Lobo is one of my favorite spots. Fried roni and garlic knots are a must. The sausage is cut like pepperoni and is great. Awesome Logan Square vibe inside and out. One of those places that is much better in person vs delivery.

It would have been better to write this review having actually eaten their pizza. I would have preferred that. I'd heard a lot about this place. It's one of those internet/social media sensations. I'm always suspicious of places like this, but I want to try the place on my own to see if the hype is real. Also, the ambiance on their patio seems nice.On a recent Friday night, I found myself in Logan Square. So, I checked their website around 8:30 pm and it said they don't deliver. What kind of pizza place doesn't deliver on Saturday night? Because they were supposedly open until midnight, I called to asked about delivery just in case, but they told they had stopped delivery for the night and that they were pick up only. I wasn't ready to order or pick up, so they told to call back when I was ready. I called back at about 9:30, and I got a recorded message saying they were closed. I called again; I got the same message. What pizza place posts its hours as open until midnight, but closed before 9:30 pm? What pizza places closes on a Saturday before 9:30 pm? I ended up ordering from Dominos, and actually spent less money on two pizzas from Dominos that I would have spent on one pizza from this joke of a place.Despite my bad experience, I still wanted to try this place. I was free on the 4th of July and found my self back in Logan Square. I checked their website, but I didn't see anything saying they were closed for the 4th of July. I drove by and saw people stilling in their patio. I figured they must be open. I parked my car and walk over. The door was unlocked, so I walked in. The moment I walked in, a woman ran up and snarled at me that they were closed. No conversion, no polite explanation, but just a rude retort. She then pushed me out of the restaurant and slammed the door in my face. This place is your typical I'm too cool for you viral restaurant that blew up on the internet. It's clear the people that run this place would rather pay good looking, large breasted, young women social media influencers to post about them on social media than actually serve people pizza. This place is a 100% pass. You should skip this place and order Dominos, at least Dominos is the business of selling pizza.

Way better than 7-11, marginally better than Costco.Pros: Pizza slices with a small bench for waiting.Cons:It's relative to what you've heard and experienced. After much local word-of-mouth about Lobo, we tried it out. Service is friendly and the storefront mural is a nod to the neighborhood culture they're appealing to. But the only thing you want to care about is the pizza. While decent and not overly greasy, I did not find it to be award-winning, toe-curling, or delicious enough to tell others about it. Oh wait, what am I doing on Yelp?

I'm not a big pizza girly but their pizzas here are yummy! Well I only tried the la borgata and I really enjoyed it!! You can also do it by the slice too if you want something smaller. I would def be back to try out their other options! You sit wherever and order using the QR code at your table!

It was my first time, and I wanted to get pizza by the slices, so I thought I could quickly walk up to the window and order to take home. The window was closed, but there was no sign to indicate how long it would be closed for, so I waited a few minutes. Two more people joined in line and said that usually the window is open, so I felt comfortable waiting a little longer. More people kept coming and waiting, and even leaving. Another girl and I stood strong. She was sure they would open the window and told me the pizza was worth the wait. I finally gave up after 20 minutes of waiting and being ignored. The second I walked away, they opened the window and took the other girl's order. So I went back and placed my order and then waited another 10 minutes for it to get filled. They were super busy, but I think some communication could go a long way. I realize that they were too busy to acknowledge those waiting in line but maybe they could put up a sign that says "be back in 20 minutes" or even "not taking orders, come inside" just to set expectations better. The pizza itself was okay. My husband had the sausage and pepperoni slices but he says the sausage tasted better. I tried the borgata, but as you can see from the pics, the crusts were burnt, so I didn't end up eating the burrata slice I ordered.

INCREDIBLE pizza. Came here with some local friends on their recommendation and was very impressed. They have some interesting pizzas, and you can get slices of basically all of them. Unfortunately, one I have wanted to try could not be ordered as a slice but the one I did try (borgata) was so good. Highly recommend any pizza with hot honey on it. We also tried the cauliflower appetizer, which had Calabrian chili oil and hot honey on it. VERY GOOD.They have a nice, enclosed patio that is very dog friendly, even in the winter! We brought our dog and saw many others there. Wish we could have stayed for the drag show but we had plans. There also seems to be bar trivia, which I always enjoy. Would definitely come back when I'm in the area.

We came on a Saturday evening and it was pretty full with a few tables available outside in their patio. The staff here was great, but you place your order on your phone by scanning the QR code. You also get your own napkins and water. We placed an order of their Buffalo wings and their Borgata pizza. Their house Buffalo wing sauce was amazing. Not too spicy, just the perfect amount of heat made for a very flavorful bite. The wings themselves were cooked perfectly. The Borgata pizza was just as delicious. The had a great charred and crispy crust, and it came with red sauce, shredded mozzarella ,pepperoni, ricotta cheese, Calabrian chili honey, and basil. I've had plenty of burrata cheese on my pizza before, but never ricotta. It really complimented the rest of the pizza perfectly. I will definitely be returning.

Great place for a couple slices, wasn't really feeling the music that night but whatever! Didn't realize this place was here in Logan Square. Probably drove past this area over 1000 times. Glad we stopped in though! We had a couple slices which were the hot chili honey with pepperoni and the hamburger pizza, which was a special. Both were pretty good - I like the hot honey better! Got the fried mozzarella, didn't care for that very much. But the spicy ranch is awesome! For drinks my friend had some kind of a seltzer, but I had a mescal Margarita! The drink was amazing. Other than that it's a pretty cool place, and I would definitely recommend visiting. The people sitting next to us were nice and very fond of the place, offering additional recommendations. I've been bouncing around the city to try a bunch of different spots from that show The Bear. So far everywhere she was eating at for inspiration has been pretty awesome! Even living here, we have so many places to try you could never try them all! Glad that show highlighted some. The amount of great food Chicago has to offer is pretty cool. Anyway, definitely liked the pizza, kind of reminds me of Boiler Room or Paulie Gee's. New York vibes.Cheers~

My man with the "LOVE" tattoo on the outside of his right arm was a superhero tonight. Through the takeout window him and the guys making the pizza were working really hard, getting to everyone as timely as possible considering how busy it was. Good pizza, service, I just hope it's not understaffed like that all the time.

I was here with 2 kids and decided to eat on the patio since it was a nice day. We all agreed that the food was outstanding and even got more once we were finished. The service was also excellent and we will definitely be coming back soon!!
