My daughter and I wanted to try a new place and she requested pizza. So we found this cool place off yelp and decided to try it. The idea of pizza with Mexican fusion seemed like the best of both worlds. They have a cool Frida Kahlo vibe going on there with a beautiful mural on the wall. We ordered the birria pizza and some spicy mango wings. Amongst us 3 (my son, my daughter, and I) We finished the whole pizza and all the wings. Everything was so good! And the people working were the owners, a husband and wife that were both very kind and accommodating. The food is made from the wife's original recipes. Delicious! I highly recommend this place if you love Mexican food, pizza, and you want to try something new and unique.

Came in for pizza and because the fusion was intriguing. I ordered the adobada pizza and wings. The wings were good but the pizza was complicated. It wasn't bad but it left me wanting pizza and also al pastor tacos. Not bad just missed the spot.

This pizzeria is a must try and experience. They offer premium flavor pizza options and veggie ones as well. I really recommend you check out "El Jefe Balls" it's a delicious appetizer. I ordered "La Vaca Flaca" large pizza it's a delicious juicy pizza topped with birria, cilantro, onions, radish and fresh consume soup on the side. I also ordered another large pizza called "Gallo Borracho" that's topped with red onion, charred corn, cilantro and ranch on top mixed with spicy chipotle for an extra taste.

I'd say best Mexican pizza hands down. We stopped by yesterday 8/23 cause we were told about their mar y Tierra pizza and we're not sisaapinted. Has garlic crust and has more than plenty ingredients. More than enough meats and shrimp.....Just delicious!!!!!

This is a long overdue review since we've been ordering from this spot for well over a year now and it has never let us down! We've definitely tried a couple of different pizzas over the years so definitely want to get into that. I've actually always ordered delivery, which is also why I'm extra impressed by this place though I do think its difficult to mess a pizza up. I've only been in to the actual store once, and I remember it being in a strip mall, standard customer service, and lots of available seating.Anyways! I think its safe to say this place is known for their incredible array of Mexican fusion pizzas. And damn - are they good. Sometimes I want a pizza, but sometimes I want Mexican food and this place nailed it.La Vaca Flaca - The birria pizza... We always, always order this one along with any other flavor but you really can't go wrong with a birria covered pizza. Its also topped with onions, radish, cilantro, and lime and they are not stingy with the meat or toppings!!! I think what sets this place apart too, is that the base is always a standard cheese pizza. Still has the tomato sauce and cheese - but with all these Mexican recipe fixings. You also get hot sauce and the consomme on the side with this so that you're able to enjoy this one traditionally that way.Mar Y Tierra - This one has shrimp, bistec, and avocado. I'd say this is a more "refreshing" choice but definitely on the heavier side. Whenever we order this one, I can literally only eat half of one slice just because, again, they do not skimp out. But this one would definitely be a second favorite to my husband and I, and I love that the shrimp isn't chewy or has a rubbery texture. Chorizon - This one is the pesto-shrimp-chorizo-cheese one, and this one is pretty comparable to the mar y tierra, so not much to say. Because this one does have the added pesto sauce though, it is slightly more flavored. And as far as the wings go... We actually should try to order these more since they do have a couple different sauces but we love the pizzas too much and whenever we order when we have company over, two pizzas is always more than enough. But we have tried the alitas verdes, and the alitas chipotle mango and I remember both flavors being spicy and flavorful. I want to say I wish the batter was maybe crunchier, but again - we've yet to order them again to be able to really give a good description on how the wing selection is.TLDR - This place is so good - you should try it, especially if you like fusion spots that put the best of two worlds together. There's a reason we continue to order from here and its always such a crowd pleaser to have these pizzas at our get-togethers!

My goto pizza place in 619, great staff and tasting in the south bay. Not your average basic, sick art on the wall showing love to our Mexican history.

So far, we have ordered the pizzas for delivery twice and we have not been disappointed. We love that these are not your standard pizzas. The prices are fairly decent for speciality pizzas. We got birria and my goodness, the consomé was included with the pizza. It was amazing. The adobada with pineapple, guacamole on top and option of hot sauce is my favorite. The crust was crunchy as well and they are very generous with their meat portion. Can't wait to go there in person.

Came here after going to Sesame Place. Had seen it on the 'gram and wanted to try it.On a Saturday night there were a few people waiting for pick up and that seems to be most of their business. They only have 2 tables and 2 high top "bar" seatings so not a lot of space to eat in. We ate in as it is about 30 min from where we lived and we worried the pizza would not be hot when we got home. The restaurant is decorated with a large mural of Frida Kahlo and is bright and colorful inside. We ordered the Mar y Tierra 12 inch $18.99 the Corozon 12 inch $18.99, kids pizza $7.99 + $1.50 up charge because my kid wanted bacon and pineapple on it also. We got an 805 and Modelo at $6 each which came to $59.47 pre tax. Tax is 8.75% so it was $5.20 and they charge a credit card fee of 3.99% which was $2.37. We also tipped bringing out total to $77.10.On to the pizza. I got the mar y tierra and it was delicious! All the flavors melded well together. I can't tell you what was on it as their website is under construction and I didn't take a photo of the menu. I know it had shrimp, carne asada, avocados. My husband got the corozon and what it has on the menu board doesn't match what their website maybe? Or what they posted as ingredients on their social media. It has jalapeños which my husband doesn't like. They said they would remove them but the juice is still left so my husband just asked to refund us but they remade the pizza. He enjoyed it but not as much as mine. These pizzas are best eaten same day. We reheated in oven over the next day or so but the magic of the original pizza was lost. Flavors became muddled and dull. One thing that irritated me from a customer service standpoint was they allowed my 7 year old to add pineapple and bacon to their pizza for an up charge but upon paying we were told we would not be able to do that again. We were not told why but it was off putting. If you don't allow changes then just say so the first time. The kids pizza also came with a capri sun (pacific cooler flavor) that was warm (not refrigerated) and a bag of Knott's strawberry cookies.Overall the pizza is amazing (you can even do half and half of different pizzas) but the customer service was lacking and it is far from our house so I don't see myself returning.

Foodie Analysis: Bread is cheaper tasting than little caesars. Ingredients are extroverted with an introverted flavor, sauce and cheese is not really there, which is what makes a pizza a pizza. service is good and ambience is average. overall 1 star because the flavor is non existent.
