Willee's Tavern

Willee's is a classic, cozy dive bar. I have never had a bad meal here. From wings, to a burger, to the broiled fish sandwich I had tonight, I have always enjoyed my meals. With that said, service is slow. Every time is a lengthy wait for food, but every server I have had is always kind. Just be prepared to stay for a little while. The broiled fish is hearty, yet light. The roll it was served on was fresh, and the fish was flavorful. I love the house-made chips. Great seasoning on them! I appreciate the bar's character, the good food, and the good time close to home!

We love Willees! In addition to the popular fish sandwich, they have a lot of great items on the menu. My go-to is the Philly cheesesteak wrap. It is tremendous. Service is usually very good and the prices are right. It is very low-key and everybody is friendly.

This might be my first review without a solid picture, but don't come for me, my kids had my phone. HahaThe Philly cheesesteak wrap was legit fire! If we go back I'll definitely be ordering that again! I got a side of onion rings but my husband and kids devoured them as I'm limiting anything fried right now. They said they were delicious! Win-win there because they've been turning up their noses for anything that's not chicken nuggets.My husband got the large fish sandwich and that is totally the way to go for something to share. An extra bun is roughly $1.75 or so, which would keep you under/around $20. This will be a solid for lent season!Thanks for the great food and great service Willies! Stopped in for a drink on a Friday night. The bar was packed so we sat at a table and wanted to watch Pens game- it was after 9pm. The waitress told us we could not sit at bar table if we were not eating- although pens game was only on 1 TV in the back. Finally seats cleared so we could sit at bar. The one bartender ignored us that we thought we were invisible, but after about 10 mins the other one noticed us and waited on us. Our drinks were good, prices better. Liked the vibe of the place.

Not only was the woman who took our order SUPER friendly, the food portions and taste were fantastic. First time eating from this restaurant and won't be the last!

A tavern off the beaten path in Gibsonia. I have always heard how good their fish sandwiches were, so I finally got a chance to try it. I ordered the regular fish sandwich for takeout. It was huge. The breading on the fish was very good. The homemade chips included were also tasty. They have a large menu with mostly bar food. Service was fast and efficient. If you like fish sandwiches, you should try Willies. Available broiled also.

Fried zucchini was good, but steak salad was awful because the meat was so tough I couldn't chew it. Such a waste of money that the only edible parts of the salad were the fries & the tomatoes.

What's there to say? This is a must try place because of the fish sandwich. Prepare yourself if you order the large and get the extra roll and bring an appetite (or a friend) because it is a lot of fried fish. Good wings. Chill place to watch a game and hang out.

I was there around 8:15pm on a recent Wednesday night with 4 other golfing buddies after league play. The grill was down, and about half the menu items were not available, even things we thought would be okay served cold like an Italian hoagie. Food took much longer than usual to come out. I split the fish sandwich with another as I didn't want to take anything home. I rate the food that night 5-star, however, our server was almost impossible to get her attention for more drinks or other service. I know it's a hassle when everyone is separate checks, but when I handed her a $20 for two beers, I asked for change. She never came back and she assumed I had tipped her 43% for lousy service.

Good food and good service. Excellent salads and fish. Great portions. Great TVs in bar area to watch sports.
