Wingstop

If I could give this place less than 1 star, I would. My wife and I decided to try this spot just to get something different. Let me tell you, IT'S NOT WORTH IT! You can find better service and options for wings elsewhere. First of all, she ordered off of the app and asked me what kind of drink I wanted. I told her root beer. Come to find out, they don't even have root beer, AT ALL. Then why is it an option for a drink? Secondly, they are EXTREMELY slow with the service. They have a bunch of employees there but I guess their job is to just sit around and talk. Thirdly, the cashier was a putz. My wife asked a question and he just sat there staring at her with nothing to say. Fourthly, they didn't put my honey mustard in the bag which was specifically on my ticket. Fifthly, the food was "eh". The chicken sandwich was ok but the boneless wings are subpar. The fries were way over seasoned almost to a point of inedible. This was our first and last time ever ordering from them. We will not be returning. Quite frankly, I hope they fail in a major way.

Is it worth the hype and the long lines we see inside when we drive by... that was the question. So .. I have never been a "wings" person .. but I do like a good chicken sandwich which is what I opted for. I chose the Korean BBQ flavor and my sauce was ranch ( which is killer by the way!).Bill Greens parking lot is getting harder and harder to park in with all the new foodie places opening but found a spot closer to Walgreens. Now we mobile ordered and got our wait time... I saw others waiting a long time post their estimated pick ups - we waited about an extra 10-15 min. Person was nice - apologized and offered us a complimentary beverage. Sandwich: sandwich was hot and with enough of the Korean BBQ sauce on it - had a few pickles too. I put a little of the ranch in for that one bite taste. Flavor was good - decent size piece of chicken. I do feel it's a little over priced ($6) given competition in the area that always has lines that circle the building.... But if your a wings person ... and you don't mind waiting the lines ... give it a try once and see what you think. Oh.. side note - while I did not get the fries ... another person with me did.. and the seasoning on them was really good. Enjoy and try something new!

Like...just use saltSoggy under cooked under seasonedFries were ok. I was surprised by how stale everything tasyed

This place was maybe the worst service. Ordered and they said 1 hour and 5 minutes. We arrived with 10 mins remaining. She said it will be 10 minutes. After 15 minutes it becomes 35 more minutes. It appears everyone was having the same issue.Get my food and only to go home and find out they left a $8 item out. Wasn't going back. Not worth my time. I hope this place improves. They have a lot of staff but maybe they need more.The food was good. Only good thing.

It was good but the wait was too long and the French fries had way too much lime and the service was not that great they definitely needed a trash can. That's all folks

I get takeout here often It's hard not to love wingstop! The wings are great, usually cooked perfectly sometimes inconsistent! The fries are super flavorful! Their ranch dressing is soooooo good! Wish they had a few more flavors for wings but I will always go back My favorite flavors are the habanero, spicy Korean and Cajun! Lastly, try the Cajun corn, you won't be disappointed! Not a bargain meal but a good one!

The food is good, but don't trust the app. When it tells you 45 minutes, it really means 1 hour and 45 minutes. Do you like hanging out in a wing joint? Then, this is your place. The employees are mostly just gabbing and hanging out and the person at the register is usually just staring instead of helping orders get out. They don't even call out the names on the takeout orders unless you really make yourself known. This place needs a manager or someone in charge of teenage bozos and 13th graders. I like the chicken, but they sometimes run out and don't contact you. That is weird. The fries are way too salty, so just stick to the awesome sandwiches and tasty sauces. Ambiance is ok, but the front end person should at least be wiping tables. Time to lean? Time to clean!!!!!!

First of all, when you order with the app, the estimated time until your order is done is merely a countdown. It has no relation to when your order is actually completed, even though it says your order is completed.Second, there are only three employees working at any given time. Cashier, wing guy, and the one who puts the order together. There are about a half-dozen other employees just standing around in the kitchen area, jawing or staring into space.I ordered at 4:23 pm. When my 28-33 minute estimated time was up on the app I proceeded to the restaurant and ended up waiting another 30 MINUTES and was 10th in line when I got there.As far as the food goes it was okay. I'm glad I ordered the wings well done. They were barely so. They were TINY! The Korean bbq flavor was weak. The only redeeming factor was that the vegetables were cut into large pieces. The bleu cheese tasted like ranch with feta.

Food was good but everything was ass it was horrible no service and dirt everywhere ass everything was ass it was the worst experience was horrible. The ambiance was bad it was also horrible it was so dirty.

It took me about 30 minutes to get me 8 wings. One person working. For the price, I never had this happen at any other location.
