Amazing service & really good food! The meat sauce in the spaghetti was delicious & the pizza was tasty! The goat cheese balls were really good to, unfortunately didn't get a picture of those though.

Came here for a work lunch and had no problems in getting a table for 7 on a tuesday afternoon. I didnt catch the name of of the staff on duty that day, but service was amazing. We ordered the lunch special, either a pasta and salad, sandwich, or pizza and salad. My Margherita pizza was tasty as well as the salad, but if you are expecting similar taste like in Napoli, it is different, but still good! We also had some cannoli for dessert and those were delicious as well. Street parking only as they do not have a parking lot.

Happy hour all day Sunday! It's not SUPER cheap but the portions are pretty decent.- $15 "small" pizza (more like a regular size with 6 slices.) Very tasty and had a great char and crust!- $9.50 Cheesy garlic bread (exceeded our expectations! So cheesy and the bread was fluffy!)- $7.75 6 Piece Wings (good, very normal, just what you would expect)- $6.50 pints (love their beer selection!)There were plenty of seating options (small tables outside the front, patio outside the back, bar, high-tops, regular tables.) They were pretty understaffed with only one person in the front of the house, but she was friendly and trying her best.

Fantastic pizza/beer place a mile away from balboa park! This place was a fun find after a day at balboa park located really close by bankers hill. Parking can be challenging in that area but the food was worth it. Really delicious thin crust pizza clearly handmade and wonderful flavorful sauce. Pasta was excellent too and not too mushy with a nice light marinara. Service was fantastic and friendly and the ambiance was casual with lots of tv's for local games and sports. Highly recommend!

It was my first time trying Pizza e Birra and I found it on the Yelp list of top places in San Diego. The large pizza is a very good value and excellent flavor. It wasn't too crowded and we got our food quickly. The service was great. Next time, I'll come and try the happy hour items.

What a great find. We wanted pizza...and local pizza. After some research to find a suitable place for my wife (who eats gluten free) we settled here. It also had a large enough space for our 8-person group. The pizza is great (my daughter especially likes the garlic cheese bread). The GF pizza was "above average" according to my wife (I had a slice it cold the next day and through it was pretty good). We had a good selection of beer, cider and wine to choose from. After dinner, the girls split a dessert pizza...and loved it. The service was top notch. They couldn't split checks at the beginning, but accommodated our three payments at the end. Overall, I'm very glad we found this place.

Food was amazing! We felt like everything we ordered had great, authentic flavor. The wings were delicious, well sized and seasoned. Mango Habanero wasn't spicy but still had a good kick. Lemon pepper wings were great! Cheesy garlic bread was a great appetizer choice. Small sized pizza was fulfilling and dough was well cooked. Lastly, can't wrong with the cannoli!Service was great, our waiter was very friendly and attentive. Ambiance is nice. They have plenty of seating and also provide a patio. We loved that they were also pup friendly and were even able to get our pup a side of cooked chicken. Will definitely be coming back!

Came in last weekend for lunch having never been here before. Staff was friendly and welcoming. Sat at the bar, there was a variety of tables inside and outside. Started with a pear salad and some garlic wings. Both were delicious and fresh. Ordered a sampler of draft beers and a pizza which was excellent. Prices were good, staff was friendly, would definitely come back.
