This is an update from my previous positive review from several years ago. We were excited to return after they remodeled and chose to go on a very busy Friday evening. I'm sad to say we were extremely disappointed. There was only one extremely overworked server for the entire place who could not adequately serve the number of customers plus ring up to-go orders and manage the door. So in spite of her literally running between tables, we waited over 30 min to get water and about an hour for our food. Once food finally arrived it was cold! Considering how busy our waitress was, it was senseless to ask to have our food warmed. There were minimal vegetables with the hibachi, which were mushy and not appealing. The steak and seafood were decent in taste and amount (better once warmed up at home). Overall had a difficult time feeling sorry for the staff (still gave a good tip for effort) and very disappointed in the food. It was nice to get a table right away, but management needs to be honest about the wait when customers come in. If we knew it would be that busy with only one server we would have gone somewhere else. I also didn't see any remodeling - I sat in a booth that moved every time the customer behind me moved. I couldn't even sit back in my chair without feeling the other person! Probably won't return to a once favorite place

I love this place, but be prepared to wait hours for your food. Tonight I ordered one sushi roll for pickup. When I was asked how long the wait would be, the girl told me, "I don't know." I've now been waiting over an hour, behind a long line of angry customers. I feel really bad for the poor hostess who has no control over this shit show. Management has really dropped the ball tonight. If staff can't keep up with in-house orders, then don't accept take out orders! I'll never come back outside of lunch hours.

If I was to give this restaurant a rating it would be a minus 3 but yelp requires a minimum of 1 star. I really had high hopes for this place but ended up in total disappointment. 1.) The place seemed un cleaned. 2.) The food was not to par and 3.) The staff was rude and somewhat combative 4.) Waited a long time to get our food. 5.) Food was cold. I witnessed the sushi chef cutting raw fish on the counter with out wiping it down. I also watched a young guy who was cleaning and spaying some type of cleaner right next to the man who was preparing the sushi.

Went on a Saturday got seated very quickly. 45 minutes to order and another 40 minutes to get the food, which was cold. Had to ask for our soup and salad. Food was terrible. Our poor waitress was actually running, doing takeout, cleanup, and hosting. Won't go back.

I come here often to get their takeout and am always satisfied with how quick I am able to get my food, and it is always still warm. I have been here several other times for dine in with friends and family and the waiter staff is always very kind and helpful. The food is absolutely delicious!! I have never left here unhappy or dissatisfied with the taste and quality of the food. I highly recommend this place!

We ordered here for the first time as avid sushi lovers. I had many issues. I got to go, but plan to go back for dine in to give the restaurant a second chance. I'm used to sushi from Kentucky and New York, so I was excited to find sushi in PA. Needless to say, sushi in PA is not great. We trusted the service, but didn't get a whole roll We ordered. The ginger was on top of the Wasabi, which is a well known sushi practice to keep separate. I love sashimi so I got the sashimi dinner. 25$. I didn't care for anything else besides the salmon. In order to get salmon sashimi, it's 5$ for two. If I were to get a usual dish of 5-12, it'd be about 50$. I could be wrong though. Overall, very unpleased with the sushi. Go to NY to get better sushi.

Horrendous. Extremely slow, nonexistent wait staff, cold food. Looking forward to dining here after hearing good things. So far off, don't know where to begin. Numerous tables were dirty and not bussed. After staff cleared and cleaned a table our party of 4 was seated and order taken. Took nearly 40 minutes to get sushi appetizer. One of us order a sushi dinner and it was delivered as an appetizer, when others received dinner, he sat there and watched the rest of us eat. Dinner... wow. Took over an hour from when we order to get dinner. When our meals we brought to table only two of three were delivered and they were lukewarm, at best and no better than you can get at a fast food joint. Took another 15 minutes for our third person to receive her meal, which was cold.There was numerous staff around and looking busy but certainly not busy keep the restaurant clean or taking care of patrons. Disappointing is an understatement is was beyond bad.
