This is a great brewery close to the bike trails and about an hour from Pittsburgh . We had a great time. Yough River often has live music and food trucks. There is ton of outdoor seating to complement the cozy taproom. In the winter they screen in part of the patio for more seating. The beer and service here is great. I'm a big fan of their Beez Kneez NEIPA 6.7%. I also liked that this trip they had these cool igloos outside for rent. They were super cute with twinkle lights, blankets, and space heaters. They can seat 5 and were $25 to reserve.

Visited this brewery recently as a non-beer drinker coming back from a hike at Ohio Pyle and was thoroughly impressed. The bartender was fantastic, offering great recommendations and making sure we had a memorable experience. I don't drink beer, so they had a lot of options for cocktails (featuring PA spirits) and carried Stateside Seltzers. They have a cozy covered patio with a fire pit. Food trucks, and they decorate seasonally, adding a festive touch to the atmosphere. Overall, a great experience. (FYI: it was only about 15-20 minutes out of the way coming back from Ohio Pyle, if you plan to get on the turnpike to Pittsburgh again).

This is our first brewery that we've visited in Fayette Co, may be the first brewery for the county. It's in a great location along the yough river. What is nice is if you're kayaking, you can stop at multiple breweries from Connellsville to Bloom Brewery in West Newton. When we arrived the outside look much smaller than the photos that we've seen online. When you walk into the brewery it's small, small area to sit and limited bar seats. However someone was leaving and we were able to gain seats. The beer menu didn't have a Hazy IPA, but I did have a Blond Ale that someone next to me said is amazing and he wasn't kidding. It was great. The bar staff told us about the double IPA, and damn it was sensational. I like IPA's but not double, but this one had a fruit taste to it. Even my wife who hates anything hoppy loved it.The staff was wonderful and helpful. The environment reminds me more of a bar than a brewery BUT it's good that you can obtain craft beer here. They did have cider from my friend Curts place Tattiebogle Ciderworks. Anyhow I'd recommend checking this place out. Oh and how can I forget it's part of the Laurel Highlands Pour Tour. It's a place where you can obtain a sticker for your book. Highly recommend competing.

Great stop along the Youghiogheny and the Gap Trail!Yough Brewing only opened in the past few months, but they have created a fun/welcoming space to relax with craft brews. The staff working were very friendly and were eager to help make our first visit to be enjoyable. The taproom area has a nice indoor space with tables and a long bar. The outdoor seating area is quite large and can accommodate large groups, bands, and gatherings. A nice selection of craft brews and PA Ciders were offered. I liked the variety offered to target all customer tastes and not focusing all on IPAs (yes, there were a couple good IPAs). Overall, I was pleased with the quality of beers they are brewing, especially for a brand new brewery. Snacks/ice cream are available along with regularly scheduled food trucks. I would definitely recommend including Yough Brewing on a stop in the area as I will return on my next visit.

Great beer and great vibes! Dog friendly. Bar was packed but the bartenders kept up with the orders. They had a food truck when we were there but unfortunately we ate beforehand and couldn't try it. Would definitely go back! Owner is so nice too!!

Visited the brewery for a fundraiser. Great vibes, we sat at the indoor fire pit and had some drinks. Bartenders were great. Live music, corn hole, and there was a food truck that we grabbed some food from-also great!
