Good for breakfast. Lunch is ok but they charge you for extras. I love breakfast cause its cheep, but after getting everything you want to eat, it ends up costing you a warm and a leg. Exp.: $2 mealthen after extras $6.

Great for breakfast !!!! Don't recommend it for lunch or supper. Prices are too high for lunch. Well, if you don't add anything to your meal it would be a great place to eat. They get you by charging alot for extras.

I have been a customer here since I was a kid. The waitresses are generally crabby, the pop is served by the can, and the AC is marginal on a hot day. The food is all home made and it is very good. Obviously the "chicken patty" is an exception to the homemade, but the pies, soups, and breakfasts are out of sight. The French toast is simple, and you get 3 slices with fake maple syrup, and if I had to choose one meal to eat every day for the rest of my life, this would be it. Maybe it is because it reminds me of how my great grandmother made it, maybe just because it tastes great. The place is a small town staple, and it takes you back to a time when people actually gave a crap. I like it. It is cash only, but they had an ATM on site last I was there.

Was there a couple months ago, it was recommended by the gentleman at Espys Meats. Had an unusual meal of stuffed pork chops that were covered in a red sauce. It was very good as were the side we had with it. The only drawback is the seating is all booths so if you are a fat guy like me it is hard finding a place to sit, I was fortunate enough to get there before the rush and sat at the back booth where I could move the bench back. It is small and a throwback type of place but the food we had was very good.
