Simple and fresh ingredients makes the pizza's very tasty! Great staff working hard to ensure a great customer experience. This location is very quant but the space works well. Good background music playing in the background as well which added to the experience.Pro Tip: there is a bar in an old house next door to the main building to cool off and enjoy a drink while you wait for your tableP.S. - you will be waiting for a table to hit the bar next door :)

I had been looking forward to trying Pizzeria Bianco for quite some time, and unfortunately was very disappointed. I do not think this pizza lived up to all the hype and was not worth waiting an hour for a seat. We ordered the Wiseguy, and I really just didn't think it had a lot of flavor--there was no extra salt, spice, cheesey flavor or perhaps anything sweet with the onions, that really felt unique, different or particularly tasty. Furthermore, the pizza crust was a little burnt on the bottom/edge and I personally am not a fan of such thin pizza that it just flops and falls apart in the middle. The restaurant itself was rustic, cute and intimate, and at least the Bar Bianco had board games for us to kill the wait time. I did think it was interesting that we weren't allowed to order again; my boyfriend and I were planning to share, but we were told one pizza is recommended per person and that we wouldn't be able to put in an order a second time. He ended up not liking this pizza at all and just didn't eat the rest. I understand the business is trying to turn tables, but the pizzas really don't take that long.

Waited an hour to be seated but well worth it. We killed time at their bar next door. Pricing for the bar was a little outrageous--it was $12 for a canned peach cider that retails for $2.Ordered three pizzas and three salads and we enjoyed all of them. Server made great recommendations to slightly modify the pies. I don't remember what mods he recommended so I can't give anyone hacks, but I'm sure they can suggest something great. So good. I'm learning to be a home pizzaiolo with my Ooni but simply does not compare. This was easily the best pizza I've had, and I've had pizza in Naples.

Very good pizza... slightly overpriced for a personal pizza... Host isn't the nicest person.

I really wish I could give this restaurant a five star review, but I can't. I understand that not all restaurants take reservations but I think that since the location is kinda small (and they weren't doing outdoor seating), they should have some reservation slots to prevent people having to wait 60+ mins for a table. Luckily if you do have to wait, they have a separate building where you can order some appetizers and drinks to munch and sip on while you wait. Additionally, they have some board games to make the time go by faster. When we were finally seated, we ordered a Rosa pizza (olive oil base, Parmesan, pistachios and red onion) and a biancoverde pizza (olive oil base, mozzarella, Parmesan, ricotta, and arugula). The pizzas were incredible. I am not a fan of red onion at all, but it added such a great taste, a little spice somehow, and the pistachios were incredible. I do wish the Rosa had some more cheese so that it would be creamier but it was still incredible. I would recommend coming to try the pizza but also bring a snack for the wait in case you're already hungry!

Chris Bianco's pizza has indeed garnered praise from numerous renowned sources, including the Food Network, New York Times, Gourmet, Martha Stewart Living, and Vogue, establishing itself as a standout in the American pizza scene. While you can't directly compare it to New York-style pizza, it's a strong contender in the Neapolitan-style category. The ambiance of the restaurant, though busy with a potential wait, offers a cozy setting, especially when dining outside if the weather permits. Pairing the pizza with either a refreshing beer or a sweet Moscato enhances the overall dining experience, with the latter being noted for its sweetness. But the true star of the show is Bianco's mastery of pizza-making, evident in the perfect balance of softness and chewiness in the crust, it truly is one of the best pizzas and I'll be back when in Phoenix, AZ.

My son, who is from out of town, wanted to come based on a recommendation from a friend. I've been to Pizzeria Bianco, both this location and the Heritage Square one, and honestly the food is ok. Service was efficient, our pizza (Margherita with the additional sausage) was delivered within five minutes of ordering but then it took several additional minutes for my pasta dish (Pappardelle) to come out. We were immediately sat, asked for outside, and the server came with a dish of bread and olive oil, son asked for balsamic and we created a mixed bread dip with both of those and salt and pepper. Water comes in a bottle, which wasn't really that cold...the second bottle was a bit cooler.Food wise, the pizza was good he said. With the fire baked crust, it was hot and without a lot of cheese. The pasta was good with a rich, thick Bolognese sauce and homemade pasta (I believe). Again, overall a good meal but it is a drive for us from the east valley so not sure I would come again just for a meal...we have some great local places closer! I didn't take pics of the food but of the menus.

If you watched Chefs Table on Netflix, you may be familiar with Chef Chris Bianco who started this one little pizz concept that blew up and expanded into many locations. Previously, folks would come from far and wide to eat his pies. I was visiting, so of course, I had to come check it out.Service- my server was great, but he didnt tell me his name, and it was not on my receipt. He had glasses, buzz cut, cute black guy. Funny and friendly, and chatty, which I enjoyed while I was there solo. I also chatted with what looked like the manager, an older gentleman. He was so personalable. I told him I was from Houston, and we chatted about that a while. I will say both server and manager made me feel very welcomed and relaxed, and that's important to me. Food- I ordered Biancoverde pizza based on the server recommendation and his personal favorite. It includes ricotta and arugula. Looks unassuming, but very tasty. It's basically a personal thin crust pizza. You could easily split or eat one pie yourself. I wanted to try one more pie. Next, I ordered the Wise guy pizza. I loved the smoky mozzarella and onions, lots of sausage, maybe too much? I had a piece and took the rest to go. But best to eat it fresh. You can only order 1 pie as you go. There was a steady flow of repeat customers, family's, conference attendees, college students (its right next to ASU), and solo dinners. Business seems to be doing well!

If you want great pizza that's different come here! The wait is worth it, you can go to get drinks right next door while you wait for your table. When you're seated they give you olive oil and bread which is yummy. We got the wood fired spiedini which is prosciutto wrapped in fontina, if you love cheese and prosciutto start with this. We got the Rosa pizza which is the best pizza there it's insane! We added prosciutto to it too, we can't get enough!
