So happy to find this little gem! So authentic Dim Sum and so delicious! We stopped in for a late lunch after my outpatient surgery at Passavant. I hadn't eaten since 7:30 the night before so I was pretty hungry. Started out with their shrimp won ton soup, personal size. It was a generous portion even though. I never had such good won ton soup in my life! We Shared the Spicy shrimp won ton with glass noodles as an appetizer. Nice level of heat and 6 won tons just like the soup. Then we ordered the Dim Sum platter to share. 4 different wontons, 2 each gave a great variety of flavors. There were steamed crystal shrimp dumplings, steamed shrimp and pork, spinach shrimp, and shrimp shu mai. They were all so good, it's hard to say which was best. I think I'd say the spinach shrimp were my favorite though. I had green tea and my husband had a Mango smoothie. You can choose the level of sweetness in the smoothie which was nice since he's diabetic. We added a coconut milk cake to take home and another smoothie, strawberry this time. Everything was so fresh. Our sever was a really nice young lady. She was pleasant and efficient. The restaurant itself was clean and bright. I only wish we lived closer so we could come back to sample other dishes.

I went here a few weeks after they opened and I was disappointedWe were the only ones there so we were attended to very well by out waiter. Inside was very dull but it was clean at leastGood came out fast but it lacked flavor. I get a beef noodle soup and the broth had absolutely no umami to it. The pork boa buns were a little tough and barely filled. The filling itself was good though.

TAKEOUT REVIEW!Did a DoorDash tonight for some dim sum and let me tell you, it served. The dumplings were so soft and the pork buns had such an amazing sweet taste that complemented the pork. Now this is probably a takeout issue but the soup dumplings weren't brothy but again - most likely because of takeout. But the flavor was so good. Definitely do want to go at the restaurant to get the full experience!! But all in all - the dumplings were the perfect texture and the cucumbers had a delicious snap and tangy sauce. We also got chicken Lo mein for some noodles which were really delicious and a classic!

We came on a Sunday & had the special with duck & pork. All their soup & platter portions are huge! Very authentic dim sum. We had the crystal shrimp dumplings (ha gao), crispy tofu, & chicken noodle soup too. Took lots of leftovers home. Their bubble tea is awesome! We'll be back.

Had the opportunity to try Wei Lai today. We drive up - Ample parkingWalk in and we were immediately greeted by a lovely lady who sat us quickly (May) The staff makes you feel welcome So clean and modern Menus up as we started to review all the options they offer. We opted for shredded chicken over rice - crab Rangoon and I had a brown sugar boba tea. We were pleasantly surprised with how it tasted ( love the pickled radishes). The staff is friendly- the food delicious... give them a try - we will when back in the area!

Stopped at GNC McIntyre Square and saw some new food options. Outside, on the windows, you can peruse the menu. The restaurant seating is plain but I wasn't there for the decor. When entering, the photographs from the menu are on a touch screen for takeout odering.I didn't wait long for my large order of shrimp wonton soup, dumplings, and spring rolls. I plan on eating the takeout for days. I grazed tasting everything. The crystal shrimp dumpling was by far my favorite dumpling. The shrimp wonton soup with rice noodles is a HUGE portion. The colander to keep the broth clear and noodles/dumplings firm was really cool. Lots of parking. I will be back to try other items.

4.5 stars. About 2 months ago, my husband and I purchased takeout food from Wei Lai Dim Sum restaurant, and I gave a rating of 3.5 stars. Today, we ate a meal inside the restaurant, and I am increasing my rating to 4.5 stars. Wei Lai Dim Sum restaurant's menu lists appetizers such as crab rangoon and vegetable spring roll, cold dishes such as beef tripe and seaweed salad, dim sum in flavors such as shrimp and pork, dumplings in flavors such as pork-mushrooms and chicken-corn, bao in flavors such as pork and chicken feet, many soups, many noodles, some rice dishes, desserts such as taro ball, and non-alcoholic beverages. Please see my attached photos for the menu in June 2024.In early April, my husband and I used the restaurant's website to purchase four entrees for takeout. We focused on trying the dim sum, dumplings, and bao. My husband went inside the restaurant to pick up the food, and the food was ready on time. The flavors were alright, and we ended up eating about half of the foods. In early June, I convinced my husband to take me to this restaurant again, this time for dining in. The interior of the restaurant had many clean tables and chairs. The employees promptly and politely served us. Here are my ratings for our foods:Crab rangoon - 4.5 stars - I received five pieces, and they were cooked well and tasted very good.Pancake beef rolls - 5 stars - This appetizer reminded us of a burrito that was filled with beef, cucumber, scallions, and sauce. My husband said that he really enjoyed it.Braised beef noodle soup - 5 stars - This beef-noodle soup tasted very good. It was so large that I could not finish eating all of it.Shrimp wonton noodle soup - 4 stars - My husband said that he liked the wontons but that the broth could have been a little more flavorful. The serving size was very large.Coconut milk cake - 4.5 stars - I had expected a piece of cake (please forgive my lack of knowledge), but instead this dessert reminded me of flan. The flavor was mild but good.

I have to come back for Dim Sum! Made the rookie mistake of not trying any of their handmade dim sum, so I will be back here with my wife for sure! But I got minced pork over rice and a Taro milk tea and it was AMAZING! The owners were very nice and I couldn't recommend this place enough!
