Willie's Smoke House

This is the place to go in the area for home smoked meats! Walk inside and it's like taking a trip back into time. It's a small store, but full of smoked chicken, pork, homemade smoked sausages, bacon, beef stick and more. You will also find a small selection of specialty jams and jellies, maple syrup, honey, and other foods and spices to compliment your smoked meat goodies. The hams are spectacular, as is the homemade ham loaf.

A must for me when I passing through on my way North. I drive out of my way a bit to go to Willie's, but it is always worth it. The shop is small and you may have driven by it without thinking much of it. A yellow sign with a pig adorns the outside of a small wooden shop, inside it is like a step back in time. A creaky wooden floor with shelves of pickled veggies and jams and jellys. A small shelf of old fashioned candy. A glass display with pocket knives. Then most important a large display with smoked and fresh cut meats. Willie's might be known best for their hams, bacon, and cured meat sticks, but everything is always good. The people are friendly and meats are done right.

This is the only review of this great place? Can't believe it. Go there, buy stuff! It's wonderful. A friend in Pgh suggested it was good so we drove up there in search of an ante-Easter ham (Saturday). Got a lovely looking bone in smoked ham about 13lbs. Got precise cooking instructions--325 for 2 hours 20 minutes, covered for the last 20 minutes, being sure to keep water in the bottom of the roaster for moisture. The ham was delicious, moist, great tasting. And there is a great range of other thngs to buy there as well: bacon, various sausage, liverwurst, all kinds of pickles, bbq sauce. Well worth the trip, and we'll be going back.

I buy their beef jerky and omg, I can pack it away. When I am in a hurry to eat, I can grab some of this stupendous jerry and fruit and be satisfied. It has just the right mixture of spices and salt. It is thick and easy to chew. One problem I experience when I eat it, I slobber all over myself as the taste is out of this world!

I used to live in Harrisville, PA so I've known about Willie's for years. Literally everything they sell is incredible and the prices are very reasonable for the quality of product.The shining star is their ham salad. Best I've ever had anywhere!

I was raised German, and we always would search for good smoked meat. I discovered Willi's nearly 20 years ago - and when I found them, I stopped searching.Their smoked meats are the best I've had. Of course their hams and bacon are wonderful! But if you have never eaten smoked ribs, stop reading this review and GO TO WILLI"S NOW AND GET SOME!!! We cook them in the oven in a covered roaster, smothered in Willi's homemade sauerkraut. Heaven!And while you are there, don't forget to get some smoked Kielbassi and smoked Salmon!

Hands-down, the best bacon and the best cheddar I have ever had. A college roommate got me hooked years ago. I now live on the west coast and still order! Still send to friends as gifts! My parents LOVE the bacon. Try the pepperoni, too, you won't be disappointed. Great prices, totally old-school, east coast friendliness. ENJOY!

Best smoked hams ever! Along with bacon and cheeses. Have been doing business with them since they opened, and it seems the products get better every time!!!

Willies Smokehouse is by far the best of the best. Local PA smokehouse that has the best of smoked meats and cheeses you can imagine. Do not pass up the Ham and smoked turkey....Everything that somes out of the smokehouse is just beyond tasting good food...Run by the same butchers for years...do not pass up the opportunity to visit in person or just ship to you home~
