Had a couple of hours to kill before flying home and decided to hit up one of the best rated pizzerias in the nation. It didn't disappoint. The pizza was worth the $. The pasta was perfectly cooked and came with huge pieces of braised beef shoulder. The service was superb. The ambience was a vibe. I shall return!

I recently dined at Pizzeria Bianco and was quite disappointed. We visited the downtown Los Angeles location previously and had a much better experience, where we were allowed to bring outside food due to my child's dietary restrictions. Unfortunately, this time, the service was unkind and not at all kid-friendly. A staff member in a gray shirt, black apron, and ponytail seemed to constantly hover and nitpick any sound my child made, creating a very uncomfortable atmosphere.Additionally, we had to bring outside food for my child again due to a food restrictions, and rather than accommodating us, they asked us to leave because of it. The pizza also fell short of expectations. To top it off, the wallpaper was stained with food, making it hard to enjoy our meal for the little time that we were allowed to be there. Given the poor experience, we'll be opting for Macintosh next door for better food and a more welcoming environment in the future.

First time visiting, and the pizza absolutely lives up to the hype! We started with the fresh mozzarella appetizer. It was delicious and very fresh. The mozzarella is made in-house! They give you bread for the table, and it paired great with it, too. Next, we ordered the Margherita pizza and the Biancoverde pizza. Both stole the show! Our favorite was the Margherita. So fresh and delicious! Absolutely worth the drive alone.Their Aperol Spritz was also very good! Not a large bar menu, but the drinks are well made. Overall, an excellent pizza spot. The location is smaller but a fun vibe inside. Nice size patio too! Definitely recommend making a reservation. If you can, request sitting in Selena's section - she was fantastic and so helpful!

Nothing bad to say at all. Pizzeria Bianco was everything I hoped for and more! It's been on my list to try for some time. The food was delicious, cocktails were cold and spirit forward (stiff), and our server was wonderful. We tried the recommended pizza- the Rosa. Although it sounds like a strange combination of toppings, it really does work. It's the one with red onion, pistachios, and rosemary. It's supposed to be a white pie, but the sauce was pretty light so I didn't notice too much of that flavor. The pistachio really shines on this pie. To balance that we tried the Sonny Boy with fennel sausage added, but I think most of us liked the Rosa better. It has great texture and flavor. We also shared the Pappardelle pasta dish. That too was very good with a rich meat sauce and perfect pasta. Topped with a good dose of shaved Parmesan, it was lovely. The Aperol Spritz is one of the best I've had since my first time drinking them in Italy. Their cocktail recipe here is better than most. It has the Aperol and Prosecco which is a must but they also use sparkling water and orange blossom, which really balances out the other flavors. On hot days during the summer, a perfectly cold and perfectly made spritz is heaven.

We've always heard great things about Pizzeria Bianco and we finally made the trip. We had the Biancoverde pizza as well as the margherita. Both were really good. We enjoyed the Biancoverde very much with the 3 cheeses and arugula. Mm mm. And we ordered a pasta special: fettuccine with sun dried tomatoes. The sauce was definitely house made overall pasta/sauce combo was Devine. I personally didn't like cauliflower in my pasta I was a little bit bummed they didn't have chicken. But overall still very tasty. The ambiance is great and so is the service!

Gourmet pizza best describes Pizzaria Bianco. If you are looking for an experience different from standard pizza this is your place. Ingredients are fresh and service was friendly and fast. The ambiance is shabby chic, a nice place for lunch. I ordered 2 pizzas with my favorite being the Rosa. The wise guy was delicious also.

Pizzeria Bianco has the perfect downtown location and is a beautiful and cozy space. With the wood fired oven, wood covered bar and limited seating in a historic building it's a nice place to have dinner. If you're looking for artisanal pizza from a locally owned spot it's worth stopping by. I appreciate their commitment to working with local farmers and producers. It's nice they have bar seating for quick service as well as sit down. It's really busy if you're dining with a group and you'll wait for a while, between the Netflix show and James Beard Award dining here is sought after. Overall, it's one of the best pizzas I've had but there are still lots of other great options in Arizona that are just as good or better.

I was watching Netflix and I saw this featured when Chrissy Teigen and Jimmy Kimmel ate at this place in Downtown LA. I saw they have locations in Phoenix so I made it a point to come here.We had the:Chicken salad 3/5 - lots of food, like 3 dishes in one but the potatoes were so oily. Rosa - 5/5 - I love pistachios. Punchy flavors! Wiseguy - 4/5 - my companion's favorite. The onions make the pizza. Food was quality great. As the waitress said, "All fresh and organic ingredients." You could sit indoors or outdoors on their patio. Service was excellent and our waitress was very patient as my companion and I argued over how many pizzas to order. The biggest issues is I was comparing it to my favorite pizza place, Pizzeria Mozza. It was good, but won't beat mozza.

LOVE this spot! I've been a couple of times now. This visit was prompted after a reminder from the Netflix special, "The Chef's Table" about the unique story and start of Pizzeria Bianco, fresh ingredients and ideas behind Bianco's creations. It was a Tuesday evening, right at 5pm. While we had heard that the place is very busy and we'd be waiting for a table for hours without a reservation, we walked in at 5 and got our name on the list, for our 7 person group. Since not all of our group had arrived yet, they suggested we head to the bar attached to/next door to Pizzeria Bianco until they arrive so we could be sat. They did arrive right on time, 5:30, and we were able to walk next door with the drinks we had ordered at the bar, and were immediately sat. It was seamless. I was equally as excited about the wine selection, including a Dos Cabezas wine from southern Arizona (le-do-recommend). Since some of the group had been before, the choices were split, some had pasta, some had pizza. I, as always, opted for pizza - the Bianco Verde, a tomato sauceless delight full of arugula and cheese. Don't be deterred by the lack of tomato sauce on this one. What it lacks in sauce it makes up for in cheese, olive oil and flavor!Bread is served for the table to share, and everyone was wonderful. Can't wait to go back again on my next trip to Phoenix.

Son, who lives out of town, and I went to this location last evening for pizza. His friend told him it was the best pizza in town. I've been here before and had not only pizza but a couple of the pasta dishes and it was fine but not incredible. Tonight he had the Margarita pizza with the addition of sausage and I had the pappardelle pasta which is served with a thick, tasty Bolognese sauce. We were seated immediately, chose to sit outside. Water was brought immediately, served in a bottle, and was tap temperature. We had a second bottle which was colder. Son's pizza came out literally in five minutes or less. That impressed him! My pasta took several additional minutes and finally was served. He said the pizza was "ok" nothing special. He's right...they make a good pizza, cooked in a wood burning stove which adds that touch of crisp and charred taste to their crust. The pasta was good, no complaints. He tried a bite as well and said it was ok. We both agreed that for the cost ($55 for both of us) there are better places in our opinion. I get that some love Pizzeria Bianco and I'm not complaining at all! Just wouldn't drive all the way from the east valley for them. They are close to my office so when we come for lunch, it's typically someone else's choosing. I didn't take photos of the food, just the menu.
