves a gorgeous view. The food is simple and always pairs with bread and a salad of some sorts. The service is a bit slow at times, but it is a tight space! The roasted chipotle chicken sandwich is a deconstructed sandwich that is quite hearty and simple. It's chicken thigh, roasted peppers, and an arugula base. The Dungeness crab cake comes with two pucks of crab. The salad that pairs is lovely with seeds, apple, and arugula. The bread is a bit tough to chew, but still a wonderful addition. Be wary of the price tag!Cheers!

Best and most beautiful bouillabaisse in town with the most stunning views of the Puget Sound. Fight me. Ask for a cocktail called Springtime in Paris for a beautiful grapefruit take on gin & tonic (made with Empress gin) found in their cocktail Rolodex. And don't forget to try their espresso martini; it is a delicious liquid dessert. Utterly charming hostess and attentive service. Sunset dinner dates are the best there.

Oh my gosh. Unfortunately, I hadn't been here since before COVID. I took my out of town family for an early lunch. Dear HEAVEN. The duck foie gras? THAT IS A MUST ORDER. The salmon appetizer? Never have any anything with such a beautiful presentation. Then, the Endive salad? I've been dreaming about it ever since. Our waitress had THE BEST personality! She added so much to the day If you haven't been. GO!It's a lovely little spot.

I'm not often eating French food in Seattle but thought I would give it a shot here. It was very romantic, especially near the window seats for the sunset. We got the escargot, duck confit, and pork chop. Surprising the pork chop was the star of the show, definitely cannot miss it when you come here. The cook was perfect and the sambal sherry sauce was the perfect addition to make it less heavy. I also enjoyed the tenderness of the escargot but could've been a little more flavorful (really just needed some more salt). Skip the duck confit though as when we got it, it was dry and lacked flavor.
